You are right.
JTO-LICE matter is in court now.
No agitations can give output.
There may be some plans in the minds of CHQ Leaders for solving the issues. We
should have faith on our Leaders.
We must be thinking with our limited knowledge and mindsets. CHQ will be
thinking with their vast knowledge and mindsets.
We should have faith on them.
Also, CHQ is not bound to givce replies on Group. I suggest they should not
reply to the Group, because now the group is not to put our views, it is to
blame others......

It is a wise step in right direction. I am happy that all of your SNATTA members
are members of BSNLEU. With such a strong base, why cann't u ensure adding of
our burning topic of JTO LICE in recognised union front's proposed agitation on
5 Aug 2010? and it is also shocking to see the signature of our GS along with
the others as a token of endorsement. Once we are struggling to get their
support for early JTO LICE Exam, is it not our duty to ensure that all the doors
are knocked for such an opportunity? Pse discuss with GS SNATTA or with the
highest office bearers of BSNLEU whom u have rapport, so that our important
struggle for over 8 years is also added up as an agenda alongwith other points
of their/common interest. It is looking like peace meal welfare scheme as a gift
from recognised union to add up the pay parity of post 2007 TTAs in return of
our GS SNATTA's endorsement in their agitation notice.
It is needless to enthuse every now and then from grass root members to remind
the higher ups on every points of our interest. Once we set the line of struggle
for our targets, the things should go on automatically from the CHQ for
achieving the goals. It will be appreciated if any hidden assurance on earliest
JTO LICE was given by BSNLEU to our office bearers, which might have made
omission of this topic in agitation.
I hope that better things will prevail and the chances are not lost in every
available oppportunity.

Don't your Circle has any TTA who is a member of BSNLEU also.If you have a
single SNATTA member, who is a member of BSNLEU also, then CHQ needs to clarify
his stand over Building fund issue. Does CHQ has any problem issuing
instructions that 'pay Building fund' or ' don't pay'. In Rajasthan circle & our
SSA we have nearly all TTAs who are the member of BSNLEU also. This might not be
the case in your circle. But that doesn't means you can oppose the demand to
clarify the stand of CHQ.If a large no' of SNATTA are not the members of BSNLEU.
then why CHQ issued the instructions to be ready to withdraw the membership from
BSNLEU. Now as the deadline to withdraw the membership has passed, we don't even
quit BSNLEU.I think you will now understand the thing.

SNATTA Orissa has transfered fund towards legal fund for 23 members Rs.2300/- and annual fee for 23 members Rs.460/- total Rs.2760/-. form my sbi account on dated 29.07.2010.please check it.All central co-ordinators are also requested to transfer their fund as soon as possible because all of you know how crucial is Ernakulam CAT stay case for the future of every SNATTA members.so don't be late do it fast.We are already running short of time.

Actually when i disconnect roaming component then LAI also disconnected from HLR , that is why your NIC doesn't work, so add LAI directly from HLR or add from KENON FX from A LA CARTE.

So if the profile of a post doesn't change then nothing to do with the responsibilities.
I fully support the views of Bandhan and Vikas. JE was SNATTA's one of the birth demand and it is a long time dream for us. It has a unique identity in the society. I request Hakam to go on with our already decided objective. Don't dilute it.

Support staff can't be held responsible for any type of superios's Lapse as per the RTI Act Provisions but the SERVICE staff may be accountable for the Consumer Court cases as we are charging the service tax in the bills of any product of the BSNL services. Service staff may escape from the knife of RTI act also but for each and every time, they have to prevent theirs skins with written communications to their superiors (as court follows the written documents as by law) which will be surely lapsed by our fresh recruited friends.
So please have common discussions. .....

it seems very rediculous that only a few friends are making involve in the discussion of the Designation Change scenerio. what the hell is going on to all of you. this matter also have the similar impact on our corporate life as our court cases will be.
