Dear all,
its really felt extremely good that TTAs all over India getting
appreciation in their respective fields and getting Prestigious Awards.
My Congrats to Each and Every TTA whoever gives full dedication and
hardwork to their Job Profiles and got the BSNL award this year.
I think we should highlights those TTAs Achievements on our SNATTA
Website and it will be a Morale Booster for others too.
I request SNATTA.org webmaster to create a special link in our website
to show TTAs Achievements and Awards on the Internet. We should list
their Names in that link. Those who previously got any Award or
Recognition from BSNL should have their names on the board. We must show
our caliber, skills, Talent and Achievement to the world especially the
BSNL Mgmt and Executive Unions, who so far ignored our Potential. It
will be a big impact on the thinking of those who believe that TTAs
can't do anything big.
We should show our strength to them so they can influence while taking
any decision which involves TTAs.

Dear friends
I have an idea that why not we should tag the photos and profile of all the award holders and distinguish personality of the different fields from the snattians on www.snatta.org
By this thing we at the behalf of the snatta , may appreciate them and may provide the motivational platform to the others engineers too.

From Rajasthan circle Sh. Kamal Lohani , TTA, GMTD Udaipur is selected for the Visistha Sanchar Seva Padak 2009.
He will be honoured with this award on 6.10.2009 at B M Birla Auditorium, Jaipur.
Prevoiusly Sh Dinesh Meghwal (Now JTO Dotsof Udaipur) got this award in 2008
NOTE:DS SNATTA, Udaipur is requested to send a Photo and brief work history of the Sh Kamal Lohani and Sh Dinesh Meghwal so that same is tagged on the www.snatta.org
