As we have to approach to the management on the fact that how a majority of TTA's are going to be ineligible against this notification . So that we can justify the need of an one time 2 year relaxation is essential . now scouting for his replacement.

We should have the likes of N. R. Narayana Murthy the founder of Infosys iff we want to take BSNL to new Heights, ofcourse he crossed 60 but people of his caliber should lead BSNL from front or somebody outside BSNL who possess corporate vision.

i request SNATTA CHQ to meet CMD, BSNL immediately to apprise him of the

retire soon so we can expect a generous gift from him before his retirement.
i am sure he will listen to our demands. As if somebody files case in court
then JTO LICE may be put on stay. And We as a whole family (SNATTA) don't

Situation** : Last day of school*
Arjun Singh and Pargat Singh are very close friends. The whole school talked
about their friendship. They had been friends right from their kindergarten
days. They have studied together, roamed around together, sat together in
school, ate together. They both wanted to become Police officials and serve
the country.But today was a day they always dreaded. It was their last day
together.

As time went by, both got busy with their work life. They kept their promise
for two years and after that they moved on with their own lives and in the
process Arjun lost his contact with Pargat. Time went by and both became

Arjun picks up the call and he gets a pleasant surprise...

Arjun:* * Where are you?*
Pargat: *I am standing outside the Police station. Come Out**
Arjun:* * Is it? I am coming right away.*
Arjun rushed out of the Police station and saw Pargat standing outside. They
were seeing each other for the first time after thirty years. He wanted to
go and hug his friend. But he could not hug his friend. It was a very
touching moment for both of them :

I m a 2003 recruited TTA, as i too just missed the chance for appearing LICE.
Is thre any thing going on for cutting down the service duration to 5 years. Hoping we can also write teh exam.
Once more , GS, pl try your level best...
(If any one can answer, when will be teh next exam will wi ll be conducted?)

Dear All
tta5year is Mr BP Singh If u can browse thru the previous mails on 24/12/2009, he first opened an id for discussion forum and requested to post ur advice to this id in order to gather individual suggestions. I am surprised that still some are requesting to disclose his identity.
Though I am of 2002 batch, I am above 50 years and still not confirmed about my eligibility being an Ex-serviceman and the the RR 2001 for JTO is not clear on this part.
I send a query thru RTI Act. My advice for the affected TTAs is let the CHQ make all its efforts to bargain with Mgmt including discussion with Honourable CMD. At the worst case, atleast CHQ can take a firm assurance from CMD/BSNL Mgmt that the year of recruitment should be the cretaria for cut off date and also consecutively LICE for JTO should be conducted every/alternative year till the vacancies are exhausted, so that almost everyone will have the opportunity with not less than one year difference, as Mr Deepak has put up the same point that LICE is going to be held regularly henceforth.

Hi friends,
Today we met some lawyers and we came to know that we would be provisionally allowed to sit in the examination.
We want to file case in the court. so i request all representatives to collect funds for this case.
Each circle should nominate one person from each circle which can collect funds for the legal proceedings.
i specially request Haryana Circle to nominate one TTA which can collect funds from every Ineligible TTA.
Total expenses can vary but approximate Rs.1000 should be collected from Every Ineligible TTA (more than 5 year regular service from the Training Date of his/her SSA).
We have to act fast. SNATTA CHQ will try its best to get relaxation from BSNL Mgmt. We have to be prepare for Delhi Protest March. Namboodiri have to consider our Demand which was included in AGREEMENT before Union Verification in Jan,2008.
Till now as per agreement none of our demand has been considered.
We can let him (Namboodiri) go at all front but RELAXATION for 2 years is must. This agenda must get through to bring JOY to INELIGIBLE TTAs all over INDIA.

10. BSNL's 35K crore expansion plan under threat.?

*Dear Friends,
According to latest update, the procurement of Rs 35,000-crore worth of
equipment by Indian Telecom behemoth BSNL is under threat due to tough stand
taken by the two government nominees on the board. *
It is reported that the lowest bidder, Ericsson has further reduced its
prices after negotiations for the GSM expansion contract that create more
problem to the telecom giant.
*It seems that the two government nominees, Joint Secretary Mr. J S Deepak
and a senior DoT official, Mr. P K Mittal have elevated some proprietary
issues concerning the tender, which was cleared in early 2009.*
Meanwhile, the Indian telecom giant has not detailed about the development
and said the Board will decide all the issues and finalize appropriate
decision.
*Various market analysts suggest that the termination or any postponement in
the contract could hit hard the company, at a time when the government was
thinking of disinvestment.*
It is predicted that some third parties were interfering in the tender
business and do not want this to go through. Mr. Deepak has indicated that
BSNL should reconsider the 93-million-line tender.

ofcourse you are eligible for JTO LICE.because date of joining in training will be counted.as you have in the month of may so you are eligible.
