New Scale is 14440 ( After Two Increments 2009, 2010)
Linemans's who's basic was 6200 or 6300 have almost san\me basic in new scale and a lineman with basic 7300 has new basi 16400+ . What is this ? New Banifit to Newly recruited TTA's ? More Work , Less Pay ?

Yes its correct the newly joined TTA's are not geting any benefit from the new pay scale. and more over there is nobody to think about us. So lets we all unite together and fight for our demand.
in the last pay scale the basic pay of telephone mechanic starts from 4275-6900 and that of TTA's is 7100-13000. But now
Basic of TM : 9000-17000
TTA : 13600-
see the difference,
even groud D's are getting equal pay like us. Pease think............

Same is the case with 2008 batch recruitees.. .my month of increment is may...so as per old pay scale, i would have got Rs.400-500 increment... but with new pay (revised pay) my basic is Rs.14440... but overall my salary is same as that for the last month of april salary...even EPF deducted is only Rs.2 more than the last month EPF....it means i have got no profit n no loss because of my present year increment... .salary is reduced as such for 2008 n later batches..thanks to union.
pls dont take it as a personal remarks...i am just telling u the actual fact wich u can verify from any TTA salary slip.

since the personal pay is only applicable on date of joining the difference of basic+dp+da in pre revised and Basic+Da revised. our date of joining is agust 2008 by that time our Basic+DA+DP is less than revised pay of BASic+DA. we got 600 pay arrear. after December 2009 onwards we lost our pay. Hence we are not eligible for pay protection said by the Management side( but it is illegal & injustice we have to fight against these illegal activities imposed by Management)/

first i tell all you that BSNL is purely technical PSU and my thought personally that only two cadre which is earned for BSNL is TTA & PM and other cadre enjoy with there earning so why ignore to this cadre in every field. it is my personal thought that SNATTA is only a association which not involve direct in union election.it can support only and use as a vote bank only.

Do something before its too late. In our state(kerala) we decided
to give representation through GM first. So we are drafting representation
district wise and combining it to make a common representation. Also support
from unions will be helpful. So approach other unions first(FNTO and all).
If they support, EU will also be forced to do the same. Here there is no
UNION's among us only fight against injustice. So everyone unite. Please.

We are also facing the genuine questions of TTAs (Rectt. after 2007) about their wage revision, TTAs of pre 2007 batches about designation change & entry into executive scale & also JTO Test. There are so many other demands of TTAs which are yet not solved, so its the time to take proper decision to get our problems solved

I am doing good. Yes I am in Tanzania. Foreign DA depends from country to country.You can check with 6 Pay commission details about d latest rates. For Tanzania the rate is 45 USD per day for first 14 days. For next 14 days it is 75 %(i.e. 33.75 USD per day) and for the rest of the days after that it is flat 60 %(i.e. 27 USD per day). This sliding rate DA holds for every country n every govt. employee on foreign deputation, only the rates vary from country to country.
Yes I also get my Indian salary. Other allowances/perks are accommodation, local travel,communicatio n charges,medical etc.
Right now at a place called Iringa in Tanzania. My basic is 21K after d revision of salaries!
Traveling a lot this time, very hectic schedule.

Its worth mentioning here that he told me, when i last met him personally, that the conditions in that country is not so good and he has been twice robbed by the locals on gun point. He is lucky that he is alive now. He was roaming alone when this happened.
But my question is why BSNL mgmt. is offering only 22 dollars to SDO and 15 to TTAs in a recent notification. .??
i request our GS to look into this matter as the topic is hot now. The above rates are implemented since 1985 and never been changed. Some of the TTAs might be interested in this project for experience, adventure etc.. We can also contact Executive associations who were making hue and cry last time we visited Doha, Qatar. This time BSNL employees should get their genuine share.

1) close ur personal cell phone- to save mony
2) don't us ur personal vehical/cell phone for deppt purpose
3) work to rule -as old-TTA duty chart assigned , not be smart doing working as duty
of JTO/SDE. do work as TTA only . because we are paying only as TTA, not
for exta-smart working.
4) find out part time job - earn money which is not less than u lost in new pay revision!!
5) get advanced TA

...so .. on.

