I dont care about the punishment. If Sardar Bhagat Singh afraid from punishment then he cant do anything. For raising voice against injustice first of all we have to boost our cofidence.In past I have raised previously my voice aginst injustice by DGM (Plg) Mr Hemant Mahey and he feel sorry for that within two days.
Secondly if GM forward my name then how can DGM held my file it means DGM(admn) have more power than GM.Stll i have not recieving any comments from CHQ but thanks to all my friends who raise my confidence by sending mails and message on my cellphone. this operation should be continue till i got justice its my promise to whole group.

May Waheguru gives you strength to bear all those pains. i can fully understand and feel the loss of any family member as i personally lost 3 close family members periodically in last 15 months. i lost my Nana ji (Papa ji, Grand Father), My father-in-law and recently my Naniji (Beeji, Grand Mother).

I m very much strange over the silence by CHQ SNATTA and Central coordinator Punjab & CC Hakam Singh ji.We always shared our experience like we work like SDE & JTO but cedit goes to those who sitting on the chairs in the A.C rooms. Nodoubt we all are very good harworker only problem is that we are silent when injustice done on anyone. This is not in mine case may be like there more cases in whole country. what the question arises here that how many from us open our mouth raise our voice against injustice?
For raising voice only confidence is required what we get today this is due to SMS on cell of GM, DGM and CGM also. Today first time I fax a written complaint to CGM Punjab.Nobody from CHQ reply my mail. I want to know for what purpose we made our association i.e Injustice over TTA Cadre but I m sorry to say that we keep mum when management attacks on others. what we need at time is that we stand with that person and our CHQ raise infected persons voice to Delhi so that everyone knows regarding our unity and power. This is called perfect and effective

If being single person attack on DGM then why not together we attack on CMD for ou demand this is the weakness we always followed the rule but my dear for raising voice rules must be broken as these were made broken. My dear friend should our country got freedom if Mahatma Gandhi ji and Saheed Bhagat singh keep their mouth shut, not at all friends. For creating history we have to broken the rules and raise our voice again injustice only then this management hear our voice

If the boss is always right then we have to accept one think we are TTA, we were TTA, we will TTA and we retired as a TTA. we have to change the way of our thinking as the boss may be wrong if he supress the file.once again thanks to all my friends gave me morale support.but i m sorry to say that CHQ till now silence over this issue. It means that i am doing totally wrong okkk if CHQ neither came in acgtion then i move towards CMD own my shoulders. Its my last request to support me as i m already in tension but full of confidence.
I have made a full strategy against this injustice as i dont required any type of award now but only i want that this type of injustice never face my any friend not in Punjab but also in whole india. If happens then he came in picture but i m very much sure after this episode picture will be clear and management must ding something so that it never repeated again.

After winning the Supreme Court case against diversion, now snattachq has shifted its focus to Ernakulum Stay cases. In regard to promotion from TTA to JTO, present situation may be summarized as follows-
1. Stay on the exam has been ordered by the Ernakulum CAT. This has been awarded by the CAT on the request of BSNL circle officials Kerala. These circle officers allegdely have nexus with officiating JTOs who are continuously creating hurdles in the way of our JTO promotion.
2. They have also challenged the Amendment in JTO-RR for reducing the service condition from 10 to 7 years. This is the most serious problem.
3. To fix the cutoff date from 1st july 2009 to as Date of Examination. As per the interim orders of Principal bench of CAT, New Delhi the relief has been given to the TTAs and all the TTAs are eligible to sit in the exam.
To sort out problem no.1 & 2, SNATTACHQ should be impleaded immediately in Ernakulum court case. We should make all out efforts to vacate the stay on dated 18.08.2010 and also to defend the JTO-RR amendment. For this SNATTACHQ will hire top advocate in kerala.
Alongwith this, to save another 3500 vacancies snattachq is again going to reopen the contempt of court case in hon'ble High court of Chandigarh to revert the already promoted JTOs through diversion. In this way we can save another 3500 vacancies which are occupied by others in the name of supernumerary JTO against the rule.
On the subject matter our beloved office bearers of SNATTA Sh. Dharmendra Verma GS, Sh. Manish Samadhiya President, and Sh. Sachin Bhatt Treasurer are working hard to resolve the issue.
Since we have to initiate the process of impleadment in the ernakulam case, Hence I request to Kerala members and office bearers pl cooperate our CC Abhilash, Rajesh Sekhar and Shreekumar to resolve the issue.
At this juncture we can can not afford to loose.

