Hi AJIT SINGH KUSHWAH
when I raised this matter towards ADMIN section they replies me TTA cadre is not eligible for the dept. mobile connection so they sanction us WLL connection without STD facility and restricted to call private operater mobile numbers which are provided for PMs. Is there any letter from HP TTAs which I can produce to admin section.

I M Just reading between the Hidden Lines....."between the lines...."
Look Dear...as being a single mind, i also have the limited thinking. i suggest all our friends to have access to the STAFFING NORMS, NEPP and FPMS documnents. As being single mind thinking (limited thinking) so i request all the Guys to have "Designation Change matter thinking w.r.t. these topics also" and have discussion with the SNATTA leaders about its affectability. When i see the Appraisal forms which mine bosses had filled recently as a part of their CRs, i was completely pale coloured. They even cant resist as they had opted for the New Promotion policy.
Mine another cause for fear is the BSNL CO letter in which all the SSA cadre has been transformed into the Circle cadre (which is
also a part of staffing norms). This had happened in 2008 itself and somehow i got access to this letter. Most of us TTAs will got affected by the Circle Cadre Conversion. Not only the TTAs alone, but all TM, PM, ToAs etc.
i personally know that the JE designation is the only designation which has the social recognition in the mind set of the society, but mine worriness is on the other level.
Brother, there is something happening in the mind of BSNLEU and BSNL Mgmt collectively for sure and this is really gonaa "Thinking Thought" for us.

dear surinder,
i think whatever your fears are but BSNL mgmt cannot make us scapegoat
jut by giving JE "Junior Engineer" tag to us. as other PSUs also having
same ranks and similar job profiles. But pls keep u updated with useful
tit-bits.
in future we can take help of All Junior Engineer of PSUs for fighting
any cause as all having similar career interests.
As BSNLEU having various affiliations with similar Unions/Associations
of other State/Central/PSUs/corporations
likewise we may make similar affiliations if our demands in future gets
unfulfilled.
in my opinion the coming designation change would be a Milestone for us.
Hoping something good for JTO LICE Exam also.

is anybody listening specailly the guys "who want to make the life of officers simple.....by criticizing their own TTA domain"
This is the strongest example of the Exploitation with Hard working TTAs in the BSNL.
I m with u my dear (but mera saath hona ya no hona koi matlab nahi rakhta....Saddy SAD)...
If urs GMTD still want to recommend, then please relook at the reminder letter for the BSNL CO on the same matter as attached....

As a result of this message they asked me to submit my ACRs and that will also be submitted on same date.again they wasted two days for converting my resume with his language ie conversion from "I had done" to "He done" which was very painful me as i was present there.
They forward my case when the process of DPC over and the name forward to CO.Inspite of delay they submit my case at the reception of CGM office. and when i again enquire the matter from CGM Office they replied me that UR CASE IS STRONG BUT U MISS THE TRAIN.
In protest i will send below noted message to CGMT PUNJAB
RESPECTED CGM SIR MYSELF TTA(SALES) TANDA SSA HOSHIARPUR WANT TO SAY THAT ADMIN SECTION OF MY SSA PLAYED WITH MY EMOTIONS AND HARASHED ME. DUE TO SOME OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS WORTHY GMTD RECOM. MY NAME FOR SANCHAR SEVA PADAK WHAT THEY DONT FORWARD THE CASE TO DPC NOT IN TIME. SIR IS THIS TYPE OF DELAY BENIFICIAL FOR BSNL AND IS IT JUSTIFIED TO PLAY WITH THE FEELINGS OF NON EXECUTIVE WHO MADE REVOLUTION IN MARKETING WITH ROADSHOWS AND FREE SIM CAMPS.

