I approached this injustice to SNATTA Regarding this pay degradation for TTA recruited after 2007
he is telling your pay is protected as personel pay
This is your fate told by one of the circle secratory in SNATTA & it cannot be resolved. He is telling if DA increase the salary will rise .
i thank to balwinder singh ji & Abilash kerala you people are thinking about us, i am getting little bit hope to solve this injustice issue

I have so many times reminded to our leaders for this issue of conveyance allowance to get some unified order from BSNL management.As all the TTAs are not able to handle their SDEs.There must be some proper representation on this issue.

If you attend any fault using your own vehicle, you will be reimbursed as Re 1.00 per Km. So the solution is that you pretend that you are using some rented vehicle and present receipts as proof with your TA Bill (I guess that is not a big deal). In this way, you can claim for Rs 6.00 per Km.

The reason why I asked this question is " BSNL IS ALREADY CONTRIBUTING @8.33% " as per EPF act(old), where a cap of RS/-6500.00 was applied ( 8.33% of 6500 = 541.).This is the reason why you will get pension of 3250(50% of Max pensionable salary of 6500.)
Our point is "BSNL SHOULD CONTRIBUTE @8.33% OF ACTUAL BASIC AND DA TO PENSION FUND as per modified EPF ACT" .
I think in your place some sensible account officers are there. So I suggest you try to get it implemented. We might convince our DDOs to follow the same.
Revised EPF Pension act is available on EPFO website (Employees' Pension Scheme 1995 - Updated as on 01/10/2008 - Click Here).
We are trying hard to get the same implemented in Jharkhand.

1. Dear Mr Anand, At present, the pension contribution is just Rs 541.00 which will make us having a pension of Rs 3250.00 after minimum 35 years of service. I have given option for increasing it to 8.33% as per the provisions of EPS. However the necessary change in HR Package is yet to be incorporated. I am pursuing the case with concerned authorities.
2. Dear Mr Shyam, The minimum contribution by employee is 12% of your Basic + DA which is being done by default in HR package. You can increase this contribution upto 100% of your Basic+DA. The employer contribution is 12% of your Basic+DA. Out of employer's cont, minimum Rs 541.00 is contributed into your pension fund, which as per the provisions of EPS can be increased upto 8.33% of basic+DA. however, the necessary amendment is yet to be carried out in HR Package, for which, case has been taken with concerned authorities.

I'm TTA and working in Patna SSA since 2003. I have selected in DRJTO-2008 exam and I have been alloted CTD Kolakata circle.
I have submitted my application for technical resignation and relieving for joining training to be started in NSCBTTC Kalyani from 31/5/2010.
My DGM(Admn.) has mentioned in note sheet to held up my pay from June 2010.
Can anyone know
1. Whether I will be paid stipend or salary of TTA
2. Which circle will pay me during training period.

BSNLEU totally cheated Post 2007 Batch TTAs. I tried to discuss the issue
with the Circle Secretary, BSNLEU-Kerala he was not ready to lend his ears
on this matter.
Most of the Post 2007 Batch TTAs in Kerala are members of BSNLEU and are
paying union subscription per month. *All of us (Post 2007 TTAs) across the
country, should resign from BSNLEU and should stop the monthly subscription
at the earliest.*

There are Ist 0600 to 1400 IInd 1400 to 2200 IIIrd 1700 to 0000 IVth 0000 to 0600 in shifts and in General duties 0800 to 1600 , 0900 to 1700 & 1000 to 1800. For IIIrd 1700 to 0000 & IVth 0000 to 0600 less duration because of the night hours coefficient work. This is only what we do in MBM and anyone knows as per rule kindly quote.

Hi friends,
this is pure discrimination. evevn i have heard that jtos appointed after 2007 have got fitment. what so ever the reason is the ttas also should get some fitment from the date of appointment. we and our leaders have to fight for this.

Dear Rahul,
Plz consider below facts with your legal consultant.
1) 01/01/2007 is only a pointer for the wage revision so all joined before the office order for wage revision(07/ 05/2010) are eligible for fitment benefit from their joining date.
2) BSNL already allowed Fitment benefit to the JTOs Joined after 01/01/2007( what ever may be reason) that is also a claim for us.
3) We (TTAs) the supervisors of TMs already gained one increment after our appointment with higher pay than TMs, now we (the supervisors) are going to be placed below the TMs.This is pure discrimination.
4) Our medical and training allowances in the new scale is also lesser than our old scale. There is no supporting rules for reducing any allowances after pay revision.
Plz go through the T.N government order (they follows central pay commission).
