Keep up the good spirit.
May men of your tribe increase. BSNL, if not today, will someday understand and appreciate the young and dynamic TTA squad. It may not be out of point to mention that TTAs, in the future to come, will rule the technical arena undoubtedly. Ofcourse, our strength, in numbers is on the raise as there is only recruitment in this cadre and none else. There is bound to be a day when TTAs will play a dominant and conclusive role in the functioning of this mighty organisation.

If we havo nothing to say then just be quiet and help the forum... But I cant stop myself to congratulate you on your great 'century'. Amazing striped icebergs
Icebergs in Lake Michigan sometimes have stripes, formed by
layers of snow that react to different conditions.
Blue stripes are often created when a crevice in the ice sheet
fills up with melt water and freezes so quickly that no bubbles form.
When an iceberg falls into the lake, a layer of water can
freeze to the underside. If this is rich in algae, it can form a
green stripe.
Brown, black and yellow lines are caused by sediment, picked up
when the ice sheet grinds downhill towards the lake.
Frozen Wave Pixs - Nature is amazing!
The water froze the instant the wave broke through the
ice. That's what it is like in Lake Michigan where it is the
coldest weather in decades. Water freezes the instant
it comes in contact with the air. The temperature of the
water is already some degrees below freezing.
Just look at how the wave froze in mid-air!!!
Having the Internet means that we get to see something
that we never imagined! Pass it on for others to enjoy!

As far as all the logics given by u in support of court case, U have
also given ur answer by saying in the last that:-

So think if this late will extend it another two years then it is all
over for those who have completed 8 yrs. No doubt after 10 yrs service
they will be eligible for the LICE. Then what is the value of the 8yrs
hectic struggle ?
Again I will say We all are united , fighting for the same cause. we
