I want to tell you that, all my SNATTA members are the mebers of BSNLEU. I have
instructed all my District Secretaries to clear their stand about the building
fund for their SSA. If some SSA has some doubt, I as a central coordinator of
Gujarat will talk to Circle Secretary, BSNLEU and make him clear about our
stand that we will not contribute.

Dear Sandip,
Don't your Circle has any TTA who is a member of BSNLEU also.If you have a
single SNATTA member, who is a member of BSNLEU also, then CHQ needs to clarify
his stand over Building fund issue. Does CHQ has any problem issuing
instructions that 'pay Building fund' or ' don't pay'. In Rajasthan circle & our
SSA we have nearly all TTAs who are the member of BSNLEU also. This might not be
the case in your circle. But that doesn't means you can oppose the demand to
clarify the stand of CHQ.If a large no' of SNATTA are not the members of BSNLEU.
then why CHQ issued the instructions to be ready to withdraw the membership from
BSNLEU. Now as the deadline to withdraw the membership has passed, we don't even
quit BSNLEU.I think you will now understand the thing.
