c ur is correct..but mgmt wanted regular executive with 4 years of experience.your executive experience not 4 years..u just completed 5 months.

But we all TTAs are demand For:

1.TTAs who are having Diploma in Engineering + Six Years of BSNL Experience is suffice .(i.e B.TECH(3 or 4 Years)+2 Years Post Grad.).

(or)

2.Inclusion of all the TTAs who are having the Executive Elibility Criteria with experience of 4 years service condition.

When from externally they are recruiting the candidates of JTO/MT ...but Internally we are having very capable engineers having the same qualifications.when we are appearing from the external we are loosing the BSNL experience of Non-Executive/Executive.So management better include all the Non-Executives and Non-Executive with eligibile of Executive criteria.

Your comments very much invitable.For better service condition of TTA we have to approach in Integrated Manner.

1. I am regular JTO from 27-04-2009,
2. I have experience within BSNL from 12-05-2003 (SIX Years).

At the starting of BSNL Internal MT advertisement this is clearly mentioned:Jst go through.It
"BSNL regular executives at or above JTO, JAO and equivalent level possessing the prescribed eligibility conditions detailed in Annexure-II are eligible to apply as internal candidate under both quotas."

please clarify that the eligibility condition for MT regarding four years experience in BSNL. as there is no such clause or condition written in the RR that the experience of four years must be as an executive . some persons are misinterprating it wrongly. I am newly recruited JTO and have been as a TTA since 2002. pls arrange to clarify it from some reliable source or some well knowledged admin person.
