It is astonishing to see the new designation proposal of SrTOA to Telecom
Executive, who are unable to pass even the screening test of TTA departmental
exam. Since beginning the attitude of bsnleu is to support this cadre outrightly
and add salt to our wounds. There is also a proposal to increase the salary of
this cadre clandestinely. We should oppose this move and even boycot the meeting
of designation change until the word executive is removed from their new
designation. Is there no one to question them the reasoning or justification of
putting the suffix as executive to a non-executive, that too a lower cadre? At
least there should be some opposition from the executives for this proposal.
Also, the promises given by bsnleu is not to be taken as granted as they are
rest assured for another six months about the union subscription after the datum
line of 15 July is over. Also, no one can force any TTA or any one else to pay
for their building fund, we have the moral duty to contribute for the welfare of
our association.
I hope better things will prevail in the minds of sincere TTAs before
contributing anything to other union. Our expenditure for various struggles are
increasing day by day due to inappropriate support from the recognised union who
got this status just because of our support.
Our CHQ leaders should issue proper timely guidelines to TTAs on this sabotage
motives of other union. Also provide the post 2007 TTAs subsidy in delegate fee
to enable them to attend the forthcoming AI conference in a large scale.

Your lines are axecctly true that " They are asking fund from BSNLEU members. We may deny at Local Level" but we must have any clear instruction on ground of which we can deny to pay them.
If we are giving fund to EU then that is on our own but it is loss of SNATTA and its members.
Personally I'm not able to understand the problem of chq to issue such a short instruction on snatta.org webpage, while they are insisting even 2002/09 batch recrutees TTAs also.
So chq its time to act now.

this is very sad on SNATTA point of view that our members are being pressurized by BSNLEU local leaders to pay the Building fund. it's very disgusting that still CHQ has no comments over the issue. At Nagaur Rajasthan also we are being pressurized from today onwards, as they know that the time frame ( 15th july) to withdraw the membership has paseed and we have no option other than paying to them. I was told by BSNLEU DS that our CHQ is also getting the amount from our monthly union subscription. I want to ask everyone whether this is true or not?If our CHQ is getting funds from our monthly union subscription then what is the necessity to collect funds and transfer to CHQ. Please, make a clear stand on this issue, otherwise we are not able to pay seperately for two unions.WE CAN PAY EITHER OF THE TWO, SNATTA OR BSNLEU.Now it is upto CHQ to decide, and decide at the earliest, to whom to pay any amouny. We here in Nagaur has taken time up to 31st July, if
no stand of SNATTA CHQ comes on this issue till then, we will have to pay the Building Fund.

If your brain works normally this is neat.
This is another example of an amazing illusion!!! The last sentence is so true.
If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink.
However if you stare at the black "+" in the centre, the moving dot turns to green.
Now, concentrate on the black "+" in the centre of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.
It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot , and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.

a very good thought indeed. pls give another thought to it... RTI is a strong act and BSNL is full of flaws so avoid any controversy for our future we should think in this line also.
suriender can a Junior engineer be made responsible for RTI info.? as he is junior and non-executive then how can we make them responsible. it Group B Executive cadre which is responsible for functional deeds. one thing more if JTO is made Assitant Manager then even he can avoid as a custodian. so only SDO will have to answer all queries..??

As per the RTI Act, the CPIO or PIO may appoint any officer as Custodian to reach at the suppliable information. in mine one of the case, I submitted an application to the CPIO BSNL CO which is then transferred to CPIO @ Circle office, which is then transferred to the CPIO Ferozepur SSA, which is then transferred to mine DET (as custodian), which is then transferred to mine SDE (as custodian) to give the final reply. No matter the reply was signed by the CPIO Ferozepur, but the information so supplied to me was mentioned that "this information is given to me on the written facts as availabel form the custodians". every time the application was moved u/s 6(3) of the RTI act.
So in our case, if we comeout from the ASSISTANT domain, the SDE in this case will mark us as custodian.
where the JTO is there under that SDE, he will make the JTO as custodian which in turn mark us as custodian. As per the RTI Act, an Assistant cant be made custodian. once if we made custodian, we will become scapegoat.
So, this is the whole game for which i m personally worried about....

