Fw: Re: [TTABSNL] dely in wage revision

Yes vikasji you r right
i told earlier that moderator must come in picture at every new posting mail. and same thing told by hakamji and sandipji more times.

but vikasji, sorry to say that in one thing i have different idea from you that you are against any kind of censoring and have always supported the freedom of expression, i m always oppose that kind of freedom of expression which are harmfull to our assoiciation. there must be self and made discipline that you cant gave any expression against OUR UNITY, SNATTA, SNATTA LEADERS, AND DICISION MADE BY LEADERS.

and in this case, Mr.rajesh kumar i dont how long u in bsnl but first you must be know all about SNATTA AND OUR VILLAIN NFTE AND SPECIALLY FNTO.

so, please now onwards when u post anything then be  serious dont break our heart.

love you always,

Dear friend rajesh kumar tta, bsnl cmts palacode alias VENKATESAN RAD <venk212@yahoo,

Why are you speaking the language of BSNL Workers Alliance. Each and every word of your mail has its origin in the recenting posting by NFTE in its wesite(http://nftehq. org/).

So please clear some of my doubts.Have you ran out of words so that you had to cut/paste the same from NFTEs website or has NFTE ran out of words,so they have posted your mail in their website?

If either of the above two  is true than I genuinely doubt your integrity and sincerety towards SNATTA.

Suddenly you come up from nowhere and start posting mails regarding MT issue,Pay scale of new TTAs,revised scales of non executives etc etc which has created confusions and division which may be harmful to our association.
Please check before posting any mails whether the message is based on some facts but I think you are very new in department, you might not be knowing some of the basics. There is no harm in learning from the seniors if you have doubt. We would be happy to share whatever little we know.

Anyway,Although I am against any kind of censoring and have always supported the freeedom of expression but I think its the job of moderators to read all the mails and block those which create undue confusion.

Hakam had rightly pointed that we should periodically clean our house and set it in order and identify the moles and spies between us so that the information meant for us donot leak out.

First there will be agreement on periodicity of wage revision.

There is no agreement on periodicity as yet between recognized union and management. In case it is of five years DOT's approval is necessary.

(II)          Once periodicity is decided fitment formula has to be evolved and agreement between management and recognized union is necessary in this respect.

(III)      After above two agreements issues of evolving of new pay scales and rate of increment will arise.

(IV)         Once Pay Scales etc are evolved question of perks and allowances will be taken up.

The recognized union is delaying the process of wage revision due to political reasons.
