Hi friends..
I have attached .rar file of CT800P drivers here,
but its only for 32-bit OS.
So it will work on 32-bit Win 7 or Win Vista.
if you have 64-bit Win 7 or Win Vista than this driver will not work...
we don't have driver for 64-bit machine.
if anyone have driver of CT800P for 64-bit machine thane send to me also...

Hi friends
As per new pay scale(6th pay), the newly joined TTA's(2008) are not getting any benefit. They are getting an increment of just around Rs.250/ more than the existing scale and more over phone mechanics's are getting more than the newly joined TTA's. The newlyjoined JTO's also suffered the same problem, but after they fought and it seems likely to be a considerable rise in their pay scale. As JTO's got then why cant TTA's could also get it. They are also contributing a lot for the development of our Organisation. Let experinced and senior persons cope us to get it.

RCOM to offer IPTV in Delhi and Mumbai in three months
The Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services of telecom major, Reliance
Communications is set to be launched in Delhi and Mumbai in the next three
months. At present only state run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Mahanagar
Telphone Nigam limited offer the IPTV services in the country.
Sanjay Behl, CEO of DTH and IPTV operations at Reliance said, �We plan to
start our proposed IPTV service initially in Delhi and Mumbai in the next
three months. In the second phase we also have plans to introduce it in six
other cities.�
The new IPTV service will offer the largest library of national,
international and regional channels of music, movies and videos, including
HD content, according to Mr. Behl. The service video signals received via
the Net using a set-top box making the Television viewing more interactive
for the users, he added.
The company has started working on the broad coverage of the service so more
customers can enjoy the offering.

For Reliability and Speed use following DNS addresses at every broadband connection.
Primary DNS -- 192.168.1.1 (giving this IP will automatically takes first BSNL DNS available through DSLAM)
Alternate server -- 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 or 8.8.4.4 or 8.8.8.8 (use anyone of these)
Dear Avijit, the Broadband Speed does not alone depend upon the DNS or IP Settings.
There are multiple factors that boost speed on the Computer. Just for your knowledge and for better understanding you can note down following points and keep it in mind.
For Reliable and Speedy Internet Connection.
1. SNR value must be greater than 13. See DSL line parameters in Modem.
2. Attenuation level must be less than 40. See DSL line parameters in Modem.
3. ADSL Splitter must be used on Telephone line at subscriber premises.
4. Physical Layout of line must be in accordance with norms i.e, Phone Line coming from DP/Pillar Side must be first terminated at Splitter in subscriber's home.
5. Also Before splitter there must be ----
No Parallel Phones Connection,
No Intercom,
No EPBAX,
No Joints/Cuts in Line,
No Conduit/Internal Wiring.
All the above must be used after ADSL splitter.
6. Avoid PVC and use Drop Wire (Copper) Instead.
7. Telephone Line Path should be away from Electrical Lines/Equipments/ Devices.
8. All Terminals or Connecting Points must be Clean and Rust free.
9. Proper Insulation and Tapping of Joints must be done. Don't let any joints open/loose in air.
10. Telephone wires, LAN Cables, USB cables should be tightly connected for proper flow of transmission.
11. LAN Cable should be preferred over Wireless Broadband and Wireless should be preferred over USB Cable for Broadband connections.
12. Check Telephone Line/Drop wire for any Cuts & Cracks and replace the same. Use single wire without any joints.
13. There should be No Noise and Disturbance in the telephone line. Pick the phone receiver and dial 5 number digit and hear the noise if any, any good line has a complete silence.
14. If the distance (underground cable) of the subscriber's modem is more than 2 kms from the Telephone Exchange (DSLAM) then Use only G.dmt Modulation in the modem DSL settings. Disable all other modulations.
15. Try to Use power from UPS supply for Modem's adapter.
16. Use Modem Adapter as per the Current & Voltage rating given/printed on Modem. Using low voltage or current rating adapter causes DSL to become unstable.
17. PPPoE (Always ON) settings are much stable and faster than Bridge (Dial-up) settings. Even if there is High Attenuation and Low SNR the Broadband connects and works well most of the times.
18. If the Line quality is not so good or the Broadband plan or speed requirements are less than 2 Mbps (like in the case of unlimited 256 Kbps Plan) than tell your NIB Staff to lower the Profile of connection to 1 Mbps from 2Mbps. It will make your SNR to go up and Link stability increases.
19. You can Delete/Disable all the PVC values in the modem other than 0/35, 0/100, 0/32.
20. Use DNS or IP settings as told on the top of the article.
21. Always Enable NAT, Firewall and Default Route in the Modem Settings.
22. Disable Automatic Updates of most of the Programs in your Computer.
23. Delete Unnecessary softwares like web toolbars, screensavers, weather updates etc from the computer.
24. Use Professional Anti-Virus with Internet Security suite for added protection from malwares. As most of the speed is hogged by Viruses, Trojans, Worms, Spywares, Adwares etc. present in computer.
25. Use Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera for Web Browsing which are faster, safer and reliable than Internet Explorer.
26. Install all security/essential updates from Microsoft if you are using Windows.
27. Use Download Manager for Downloading Files rather than traditional downloading and saving files. As the Download Manager uses specific technology which boost speed many folds (i.e, Utilises full bandwidth speed available in your Plan).
28. Prefer Windows XP or Windows 7 than Windows Vista for using Internet as the latter is slower in response to others while using Internet.
29. Never use Two ADSL Splitters on same line for any parallel phone connections, instead use phone extension for using multiple connections.
30. Never let your Wireless Modem/Router Unsecured. Use WEP-128 bits or WPA security settings.
31. At MDF Side (in telephone Exchange) all connections, jumpers and fuses should be neatly connected.
32. In E10B exchanges we can avoid using GD Tubes in Fuses which can increases Line Quality (SNR).
33. Last But not the Least, Pillars and DP should be free from Dirt and Rust.
There are several other factors at various levels which affects Internet speed but most of the above points are enough to be checked at subscriber's premises.

