any body can tell me What is the problem in broadband
While modem is being configure in PPOE mode i.e in always on mode
sites could not open , But at the same time it is working in Bridge mode.
Although DNS has been added for that purpose ,but all in wain
Any body can help in that regard , pl let me know.

hi dinesh,
1st restore ur modem to factory defaults.
then recreate the PVC on which ur BB is working.
enter correct IPs of DNS in LAN conn. properties.
set modulation technique as G.dmt for better link quality.
and try to run internet 1st on Lan then after try it on Wlan after configuring security settings.
disable proxy, set ur explorer to defaults, enable automatically detect settings in explorer. if all this does not works then there could the prob with modem u may replace it then after.

Hi friends,
One of the Brightest Star left us (BSNL) to fly in the Air.
The below mail is dedicated to the person whom i most admire as a Human Being.
I am writing this mail after almost one month he left us for another company. I hold on to myself for writing this mail as i thought some one will definitely bid adieu to this great personality. But again i have to take initiative for this small but necessary step for our comrade.
It was a great loss to SNATTA and BSNL as we loose another Smart fellowman to other company.
i want to give him best wishes personally and officially as a SNATTAian. i hope he will achieve great heights in his professional career and after all sky is the limit. He is the man behind some of the SNATTA's Success and given us the platform to share information. Many of you would be deprived of my good mails if he didn't thought different and nurtured a little idea in his life. He twice proved his ability and capability that he is far ahead from us by clearing JTO exam and now he is a Manager in a big company.
i hope until now many of you have Guessed his name right..???
if you still could not figure out his NAME then pls ask me for the SAME...!!

Dear Ajay,
You are talking about the staff who are on service as on 01.01.2007. But the point of discussion is about the TTAs who joined after 01.01.2007. For them the best option is revision with effect from the date of next promotion onwards(we should seek administrative & legal opinion about this). If they choose this then they can avoid the loss due to revision.
Further more, if all new TTAs choose this option then it will initiate a pressure for re-thinking. The possibility of scale up gradation is still there(but no chance at all for higher fitment). Now management has decided to upgrade Sr.TOA's scale. Then why can't TTA's?
