more than five days passed for starting this operation injustice with the help of all my friends conclude below noted points
1. From 22th of this month CHQ ignore all my requests
2 Being a tension full days and non sleeping nights still CHQ Silence it shows that Our CHQ have no care about the feelings of the members.
3 if they are busy then they must give his power to any CC for solving matter but they dont want to do that
4 Keeping in view of above circumstances i conclude that i will send a message regarding injustice on the cell of WORTHY CMD
5. After that i will send a fax with the CITATION and complaint to CMD
its my promise to gruop that this fight will continue as this will be the matter of SNATTA now. GUD NIGHT FRIENDS

Again, the achievers do not seek the awards, rather it should be regarded by superiors to the individual's hardwork towards the goal of organization for motivation.
Your claim or blaming the Admin branch for the inordinate delay of 21 days is in bad taste, as the awards are not obtained through fight, which may bring disrepute to your all hard works what you did so far.
Also, besides technical skill and trade proficiency of the individual & financial impact to the organisation by one's extra ordinary contributions, there are so many other criteria to be taken into account for consideration to any coveted awards, viz. loyalty, integrity, discipline, subordination, communication skill, ability to impart knowledge to subordinates, coordination, managerial ability, cohesiveness or team work, leadership qualities, extra curricular activities like participation in sports etc. Now you now where u stand if u put together these all qualities and most of these or almost all are covered in ACRs. So, you being a DS of SNATTA/BSNLEU, your rapport with the DGM/GM might not be so conducive to the level of tgheir anticipation, as you might be in a position to fight out for some local issues and might be in loggerheads with higher ups, as the case may be.
Finally, drafting of such an application to redress the grievances is not in good order. Just replace the word 'worthy' with 'honourable' with a befitting title, and read it again. It will be sounding good and impressive.
Do recollect the verses of Bhagwat Gita:
"What do you have to lose? once you brought to this world 'nothing' , and why do you have to worry about the lost, once you do not carry 'anything' along with, while leaving the world.
Do your duty and submit to God, don't expect the results/rewards."
I do remember that you started asking for copy of constitution of snatta when a proposal was put up for strengthening the organisation, despite your awareness that our association might not have framed the constitution so far. You being one among the stalwarts, instead of taking a leading role, started questioning your own house itself, is also in bad taste as per my view. Now u r anticipating a total support behind you from the same association which is not having any constitution.
All together, you made up a mesh out of this issue. Please take it supportively and do not have any ill feelings. I have no iota of doubt that you deserve the award for the hard work you put up, but in the eyes of Administration.
Still I apologize for my frank expressions though these are presumably facts alone. If you have anything to criticize, you are welcomed.

Hi friends,
Now a days, computers are being upgraded almost every day. Still, some of us may
find that some of our offices have very old computers lying un-used in our
modern sections, like Broadband section etc.
Now, the question is, how can we use them to their full potential and save a lot
of money of BSNL?
I want to share my experience with one of them. In Siliguri NIB Node, we test a
lot of Modems everyday, people are bringing for testing, re-configuration etc.
We have several computers, but for testing of modes\ms, we have 2 P4 machine and
one P2 (266 MHz processor). This machine was earlier having Win98, then it was
upgraded to WinXP Professional, but it used get hang every now and then. Also
there was no LINUX machine in our section. So, what I did, that I formatted the
hard disk and put Fedora Core 3 Linux. With, a few screenshots of how to
configure LAN and modem and by putting them in front of the computer, now, even
the junior most fellow in the section can do modem configuration in Linux
without any problem. And the machine just fly, as if it is a P4 machine (of
course, we don't use it for any other purpose).
So, look around you, you may find an old computer, lying in a corner, just
waiting for your healing touch.
Note: Fedora Core 3 is an old version of Fedora, Latest is Fedora 13. but the
old version may still be available from http://Fedoraproject.com or other sites.

Tonight, I faced a peculiar problem, when I tried to make 3G data recharge for
my 3G Mobile No. 9475504858, I was shown an error message ' Please give a valid
Mobile No. This no belongs to On-India plan. Not valid for recharge'.
Also, the denominations like 249, 399, 549 is not available in the drop down
menu. In flexi top-up section also it accepts only Rs. 50 to 5000/- in rounding
off 0.
When I contacted the call centre at 94000-24365 and spoke to the customer
care person (male voice), who said that there may be some problem in the
net(?) and advised me to do the ezee recharge (c-top-up). When I asked him to
lodge my complaint (twice), both time he politely refused, saying that taking a
complaint is not possible. I also told him that I am also BSNL employee and if
this happens in our own online system, when you are in some emergency and want
to do recharge and c-top-up is not possible, what one should do? He again
politely told me to do c-top.
By the way, I have balance of Rs. 943/- valid upto 28 Nov 2010
It brings shame that our own BSNL does not have simple Quality control of our
own product, website etc. and we expect to become No. 1 !!!!
This matter is to be taken up at the highest level possible. And if the error
given is true, the I expect to be informed. Because the call centre person told
me there is no such plan for 3G number (One-India).