when I raised this matter towards ADMIN section they replies me TTA cadre is not eligible for the dept. mobile connection so they sanction us WLL connection without STD facility and restricted to call private operater mobile numbers which are provided for PMs. Is there any letter from HP TTAs which I can produce to admin section.

i have attached the Programming Procedure for all Types of WLL sets including FWTs and HHTs.
The attached programming files are used by me when I was TTA RLU
(2003-2008) and volunteer looking after the WLL Programming and Installation in
7 RLU Exchanges which includes atleast 80 villages. I was also looking after the broadband connections in these exchanges, this is the reason for my in-depth know-how of Broadband.
i hope all TTAs working in field will get extremely benefited by these soft copies of Programming procedure.

There are many friends who have almost completed 9,8,7 years in the department... still the situation is not under complete control ... time is running out.. we know our CHQ is doing everything for making JTO LIC to happen.... This is the demand of time we have to be more aggressive and must concentrate on our main goal....

i want 2 draw ur kind attention to item no 3 in demands list of agitational prog given by united forum, which also bears ur sign and reads as follows:
"accord pay protection to all the non-executives who have joined on or after 1.1.07 and who r facing reduction in emoluments as well as negative arrears by introducing a suitable fitment formula".
i want 2 know whether snatta is demanding pp or fitment. i hope all understand the difference between pp & fitment, then why the 2 r being messed up like this. please make the stand of snatta clear in this regard. if ur stand is pp why it is so and if ur stand is fitment then why someone else is changing it to pp and u r signing on it.
also please read the draft carefully. pp/fitment is not specified. why the specific word "tta" has not been used in place of "non executive". is there any other non executive cadre also which is affected . intention is clear to deny a distinct identity to the tta cadre as an independent entity within the non executives.

BSNL employees charge DoT of favouring pvt operatorsNEW DELHI: An employee
association of BSNL, which is reeling under severe financial pressure due to
falling profits and market share, has charged the Department of Telecom for
pursuing policies favouring private operators especially with regard to
licence fee and spectrum charges.
BSNL is 100 per cent owned by the government under the Department of Telecom
(DoT).
Sanchar Nigam Executives' Association, representing over three lakh
employees, said that while all private operators pay licence fee computed on
the adjusted gross revenue from telecom services only, BSNL has been forced
to pay the licence fee based on non telecom revenues as well.
This, the Association said, could be due to over staying of some of senior
officials in the DoT and their increased proximity with the private
operators.
"This highly prejudiced and discriminatory treatment met out to BSNL by DoT
even though inexplicable and incomprehensible could be largely attributed to
overstaying of officers in the sensitive licencing wing of DoT in complete
disregard of repeated instructions of DoP to shift officers dealing with
sensitive issues beyond reasonable time span because of their proximity with
vested interests," a representative of Sanchar Nigam Executives' Association
said.
BSNL had witnessed over Rs 10,000 crore net profit 3-4 years ago and now all
these profits have been evaporated and the PSU is likely to report net
losses for the last financial year.
Not only this, BSNL has been losing market share in the fast increasing
mobile phone market vis-a-vis their counter parts in the private sector.
The issue relates to licensor, DoT, charging annual licence fees as
percentage of Adjusted Gross Revenue by including revenues from various non
telecom activities in the AGR.
This was challenged by private operators in TDSAT which gave an interim
direction to exclude revenues earned fron non-telecom activities for
calculating AGR. And the same was upheld by the apex court also.
The benefit of the interim stay has been passed on to private operators one
by one but the same has been denied to BSNL, making PSU to pay higher
licence fee every year.
"The repeated requests by BSNL to DoT to extend the benefits to the PSU have
been turned down by the DoT," the Association claimed.
Similarly, the private operators also challenged the increase in usage
charges for spectrum in TDSAT for which they got a stay order.
In this case also while the private operators are paying usage charges at
existing rates, BSNL has been made to pay higher spectrum usage charges.
