but i think that TTAs fully deserve more pay than Clerks and TOAs etc.
in some cases i have seen some old and new TTAs which still carries "Sarkari typo" personality. they always escape work on some or the other excuses.
i am happy that most of the Chd SSA TTAs are very hardworking and talented.
i am very much delighted on gujarat's achievement' s and all credit goes to the team of TTAs there. i have seen very rare such a well coordinated team of youngsters. most of the time every one tries to become "NETA" and spoils all the efforts in drain. in the past i have seen that team is intelligent but due to lack of coordination all meetings fail. so congrats to you all.