Hi there,
We, at Siliguri NIB Node, have configured many VMC Type II modems.
we also face same problem 2-3 times, but every time, it turns out to be Laptop
problem. Just go to My Computer-> Properties-> Hardware-> Device Manager and
un-install the wireless Adaptor driver. when promted for 'delete files also?',
choose no. after un-install again right-click on top most label and click ' scan
for any hardware changes'. Wireless LAN adaptor will install itself. this time,
I don't think, you will not find any problem.
One more thing, never give out any wireless modem without Encryption and also
change the modem's default password.
In VMC modem, you will also find that once you give direct key or pass key,
reboot the modem without switch off, you will find the key is there, but once
you switch off the modem and again switch on, you will find the key is not there
where you put it. So, what happens? The key is taken out from direct view but it
is available under some other parameter ( most probably, under 'Performance' or
something like that).
Also, try to give, only 128 bit key, because, Win Vista,onwards they support
only 128 bit keys. We have faced some problem with 64 bit key in Vista. The
computer gets connected, but no page opens. the moment we changed to 128 bit
key, every thing is fine.
Now, we have made it compulsory to give 128 bit keys only.

modems.
it just gets detected in "available wireless networks" in PC's/laptops, but
fails to get connected.
. no antivirus or firewalls enabled.
Please help, getting vexed with this MODEM. Had anyone did see this modem at all

You can apply New Telephone Connection Called RSTC(Regional cum Service Telephone Connection) with NTC form along with Application to Commercial Official Phones for RSCT-NTC forwarded by cotrolling authority(SDE).
it is also provisioned for group-C And group D to Avail RSTC connection in Home Town while seviced anywhere .

According to my info 1. you are eligible for rent free land-line telephone at your residence with 200 call per months. 2. A CDMA WLL (LMT) connection for official work. Out-going facility will be depends upon your's understanding with yours SDE / DE/ TDM. It may be upto only Local, Local & 94, upto STD with roaming.3. We are not eligible for GSM Service connection.

first resign ur DS post
here we r also have the sales team
they are enjoying the facilities provided by dept like
vehcle,TA/DA etc
but the output is negligible
so by enjoying the work and getting some extra benifits people like u
and when getting hardles like this blaming other SNATTAIANS
i know most of the people working in sales and groups enojing their work
and claiming huge amount of TA/DA
yes i agree with u that u r neglected and the award is not given to u
for that what SNATTA has to be done?
the president may go to the CGM and ask about ur problem
there are lots of problems we are facing
1) our junior ttas are getting less salary
2) our jto exam is in the sky we r strugglling for it
3) dept is getting huge losses
4) most of higher officers are simply sitting and enjoying their facilities and getting huge salary
5) TTAs r working for dept but dept not providing any mobile facility
6)court cases in various courts oppsite to us by OJTOS
6) most of the new recruited TTAs r eng graduates but they r neglected or insulted by
their higher staff like jto's who r recruited after ttas
like many other problem are infront of ttas
first try to solve the solve problems at ur level
dept is first if it is there then only we will be here
so work for dept and hink for dept
be positive
if u r sincere u may get one more chance

you are right yasin..
i also get furious when i heard some1 calling me Technician.
Dil to karta hai modem utha ke muh par maarooon... but somehow i hold my temper. ;-)
thats why i never told anyone that i am a TTA which mostly looks like i am a Technician or an Assistant to someone, who could not work independently, i just simply introduce myself as Broadband Engineer.
when i joined Broadband section, earlier people used to call me Technician but i changed their mindset and whenevr i gave my offical WLL No. to them i make sure they feed my contact as Broadband Engineer, BSNL. or i gave them slip with written as Bandhan Preet Singh, Broadband Engineer.
earlier my SDO also called me as TTA in front of anyone..but now since ages he always introduce me only as Broadband Engineer.
He also lovingly called me ROCKET SINGH.. ;-)) in front of his friends.
the summary is.... Broadband TTAs are known as Broadband Engineers in Mohali.
guys you all have technical bend of mind and TTA post is meant for Diploma Holders and above (technical streams), so proudly says that you are an Engineer (Senior or Junior does not matter).

i m not running from responsibilities but when our seniour JTO and SDE call us as "TECNICIAN" (generally technician is used for ITI people) inspite of being degree engineer then i loose my moral towards responsibilities. I think u understand what i m saying.
