Hi all. we are provided with new "24 VMC" type II modem, belongs to fiberhome. it works fine with PPPOE mode through Ethernet, unfortunately it fails to get connected with wireless LAN on laptop. I did following to fix it.

. no encryption key in DSL modem. it is NONE.
. checked the compatibility with laptop WLAN card. it is 802.11 b/g.

. no antivirus or firewalls enabled.
Please help, getting vexed with this MODEM. Had anyone did see this modem at all

i also faced the same problem with VMC 24 modem.
do one thing. reboot it by factory default setting, re configure it.
it works.

Your claim or blaming the Admin branch for the inordinate delay of 21 days is in bad taste, as the awards are not obtained through fight, which may bring disrepute to your all hard works what you did so far.
Also, besides technical skill and trade proficiency of the individual & financial impact to the organisation by one's extra ordinary contributions, there are so many other criteria to be taken into account for consideration to any coveted awards, viz. loyalty, integrity, discipline, subordination, communication skill, ability to impart knowledge to subordinates, coordination, managerial ability, cohesiveness or team work, leadership qualities, extra curricular activities like participation in sports etc. Now you now where u stand if u put together these all qualities and most of these or almost all are covered in ACRs. So, you being a DS of SNATTA/BSNLEU, your rapport with the DGM/GM might not be so conducive to the level of tgheir anticipation, as you might be in a position to fight out for some local issues and might be in loggerheads with higher ups, as the case may be.
Finally, drafting of such an application to redress the grievances is not in good order. Just replace the word 'worthy' with 'honourable' with a befitting title, and read it again. It will be sounding good and impressive.
Do recollect the verses of Bhagwat Gita:
"What do you have to lose? once you brought to this world 'nothing' , and why do you have to worry about the lost, once you do not carry 'anything' along with, while leaving the world.
Do your duty and submit to God, don't expect the results/rewards. "
I do remember that you started asking for copy of constitution of snatta when a proposal was put up for strengthening the organisation, despite your awareness that our association might not have framed the constitution so far. You being one among the stalwarts, instead of taking a leading role, started questioning your own house itself, is also in bad taste as per my view. Now u r anticipating a total support behind you from the same association which is not having any constitution.
All together, you made up a mesh out of this issue. Please take it supportively and do not have any ill feelings. I have no iota of doubt that you deserve the award for the hard work you put up, but in the eyes of Administration.
Still I apologize for my frank expressions though these are presumably facts alone. If you have anything to criticize, you are welcomed.

I request yeaterday to u that kindly read my mails carefully before replying my mails. first of all my name is Pritpal Singh and secondly i m not DS i m DP of SNATTA and BSNLEU. I approched worthy CGM on my own shoulders and i am working for the well wishers of my TTA friends in Our SSA. Then for what purpose i resigned.what are u doing for the problems about TTAs that u have written in ur mail and what was ur strategy for the well wishers of TTAs. Thirdly Regarding getting huge TA /DA for nil output my dear friend in which system u are working just read my mail of 22nd of this month that i post before opeartion injustice then u tell is it zero output, 40 Broadbands in a single day more than 3 lakhs recovery in one year, 2685 sims in 2 months is this nil output.my dear friend just take the printout and show them those enjoying huge TA/DA with nil output in ur area. what i had done for deaprtment its enough from my side. During free sim camps i had
recharge and activate the sims in the bus during travelling and also in toilet as 24 hours is very less for working as i m unable to finish my work in 24 hours and slept only for 4-5 hours. Thefore i want to request u first read my mails carefully then reply if u wanna help from my side then call me but plz stop this type of discourging messages for me.I can do everythig for welwisher of TTAs just tell what action would u want from my side after completion of this Operation i m ready for that.

6)court cases in various courts oppsite to us by OJTOS

their higher staff like jto's who r recruited after ttas
like many other problem are infront of ttas
first try to solve the solve problems at ur level
dept is first if it is there then only we will be here

retirement.

