This is to inform everybody that Message Delivery of all the members has
been changed from Individual Emails to Daily Digest.
Now the question is What does it mean and Why it has been Done..???
So the Individual Email means >>
The option to choose if you want to get each group message and special
notice individually and immediately, as it is posted.
And Daily Digest means >>
The option to choose if you want to see all messages but limit the
amount of email you receive. We'll compile an email of up to 25 messages
and send daily (special notices too!).
The above change is done to save your Inbox of unnecessary clutter and
Spam. Now you will get only important emails and one email per day
containing all the messages posted by the group members. As we got some
feedback that people are getting huge numbers of emails from TTABSNL
Yahoo Group daily. So it is done to save your time and space.

my advice to you, pls don't make any new database over internet, we must
have only one centralized database. SNATTA website has link to online
membership i.e.

As we are going to make everything online so we need database of each
TTA on that form. We will sort it out that database in Circle Wise, SSA
Wise etc. later on for future course of actions.

Dear Rishi,
Very nice to hear one voice from Karnataka. In most of other circles due to the efforts of 2001(in a broad sense)batch TTAs, Circle bodies of SNATTA had been formed(that too in a broad sense). Due to the hard work of that leaders, without any political or money support, SNATTA has grown up to earn seats in NCM and wage committee, in a very short period compared to the trade union history. But in Karnataka there was no recruitment at that time. So we don't have a unit in Karnataka. I request to people like you to form a unit at the earliest. Simply writing mails cannot do much to achieve our goals. At least somebody please come forward to take the responsibility.
Coming to your mail..TTAs who is working for the last 20 or 30 years of service will be definitely much more benefited than the 2001 batch TTAs. No doubt in it. As per tradition things was much better. But this time the Government deviated from tradition(in the case of PSUs). See the revised scale of newly recruited executives in BSNL. It was not done by the BSNL management. The government issued the guidelines(see the DPE guide lines). BSNL management implemented the same. All the 244 PSUs follow the same guidelines. Watch the advertisements for the post of executives in any PSU. You can see the resemblance. All the young blood in the PSUs all over India suffer the same. So if we want to change it then all the youngsters in all over India should unite and should get the support of all the senior staff, politicians, media etc. In short, the entire policy of the government or government itself should be changed for this goal(is it possible?). SNATTA is
not even capable of changing the policy of even BSNL. If someone find any way to change the policy of the government as a whole then please come forward and lead the others..

if service period is under consideration then people who join bsnl(dot) 20 or 30 yrs back n now working in same cadre of TTA ,they sud get double or triple salary compaired to batch 2002.
as per govt. rule n tradition revised salary sud be uniform 4 all(cadre wise)....n thats wat arrears matters,who joined early he will got arrears.by the way why ur logic is not applicable to MT recruitment with their pay scale????

Don't be so exited. We have serve the department for last 7 years and for that we are getting the 30% fitment. You have just entered in to. The revision of scales will decide your benefit. But it will definately not at par with the recruitees before 1.1.2007 and it is ligible. The fitment is the part of service before the wage revision, that is not applicable in 2008 and 2009 batch.
There is nothing to think of. We are trying our best for better Revised Scales. Even we have demanded that they should be revised as per the DPE guidlines. Then it will be about 16400/-. Let's see what happens.
Don't ever try to mislead someone that there will be injustice to 2008 & 2009 batch. This is the rule.
