Iam K.Prasanna Raghavan,TTA,CSR,Cantonment,Trichy with HRMS 200200336. I have already enrolled in this group and till last week I recd all messages, suddenly I have been unsubscribed, Was there any technical problem? Or whether i have to subscribe again?

Dear Gireesh,
Are you watching only your mails? If not then why don't you have any idea about SNATTA doing for new TTAs? AND WHO ELSE WILL SPEAK FOR YOU OTHER THAN SNATTA? COULD YOU POINT OUT ANY DOG SPEAKING FOR YOU? Our leaders are not magicians. They will do their best for you. But with very limited support there is no guarantee to achieve all of our demands. Months back, I had instructed you to attend the BSNLEU's district conference (where their Circle and National leaders would be present)and raise our issues. Did you attend? Did you asked other new TTAs to attend the meeting and raise our voice? Or anything else you did for YOU? NO..NO..NO.Only the 2003 batch TTAs were raising this issue in other SSAs and fighting with BSNLEU. Of course we got support of new TTAs in Kannur, Calicut & Malappuram SSAs. But what you people did in your SSA other than demoralising somebody fight for YOU?
Once again I assure you that our leaders will try there best for you but we cannot give any guarantee. Last many years we are trying our best to reduce the service condition to 5 years. But now,TTAs in many circles going to complete 10 years in the near future! What about their pathetic fate?
The stage of the wage revision where the new scales would be decided is not yet reached. But we have succeeded to raise the all the rights(not explaining now), to get a very good scale to the TTA cadre, before the management and the recognised union. The rest is yet to be watched. I can feel your eagerness because you are waiting for this last one year. But my dear-all the other employees are waiting for it for the last three years including the Union's favourite TMs&Sr.TOAs.