Today morning i fax my resume with performas to CGMT Punjab. Now the question arise in the whole episode what was my fault is it my responsibilty to send ACRs to ADMIN section.this whole episode hurt my feelings a lot becase first they recom my name they why they late my case. Its my request to CHQ and circle CC Punjab i fight beyond my limits now will u raise send my voice at DELHI so that i got justice. I dont want any type of AWARD i wnat that admin section should me punished so that they dont do it again with any employee. I have attached all my achievements with this mail.
I ALREADY DONE EVERYTHING IN THIS CASE FOR THE DIGNITY OF SNATTA TILL NOW I HAVE NOT UP MY HANDS I WANNA TO FIGHT TILL I M ALIVE REGARDING THIS TYPE OF INJUSTICE . PLZ READ MY MAIL AND ITS ATTACHMENTS . THEY INSULTED MY WORK WHICH HURT ME MORE AS I HAD DONE THIS FOR BSNL.

hi surinder,
this letter meant for Circle only. SSA date is already over on 30th June.
the achievements are very good.
anybody can challenge on the grounds that date is expired how can they
receive more nominations. This could be the sole reason that now GM and CGM
afraid of sending any recommendations after the lapses of due date as it may
get their Job in trouble. any case after due date is void and above all DPC
has given their consent and forwarded the cases to New Delhi already as told
by Pritpal in his statement. The SSA should have sent his nomination well in
time. Thats Why CGM SMSed him abt his inability to reconsider his case this
time but he asked him to send his Resume it shows that he may consider his
case for future. It shows its concern towards employees.
i hope it happens with some of the other guys all over India also who missed
the bus. Better luck next time dear. wish u more success.!!

and to my surprise nobody from CHQ commented let alone thinking abt change..

*ping the modem chk if ping is ok or not..*
then try to open the modem config page. if its gets opened then chk if there
is any firewall issue or virus related activity. change the PC to some other
PC. have u done any MAC filtering that only ur LAN works other not.??
if there is antvirus that blocking it. are u using any proxy adress.??
make new dialer.. use manual IP address chk if its ok.. then enable DHCP of
Modem and make automatick ip addressing setting in ur LAN card.
*brother...u have to do so many permutations and combinations.*
hope one of the other will work. take the help of any nearby computer
engineer.

*Lowering Profile of Broadband Connections can give boost to SNR and
Stability of DSL.*
But lowering profile will also restrict speed upto profile maximum limit. so
those broadband connections having 256 Kbps, 512 Kbps and 1 Mbps speed Plans
will only be given 1 Mbps profile so that their maximum speed does not
suffer.
*The lower profile could also be given to those who are at longer distance
from the DSLAM* (telephone exchange) or *having unstable DSL Link or having
poor line quality* but they have to compromise with the speed (upto 1 Mbps)
if they have higher speed plans like 2 Mbps or 8 Mbps. It should be clearly
conveyed to the user that your speed will suffer and Either he cannot use
Internet at all (due to unstable DSL) or wants to enjoy speed atleast upto 1
Mbps.
*The lower profile could not be given to** IPTV connections as IPTV needs
minimum 4 Mbps profile to work properly*. so if in case user has poor line
quality and line could not be rectified using all means for both IPTV and
BB, then suggest user to disconnect IPTV and use broadband happily. *(also
BSNL gets only less commission from IPTV company so WHY to let user suffer
with our indigenous broadband service and loose large chunk of revenue).*
*Most important Instruction for Broadband Engineers:-*
if DSL link is not stable first look out for profile speed under Downstream
Data Rate or Line Rate, it is specified in kbps. See it should be according
to the Plan of the user and most likely it should be 2 Mbps or 2048 Kbps. if
its higher than this number and user plan is lower than 2 Mbps or equal to 2
Mbps then u can easily lower the profile to suits its speed and stability.
And same with the case of low speed in higher plan, look out for profile it
should be higher for higher plan but not on the cost of low SNR or Unstable
DSL link. rest all depends upon your understanding.