On behalf of DRTTAs- 2007 & 2008 Batches, I send this letter to inform our strong protest against the weak performance so far done by the BSNLEU in the issues related to pay revision for DRTTA 2007 & 2008 against implementation of 2nd PRC for Non executives. We supported the BSNLEU just because of trusting its strong leadership. We hoped that our Pay scale likely to be revised with higher than pre revised scale which is well represented by its strong leaders. But, now we are really ashamed of the same leadership!
The DRTTA 2007 & 2008 joined in BSNL after 1-1-2007 and before signing of the wage agreement between the recognized union and management. Due to implementation of 2nd PRC for N.E in BSNL on 07-05-2010, Our (DRTTA 2007 & 2008) salary has been reduced and made loses of Rupees Five hundred and fifty one (Rs 551 approx. per month). The BSNLEU made gain to the employees of who are appointed before 1-1-2007 by making the loss to the newly recruited DRTTA 2007-2008 batches. It is like a giving gift to somebody by stealing valuable goods from new persons. The magnificent achievement said by BSNLEU, it is not been extended to DRTTA 2007 08 batches since they have joined after 01-01-2007. But in JTO 2005 batches who are joined on or after 1-1-2007 they got their salary hike with 30% fitment in their basic salary (whatever may be the reason they fought) then why it is not possible to extend same to DRTTA 2007 /08 at least some percentage
of fitment <30% or proportionate bunch of increment in pay fixation in order to avoid the pay loss. It is due to the lack of BSNLEU But the BSNLEU not even given the courtesy on DRTTA 2007-2008. BSNLEU never bother about the issues given by our DRTTA 2007-2008 while during the agitation conducted by BSNLEU on August 19 & 20 / 2009. We have participated in the strike called by BSNLEU on August 19 & 20 2009, we lost our 2 days salary also. But we never expect this kind of activities of BSNELU.
Whenever we met you, you always had a sweet smile on your noble face. But we never thought that you were cutting our throats with a smiling face. Now you have proved it!. To the ultra joke you have included the demands of contract labours issue in the web site for the interest of CITU & CPIM. It indicates that BSNLEU has some hidden agenda which is beneficial neither to BSNL employees nor BSNL. BSNLEU represents the employees of BSNL and not the contract workers. You were elected as a recognized union of BSNL employees and not the contract workers. We voted for you to represent our issues and not the contract workers. Management has already clarified that this subject is beyond the scope of the recognized union and we, the employees of BSNL, feel that this is none of our business. We all knew that BSNL has already become a sinking ship and struggling for its life among the multinational telecom companies. In this situation, the demands (Merger
of IDA for pensioners, Minimum wages for contract labours, etc,.) put forwarded by the BSNLEU are really astonishing! It seems that you people are thinking how to sink it early by cramming it with unnecessary issues in addition to the existing matters. And, it is worth thinking that more fruits are not getting from a tree having more leaves. If you are not able to solve the genuine matters like our pay reduction in 2nd pay revision of DRTTAs 2007 & 2008, then in what matter you are trying to excel! It is highly ridiculous to your leadership if you are still urging for the beneficiary of outsiders who are working for cleaning like works and later demanding a group D promotion /salary for them! And the funniest matter in which the people are laughing at you, is that you are doing all these by ignoring the genuine problems of DRTTAs- the permanent employees of BSNL! Now we all are thinking that what this union is for! Are you really work for the
beneficiary of BSNL? Now, it is very suspicious that you are implementing some hidden political agenda in BSNL.
If your response is not positive then we will stop our union membership fee in the coming months onwards It is not so hopeful for you to look only into the present situation. Today may be of yours, but don't forget the tomorrow. On that day we would be so powerful as you people today, that to even block your IDA pension, medical reimbursement after retirement, time bound promotion, illegal pre-qualification exam of TMs etc. So we hope you keep your stardom which we, DRTTAs have been given to you as earlier.
