dear all
senior getting less pay than junior is called PAY ANAMOLY.
Whenever there is pay revision from perticular date, it happens. It is corrected by stepping up of the pay, ie one additional increment will be added to senior.
All the sufferers r requested to represent themselves individually to their AO. he will step up your pay.

WE ARE all DR TTA UNHAPPY WITH MANAGEMENT,S DECISION FOR DR,TTAWHEN MANAGEMENT DECLARE THE JTO DEPTT EXAM .THEY MADE 7 YEARS SERVICE CONDITION..WITH THIS DECISION OUR SOME DR TTA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.. SO WE REQUEST TO DEPTT THAT DR TTA ARE OF SAME BATCH BUT THEIR TRAINING IS START LATER.IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OY THE DEPTT .BUT THEY ARE NOT AGREE WITH OUR VIEW BUT DURING PAY FIXATION, MANAGEMENT GIVE THE BENEFIT TO JTO WHICH ARE JOIN THE DEPTT AFTER 01/01/07 .ONE SIDE THEY GIVES THE BENEFIT(PAY FIXATION) TO THAT EMPLOYEE(JTO) WHICH ARE JOIN THE DEPTT AFTER SIX MONTH OF PAY FIXATION AND OTHER SIDE FOR DR TTA ,THEY DO NOT GIVES THE RELAXTION FOR EXAM THIS TYPE OF THINKING OF MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD OUR US AS LOOK TO FUTURE

Hello
1. when you switch off your cell , and ring your own number from another
number, you will get announcement that "phone is switched off"
2. and when you switched of your cell by removing its battery in ON
condition, and ring your own number from another number, you will get
announcement " Subscriber is not reachable"

My salary with new pay scale is

Same is the case with 2008 batch recruitees.. .my month of increment is may...so as per old pay scale, i would have got Rs.400-500 increment... but with new pay (revised pay) my basic is Rs.14440... but overall my salary is same as that for the last month of april salary...even EPF deducted is only Rs.2 more than the last month EPF....it means i have got no profit n no loss because of my present year increment... .salary is reduced as such for 2008 n later batches..thanks to union.
pls dont take it as a personal remarks...i am just telling u the actual fact wich u can verify from any TTA salary slip.