Kuldeep Goyal will retire from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) on July 31
after completing three years as CMD of the company. He joined the company on
August 1, 2007.
He his tenure is one of the most difficult tenure that any CMD of BSNL has
ever faced. His taking charge as CMD coincided with the A. Raja's taking
over as communications and IT minister. He did not enjoy good relationship
with Raja. (This is similar to D.P.S. Seth, the first CMD of BSNL, not
having good relationship with Pramod Mahajan, the then communications
minister.)
He tried to revamp the company through various means such as restructuring
it in lines of private organizations, implementing ERP system, and focusing
on new sources of income. All his efforts are likely top show output in next
few years.
Just prior to taking over as CMD, BSNL, Shri Goyal has worked as Director
(Planning & New Services) and was responsible for planning and execution of
strategy for expansion of BSNL''s network.

Dear friends
After winning the Supreme Court case against diversion, now snattachq has
shifted its focus to Ernakulum Stay cases. In regard to promotion from TTA to
JTO, present situation may be summarized as follows-
1. Stay on the exam has been ordered by the Ernakulum CAT. This has been awarded
by the CAT on the request of BSNL circle officials Kerala. These circle officers
allegdely have nexus with officiating JTOs who are continuously creating hurdles
in the way of our JTO promotion.
2. They have also challenged the Amendment in JTO-RR for reducing the service
condition from 10 to 7 years. This is the most serious problem.
3. To fix the cutoff date from 1st july 2009 to as Date of Examination. As per
the interim orders of Principal bench of CAT, New Delhi the relief has been
given to the TTAs and all the TTAs are eligible to sit in the exam.
To sort out problem no.1 & 2, SNATTACHQ should be impleaded immediately in
Ernakulum court case. We should make all out efforts to vacate the stay on dated
18.08.2010 and also to defend the JTO-RR amendment. For this SNATTACHQ will hire
top advocate in kerala.
Alongwith this, to save another 3500 vacancies snattachq is again going to
reopen the contempt of court case in hon'ble High court of Chandigarh to revert
the already promoted JTOs through diversion. In this way we can save another
3500 vacancies which are occupied by others in the name of supernumerary JTO
against the rule.

Dear friends
After winning the Supreme Court case against diversion, now snattachq has
shifted its focus to Ernakulum Stay cases. In regard to promotion from TTA to
JTO, present situation may be summarized as follows-
1. Stay on the exam has been ordered by the Ernakulum CAT. This has been awarded
by the CAT on the request of BSNL circle officials Kerala. These circle officers
allegdely have nexus with officiating JTOs who are continuously creating hurdles
in the way of our JTO promotion.
2. They have also challenged the Amendment in JTO-RR for reducing the service
condition from 10 to 7 years. This is the most serious problem.
3. To fix the cutoff date from 1st july 2009 to as Date of Examination. As per
the interim orders of Principal bench of CAT, New Delhi the relief has been
given to the TTAs and all the TTAs are eligible to sit in the exam.
To sort out problem no.1 & 2, SNATTACHQ should be impleaded immediately in
Ernakulum court case. We should make all out efforts to vacate the stay on dated
18.08.2010 and also to defend the JTO-RR amendment. For this SNATTACHQ will hire
top advocate in kerala.
Alongwith this, to save another 3500 vacancies snattachq is again going to
reopen the contempt of court case in hon'ble High court of Chandigarh to revert
the already promoted JTOs through diversion. In this way we can save another
3500 vacancies which are occupied by others in the name of supernumerary JTO
against the rule.

My Training in Mysore.
Just i have joined bsnl 1 month ago. I have 6 month kid. I am planning to Take
child care leave.
Is there any rule available pls let me know?
1) Usually how many months i can avail(I think it is 2 years).
2) Can avail "CCL" in probation period.

I have a problem in NIC card.The NIC card was previously given roaming component.Now when I disconnect the roaming component the NIC does not work.When I again add the component it again start to work.I am using it in same SDCA and I want to remove roaming component
