There is one line solution to the problem :::
JUST REMEMBER THAT PAY REVISION DATE IS 01-01-2007. THINK THAT IF THE REVISION WAS DONE IN THAT YEAR ONLY THEN ANYONE DIDN'T HAVE ANY OPTION TO COMPARE THEIR SALARY WITH THE DRAWN SALARY.

I never attend a call on my mobile if it is from office...I never give my cell no. to any customer...this is from the past seven years...due to this reason my officers(JTOs ,SDEs) so many times harassed in otherways...but my answer to them is "Until the company provides the service mobile to me i wont answer on cell".
But all of my coleags are attending call on their cell. If we attend the calls, the officers and customers feel good, but they dont realise our problem. if we dont attend call then management will know how important it is to provide service connection to ttas

the punch line bsnl is really disappointed for the tta cadre.. we all uses our own phones for attending public calls for full day....but management did not thinks a bit on us...

try to minimize call receive at your cell....cell is basically of our family and friends,,, my self many time face that before 1 year, my battery is completely sucked by the public calls at the 12 at noon....now i complete not attending the public call at my cell.... but meanwhile i gives my lots of time to my office umber so that no more public dissatisfaction to occur.
So guy dont pick up office call at your personal numbers..

you can get the best combination within 40000,
acer is the best....but go for the LED display and latest processor...and
dedicated graphics card. DELL has faded display... HP may be the good

buy LENOVO..!! highest Durability.
feel the laptop keys and features at the Shop before buying especially the
hardness of keys and mouse.
some laptops have *recovery Button* that can recover windows in just one
Key. there are some valuable features that can power ur laptop.
*Don't go for Finger or face Recognition*. Its total waste of Money. Go for
14.1 inch screen.
If u can tell me ur Exact purpose then i can guide u to buy the laptop.

how many tta"s r satisfied with wage revision, please give ur views. As far as i m concerned i m nt satisfied , bcoz we the backbone of bsnl are performing the duties of jto's as well as sdo's independently. Then why there is so much difference in the pay of jto and tta. Many of u friends are well qualified and hard working , then why is this discrimination with us. I am expecting views of all of u on this topic.

Hi friends,
*Dt 13.05.2010. As per the minutes of 23rd NCM, there is only 6200 vacancies
in the JTO 35% quota. No circle wise break up has been provided. Each Circle
Secretary should file an RTI asking the vacancies und er 35% quota in his
circle.*
