Hi Jasvant Parmar,

I think u r having very short IQ to know or understand the policy of the BSNL management what they think about TTA. It is not a matter whether a TTA coming after completing of Diploma or Degree. TTA are dump in front of management.
I am sorry to you, saying this think to u as u r having 7 years experience in BSNL.

For MT only JTO and its eqiuivelent cader people only can apply, there is no option for TTA, What the Degree and How many years Experience they have?

I m also having B.Tech and joined this company last year, and become to know that there is no future for TTA. Firstly We must try for JTO as either external or internal candidate. afterward we will have a great future here.