New Delhi, May 5 (IANS) After hitting the gym, doing yoga and jogging, people are now trying blood group-based diets as experts say the secret to a fit body may be hidden in the blood type.
These diets are popular in the West and they are finding a foothold in India where some fitness experts are recommending them.
Explaining how such diets work, Ekta Tandon, Delhi-based nutritionist and dietician at dailydiet.in, says a chemical reaction occurs between your blood and foods as they are digested.
'Lectins, a diverse and abundant protein found in food, may be incompatible with your blood group and adverse side effects may occur. So I would recommend that one can follow a blood group diet along with the normal food in order to give all the nutrients to the body,' Tandon told IANS.
American naturopaths James D'Adamo and his son Peter D'Adamo, founder of blood group-based diets, feel each person's blood group is key to how he burns his calories, what food he should eat and how he would benefit from certain type of exercise.
'People with A blood type have a different set of characteristics from people who are Type O - they are susceptible to different diseases, they should eat different foods and exercise in a completely different manner,' says Peter.
If one goes by the blood group diet chart, it suggests that 'Type O' people should eat high proteins; 'Type A' should avoid heavy proteins and dig on carbohydrates; 'Type B' people should drink more milk and avoid fruits like corns, lentils and peanuts.
People with Type AB blood group, which is very rare, can go for a combination of diet chart recommended for both Type A and Type B.
Some popular diets include Atkins, which is low-carbohydrate diet, Sonoma consisting of managing portions, sizes and eating 'power foods' like whole grains, almonds, bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, grapes, spinach, blueberries, strawberries and olive oil.
Then there is the South Beach diet that replaces bad carbohydrates with good carbohydrates. And now come blood group-based diets.
'In the three months that I have been on a diet, I have lost almost 5 kg. So far everything is good. My dietician is wonderful and always promptly answers my queries,' said Akankasha Darswal, who has Type A blood group.
'The only difficulty I faced was eating more carbohydrates. As we all know, in order to lose weight, we should avoid carbohydrates. ..so initially, I was a bit skeptical, but in the end, the results are there for all to see,' she added.
Tandon however cautions people, saying: 'These diets work, but like excess of everything is bad, one should not over do it. One should have a diet which is a mix of blood group plus a diet that suits your lifestyle. One should also consult a professional and also not forget that age plays an important role.'
Tandon said that food and exercise go hand in hand.
'So even if you have normal weight and you exercise regularly, it will keep you fit always. Always remember food is never a culprit, it's the way we eat the food which makes it bad for our health.
'These diets can be beneficial for you if you have them in combination with other foods. Singlehandedly one food cannot fulfil one's dietary needs; thus it's important to have all kinds of food in one's diet,' she said.
But there are still those who are not confident about it.
'I do not refer such diets to my clients and have never seen a particular diet giving the same results to two people having the same blood group,' said Sonia Narang, senior dietician at fitness club Finesse.

Dear friends from Tamilnadu,
I have seen a letter of GM(F), Tamilnadu Circle to all IFAs of TN Circle saying that payment of new revised pay is to be done in May,2010 only and he has written that software for calculation is available with Sr.A.O.(Drawl),O/o. CGM,Circle Office, Tamilnadu,Chennai.
Please try to have that calculation sheet, so that other circles may use the same and early settlement can be done.