it seems very rediculous that only a few friends are making involve in the discussion of the Designation Change scenerio. what the hell is going on to all of you. this matter also have the similar impact on our corporate life as our court cases will be.
None of the guys (even 1%) has participated and Once they will got finalized in the ABSENCE of Valuable Suggestions from your side, there will be certain murmur from everyside. Everyone will then say that "designation ye hone chahiye tha, wo hona chahiye tha aur ye karwa diya...., Marwa diya etc etc).
Dear friends....please participate in active and healthy discussion as Mr. Hakam Singh is also a person by identity and we must offer him the highest help to make him feel bit relexed for the forthcoming meeting for the designation change. we all have a limited thinking but collectively we can become a "THINK TANK" and please u all help him out so that he may have the widest thinking support. This matter is highly burning and most important to us.

Dear Verma,
as per my opinion the date of AIC should be before October commences as we
will be left with no time to think as verification is coming. so we should
have plenty of time to think and act. *Earlier the Meeting better it is for
SNATTA.*
*in my opinion, best dates could be 10, 11 and 12 September for the meeting.
10th is a RH, 11 is a TH and 12th is Sunday.*
list of holidays in 2010 is also attached with this mail for your reference.
one of the other reason for suggesting a change in the AIC meeting schedule
is the Annual Award ceremony date clash with the meeting. *Every year BSNL
office celebrates BSNL day on 1st october* and gives award to some
meritorious employees. some TTAs also get this award every year. so some one
might miss the bus if we have AIC on near that day. In punjab, the award
ceremony held in chandigarh so to give support to the TTA cadre (if someone
gets it) i wish to attend the ceremony. Previously my friend Harmeet Singh
Bedi got this award and i was with him full day for his support. Even if no
TTA gets it we should attend the celebrations of BSNL Day.
i really want to be a part of the AIC this time as on all previous occasions
i could not participate because of some unavoidable circumstances. But this
time i will make it sure. i really want to meet every Dynamic TTA coming
from different parts of the India.
And i think they wanna meet me too.
anyway..i can humbly put up a suggestion for you all people to think. Last
Decision is always remains to CHQ.
i hope you will definitely give a second thought to it. Early reply is
highly appreciated.

Dear Friends,
It occurs to me, that designation change is not going to make us any better. But still we have a right to demand a better designation considering our junior TTAs, who have a long way to go in this company.
Considering the TTA'a qualification, it is good to hold the name ENGINEER. Our jobs include BB service, Customer service, RSU maintenance etc. So ' TELECOM SERVICE ENGINEER(BB), TELECOM SERVICE ENGINEER(RSU) ETC may be better. Please cut off the word ASSISTANT. It is no longer required. Even if we assist the JTO, SDE, De etc we will be responsible for our work.

Dear all Friends....
it seems very rediculous that only a few friends are making involve in the discussion of the Designation Change scenerio. what the hell is going on to all of you. this matter also have the similar impact on our corporate life as our court cases will be.
None of the guys (even 1%) has participated and Once they will got finalized in the ABSENCE of Valuable Suggestions from your side, there will be certain murmur from everyside. Everyone will then say that "designation ye hone chahiye tha, wo hona chahiye tha aur ye karwa diya...., Marwa diya etc etc).
Dear friends....please participate in active and healthy discussion as Mr. Hakam Singh is also a person by identity and we must offer him the highest help to make him feel bit relexed for the forthcoming meeting for the designation change. we all have a limited thinking but collectively we can become a "THINK TANK" and please u all help him out so that he may have the widest thinking support. This matter is highly burning and most important to us.
i m sure that all our friends will shook off their heads for active and healthy discussion.
so please spare some time for this never before discussion.
