BSNL Director (HRD) Gopal Das to take over as new CMD
Gopal Das the 1975 batch ITS may take over as the Chairman and Managing Director of BSNL. Gopal Das is at present holding the post of Director (HRD) in BSNL. He will replace existing CMD Mr. Kuldeep Goyal retiring on 31st July.
Gopal Das also a member of the Special Study Group of ITU for Mobile Network is an elite choice among staff and officers of BSNL being a personality with positive attitude that is helpful for the growth of BSNL.

its a four page order, but i will post on net after 2nd august, as it contains some technical issues and may prove nagetive but falls in the hands of some competitors hands....

Dear friends,
We are graceful to have a direct discussion with our beloved Dhiraj and Sachin. We were afraid of not providing excellent stay, food and other facilities. But they were as simple as saints. They needed most simple accommodation, food, transport etc. There was no picnic mood at all and they were fully engaged in the court case on all these three days. VAN Namboodiri has gone to UK for a one month tour. Compare our leaders with other union leaders!
When we talk with the likes of Dhiraj we would come to know that our knowledge, attitudes, abilities etc are nothing at all. But one should have a certain level of standard for grasping from him. Many of our friend's group mail blunders went through my mind as a flash while having a talk with him. In a worst case, we may not be able to write the exam this time. Then it is our fate only; not the inability of Dhiraj or CHQ. If they can't do it for us then nobody in the world can do it for us. Those who complain and complain through mails, while enjoying all the comforts, can carry on.

First of all i am really greatful and appreciate the way you have taken up my case to Circle level. One thing i must clear that i dont want any type of award now,as letter from CC BSNLEU shows i want only justice so that no other my friend face this type of injustice as this is very painful to accept. In my case i ask from every body including worthy CGM only one question Sir, what was my fault ? This is the question that no body answer because mistake done by DGM shut the mouth of all.Therefore i requesting u to plz represent my case only for justice because it will be more painful for Sh. Preet Bandhan whose name already sent to circle as i confirmed from reliable sources which i cant do.Dear If sonia Gandhi ji leave a chair of PM then why cant I leave the Award ? But i always fighting against injustice till we got justice.

Dear Shashikanta,
Our goal is five year itself - no doubt. But one internal exam has to be conducted at any cost to break all the barriers. Once an exam conducted means there is no more diversion and related issues against the exam in the future. If we go for five year or abolish 15% quota etc now, then it would be helpful to those who try to delay the exam.
The vested interests have challenged the 7 year condition. I am afraid of writing anything on it. Because some of our friends will start to demoralize our leaders through mere mails. It is seen that any information provided in the group is not used for a constructive action but for a destructive one only.

Many times, due to shortage of time, I couldn't reply to many mails which I wanted to. But to your mail, I wanted to reply even after my retirement.
I am not writing in the same language that you had written which was the worst in the group and simply shows your poor standard. Rajesh went to harsh just because your subject heading. All the hard working SNATTIAN's would naturally be provoked by it. they didn't reply just because they were more hurt and no language would be enough to reply you. What you have done for SNATTA? What problems you can solve? Nothing! Could you point out a single one?
You wrote that Rajesh had a loyalty speech towards BSNLEU. Sorry kid. You don't know anything about Rajesh. He was the man who gave a brave face to SNATTA. During the last verification time Rajesh went to the stage of Mr. VAN Namboodiri's election campaign and raised voice against the injustice done to our cadre. Not even a NFTE or FNTO member can think about it. Some EU people tried to manhandle him. Namboodiri skipped from the scene. But Rajesh chased him on a bike for more than an hour and caught him at another SSA and made him understand the strength of SNATTA.
After the verification, the CS of EU went to harsh on us. He was from an SSA which is famous for frequent political clashes and killing. He tried to threaten Rajesh but Rajesh was not afraid of him. You can't imagine the language Rajesh used to him. Here I challenge you - you can't even act to a EU's branch secretary to what Rajesh did to a CS. You people can only write easy mails like this. You legs would be shivering when talk to some EU people in person.
Rajesh is a typical example of our leaders. They are suffering, sacrificing, hard working etc but in return they are blamed by people of no use other than mails. I am compelled to wish the owner to close this yahoo group.

And about discrimination towards new TTAs ,SNATTA never done anything to avoid post 2007 TTAs
From the beginning SNATTA argued for pay upgradation of TTA from 13600/- to 16430/- like govt of india done it for all JE cadre in the cental govt department.SNATTA gave representation to BSNL for the same when pay revision committe was established. You can verify it in our site archives.Now DPE also gave the same fitment for PSUs following CDA pattern.
But pay revision recommendations for executives(RAO commission)came, all illiterate Union people went after the demand of executive parity for non executives(30% fitment formula)also. Lot of our senior members warned about the danger of fitment formula in the groups.
But nobody heard.Nobody was willing to hear our demand including you people and BSNLEU leaders

30% fitment was never been a damand of SNATTA, do you know that?
30% fitment was the demand raised by all the unions (including NFTE,FNTO,BSNLEU, BTTU etc)not by SNATTA!!!!!

MY dear friend, I can assure you that nobody is going to benfit from upgradation except you.For example,My current basic is 18410/- which is fitted to the incriment stage of 13600/- scale.If pay is upgraded,to 16430/- my pay will be fitted to the incriment stage of 16430/-(ie some 20 to 30 rupees change)
By pay upgradation TTAs after 2010 will also get salary upgradation! !!

Finance Minister has rejected a proposal to refund $6.4 billion paid by two state-run telecom firms for 3G and broadband wireless access spectrum, the Business Standard reported on Friday, citing unnamed sources.
Pranab Mukherjee struck down the request put forth by Telecoms Minister A Raja citing legal complications that might arise if the fees were returned to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), both controlled by the government, the newspaper said.
For 3G spectrum, BSNL has paid Rs 10186.58 crore, while MTNL has paid Rs 6564 crore. Meanwhile BSNL has paid Rs 8313.8 crore and MTNL Rs 4533.97 crore for BWA spectrum. Both BSNL and MTNL had taken loan to make the payment.
The government had raised over Rs 1.06 trillion ($22.8 billion) in an auction of 3G and wireless broadband spectrum this year, about 3 times more than expected, following aggressive bidding by firms in the world's fastest growing mobile market.
Raja is now working on an alternative proposal to help BSNL, which is planning an IPO, to recover growing losses from rolling out services in rural areas, the newspaper said.
The unions of both the state operators have threatened a three-day strike from Sept. 21, followed by an indefinite strike, if the government does not return the 3G and broadband money.
Mobile carriers including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Essar and Reliance Communications won 3G spectrum in some zones while Qualcomm and Infotel were amongst winners in the wireless broadband spectrum auction.

IN ALL DEPARTMENT FOR LDCE ELIGIBILITY IS FOUR OR FIVE YEAR OF REGULAR SERVICE. BUT IN MY DEPARTMENT IT IS SEVEN OR TEN YEARS . MY QUESTION IS IF WE SERVE SEVEN OR TEN YEAR OF REGULAR SERVICE THEN WHY WE GO FOR EXAMINATION WE WANT DIRECT PROMOTION SO WE MUST FIGHT FOR THIS TO DEPARTMENT.