Namaste ji,
Words are not suffice to solace you in this critical juncture, for what the CGM
informed, as you have missed the chance of coveted award by a few days.
I have almost over 29 years of Government job experience till date. Based on
your citation and the real achievements, I can simply blame your SDE for your
missing this golden opportunity.
If he is sincere in recommending ur case for such an award, for which, you are
very well deserving, he should have run from pillar to post to get ur citation
cleared from your admin section and ensured timely submitting of recommended
citation to the CGM Office. If GM is on leave, the caretaker can recommend ur
case or with the initiative of ur SDE/DGM, the GM can be approached and the
recommendation can be obtained through any media. The slackness shows the
sluggish attitude of your immediate boss or DGM per se.
Now, as u know the awards are given based on ur achievements in a particular
financial year and if u r to be considered for the next year, you have to start
from baseline zero again.
Still, if the time is there with CGM to recommend and forward ur citation again,
if ur GM takes initiative, it can be send again through fastest means with an
attached tag mentioning that ur citation which is highly deserving one, was
delayed/missed inadvertently. There are ways and means to get u the deserving
award if the top brasses are really intended to do so. Normally high awards like
one for which u r recommended, will be given one for each SSA or all together
one or two for the entire Circle. If any chelas are struggling to get these
awards through unfair means by any unscrupulous superiors' recommendations,
normally the technical persons name will be set aside for the favour of
non-technical attempting persons. At times, we used to witness abysmal selection
of persons, which we come to know only on the day of award ceremony. Hence you
became a scapegoat for such an episode, I think.
As u mentioned, u did everything honestly for the entire benefit of our beloved
organisation and not for seeking the award. That is itself an Award from your
conscience.
Don't be broken-hearted for no fault of yours'.
Now, considering everything what has happened so far, if still your case is not
taken up through any alternate means, our entire TTAs can go for a strong
protest against the slackness of your admin section and even boycott the annual
award function, if we r not satisfied with the response from concerned
authorities.
Once again, don't loose heart and keep adding feather in your cap.

Just buy 3G SIM of costs Rs. 300 with 7 days validity and no talktime.
Then you need to recharge SIM with one of the data recharge provided by
BSNL.
You can start with Rs. 400 recharge which is for 30 days validity and 1 GB
of data usage.
*How to Set BSNL 3G on Mobile*
1. Make sure your mobile phone is set to work on 3G network mode settings.
If you see "3G" or appears symbol written somewhere on your phone screen if
it is connected to 3G network.
2. Just goto Connection settings, create new connection profile and now you
are only required to specify ACCESS POINT NAME (APN) and you are done.
3. The APN for BSNL 3G settings is gprsnorth3g.bsnlmobile.in

Its really a matter of concern and utter shame that a person who had been recommended by the administration had been left in the wilderness in-spite doing such a wonderful job in the interest of BSNL.
I can very well understand your feeling as the same had happened to me a number of times wherein less deserving candidate got the coveted award.
This things no longer bother me as i am here in BSNL to serve & achieve my foremost career goal i.e. to become a Executive (JTO).
Its highly appreciable that you had done so much for BSNL (I had read your past mails about your spectacular achievements in promoting BSNL mobile ).....BRAVO keep the SPIRIT Up......We all are PROUD of you & your achievements.
Its a long and a hard battle, there are lots of holes that we need to plug in BSNL & those holes can be plugged only when people like you upgrade themselves to the executive cadre.
Its understandable and agreeable too that pacifying you at this stage is very unlikely considering your tireless & hard work, however, SNATTAians salutes you as a TRUE HERO of BSNL.
Keep the good work going and don't get bodged down. Wish you all the LUCK.

Dear Swarup and others,
i have attached the Programming Procedure for all Types of WLL sets
including FWTs and HHTs.
The attached programming files are used by me when I was TTA RLU (2003-2008)
and volunteer looking after the WLL Programming and Installation in 7 RLU
Exchanges which includes atleast 80 villages. I was also looking after the
broadband connections in these exchanges, this is the reason for my in-depth
know-how of Broadband.
i hope all TTAs working in field will get extremely benefited by these soft
copies of Programming procedure.

hi,
i Request to Himachal TTAs to upload the order copy if any issued to any TTA
for Mobile Connection. we here in Chandigarh facing huge problems due to
non-availability of cellphone. as we are using old outdated CDMA WLL sets
which have lower signal range compared to GSM so constantly face trouble in
solving queries of customers.
so pls upload order copy for mobile connections soon.

Dear Friends
Kindly find enclosed h/w the complaint regarding injustice done by DGM(Admn) to CGM Chandigarh. I have done everything for raising my voice towards injustice now i am requesting to CC Punjab and CHQ Snatta to take my voice at Delhi for not getting any type of award only for showing injustice done by DGM ( Admn) HSP.
