yes ultimately they r ruling cadre, and always buttring the top official, so
have aplatform, without justification,and take BSNL on sinking ship

i ma not pulling u in to this... read the mail...i have not pointed out
anyone. just wrote my feelings. and u were showing solidarity with Joy who
is accusing CHQ of taking money for wage revision. thats not acceptable to
me.
