We arenot demanding anything for the DRTTA of 2008 batch!!!!!!
Surprised?But yes we have submitted demands regarding wages,financial and administrative power which if implemented would benefit the TTAs who have joined on or after 2007.
All these years its only the batch who have joined earlier have faced all kinds of hardships but we have faced everything bravely and made way for the junior batches.We were first placed in 4500 scale which was then upgraded to 5000 cda and later to 7100 ida.We were also paid stipend on cda scale of 4500.We should have got 7800 (correseponding to 5500 cda) as in MTNL but have been placed at a lower scale.Our bond period was 5 years initially which was subsequently reduced to 2 years.We faced problems on issues of service confirmation and date of next increment nad many other countless issues by different persons in different places.
We faced these problems all alone with no one coming to our help,but we somehpw managed to clear all the hurdles and ensured that the coming batches do not face the same problems again.
We had no one to speak for us in the beginning but you have atleat the platform called SNATTA and TTABSNL@ yahoogroups.com in which you can raise your problems.
The leaders who are the pillars and the foundation of these concrete structure called SNATTA have faced problems for issues that were related to all the TTA and not of any particular TTA of any batch.
So you see my friend SNATTA is not for old TTAs or new TTAs,actually its for all the like minded TTA who are associated professionaly and at personal levels also.
coming to your query regarding pay scales of 2008 batch if our demands see the light then you would be one who wuld be benefitted the most.

Presenting all these solid and convincing justifications, myself, on behalf of very young, dynamic, highly energetic and honest TTAs of our organization, suggest a reasonable pay scale of Rs.9200-250-13200 and the same may be revised to 19170- 3% -open ended.

Dear Rajesh,
Many of your mails can easily be understood since we would have already read it from somewhere else. But this mail is very difficult to understand. Where did you collect all these data from? What is the DA merger you have considered? Is it 68.8% or 78.2% ? Even if it is 78.2% then too it would be around 18300 as on 01.01.2007 for the 2002 batch TTAs. If 3% annual increment is taken then it would be more than 19000 as on today. Then how did you get the figure of 18850? Management has submitted this scale for approval from DPE - but it is for JTOs(revised scale of 9850). Or have YOU taken any decision to grand the JTO's scale to 2002 batch TTAs? It is very interesting to see that you have granted 24% revised DA to the BSNL employees...! Even executives are getting a revised IDA of 18.5%. And from where you got the new scale of 14500-30400(3%)? What is the justification for it? At the same time you have allotted a basic pay of 14900 to the TTAs
joined after 01.01.2007. How it happens?
If you write something your own then please try to be sincere in it. Don't write any wild Imagination or dreams as facts. But today I have noticed that some TTAs are spreading this foolishness through sms. I am ashamed of such people who are not able to understand the facts and blindly follow the blunders. These kind of activities will definitely spoil our efforts.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has made a bid for Millicom's Sri Lanka operations. Millicom has put its assets in Sri Lanka, Laos and Cambodia up for sale, and expects to complete the deals by the first quarter of 2010. Other who have shown interest in the operations include UAE's Emirates Telecommunications Corp (Etisalat). BSNL, which has cash reserves of $6 billion, is also looking at a 46% stake in Kuwaiti telecom firm Zain. (Business Standard)
