hi..in settings page of pppoe ..enable NAT, Firewall and WAN service. also
enable bridge frames.
DHCP must be enable. oin LAN use auto IP configuration. dont use any DNS.

Dear Priyesh/Joy/Amit/Anand and many of us,

like you i also did not have any idea whats next.... i just sent the news
flashed on SNATTA website for all the members.

for every body's kind information, i am just a simple ordinary SNATTA member
like you all. i am no way associated with SNATTA CHQ body. whatever NEWS i
post, i take it from www.SNATTA.org and whatever VIEWS i post, are
definitely belongs to me.

i have never held any post/rank in SNATTA since inception of SNATTA. so many
people offered me so many posts at different levels but i have always
declined not to take any post and always gave chances to others just to get
their more involvement in the association.
Because i believe that *we have to love the Cause rather than Post*. and
since beginning i am supporting the cause and stood by SNATTA in thick and
thin. i have always criticized the functioning of SNATTA in a healthier
manner. Whenever i feel that something going wrong i just wrote a
letter/SMS/Called to the individual or posted a message in the group for
healthy discussion among all.

And one thing more i am not singing praises here but this is a fact which
many people can acknowledge. You can see past messages or search the group
to know more details. There are people who have given much more than what i
am doing.....to name a few like Chandan, Dhiraj, Abhilash, Vikas, Rajawat,
Santosh, Nitin, Verma, Samadhiya, Narender Singh, Rk Mandal, Hakam
etc..etc..

People like you, VK Anand, Santosh, Joy etc.. everyone doing good in the
best of their knowledge but just keep the Association/Group in forefront
while doing anything. Fighting, leg pulling among ourselves will just weaken
us more. we should rather provide new ideas, firm support, unconditional
help, coordination among our members.

We don't want the same fate of new Dr.TTAs, what we went through all these
years. *We are longing for Just ONE PROMOTION..... just one promotion for
the last so many years.
A*nd you know what...... we are still unsure because some of us (Union's
hidden Agenda) trying to break our Unity i.e, dividing us in factions on one
or the other issue.
*Until and unless FIRST JTO LDCE conducts TTAs will remain TTAs. or rather
we change our Designation to fool our folks. ;-))*

Old Dr.TTAs should unite and fight to bring smiles (resolve pay issue) on
New Dr.TTAs *AND* New Dr.TTAs should support OLD Dr.TTAs in conducting JTO
LDCE soon so that an avenue would get open for all future TTAs which will
join BSNL.

Lets together Pray and Hope for the BEST....!!

Related News:Flash News!!! All the District Secretaries (D.S) are requested to collect Rs.500 as fund towards SNATTA CHQ for the year 2010-11 from
all the DRTTAs of 2002/07/08 batches. The fund is to be deposited by
each D.S. to the CHQ Axis Bank account 204010100060738, Rohtak Haryana
by 15th July, 2010. Do mail the details of the members contributing to
the SNATTA CHQ. Funds in huge amount would be required this year due to
the variuos court cases, scheduled AIC of SNATTA and the 5th
Verification is also due in the month of Dec-2010.

All
India Conference of SNATTA is probably scheduled to be held on 2nd
October,
2010. Maharashtra Circle will be hosting the All India Conference. The
All India
Conference will be held in Goa. It is requested to all the Circles to
intimate
their members who will be coming to the All India Conference on the CHQ
email id snattachq@gmail. comlatest by 10th July, 2010. A maximum of 25 members
from each Circle will be allowed. Further details about the venue,
delegate fee,
agendas, etc would be intimated in due course.

Dt 01.07.2010 SNATTA CHQ
decides to
withhold the membership withdrawal programme till further clarification.
SNATTA CHQ salutes all the
Office
Bearers of each state and its members for showing the solidarity behind
its
decision. The call given by SNATTA CHQ to withdraw membership from
BSNLEU/FNTO/ NFTE
etc. unions was overwhelmingly supported by the members.
After the call BSNLEU CHQ
was in
constant touch with SNATTA CHQ and finally the two important demands of SNATTA has been included in the 24th NCM. The demands in brief are as
follows:-
1) Fitment to all the
employees
recruited on and after 01.01.2007 i.e. to the DRTTAs of 2007 and 2008
batches.
2) Extending the benefit of BSNL Employees Distance learning scheme to
the non
executive employees too.
The agenda of NEPP and all
the
other issues will be further discussed in details among the CHQ members
of
SNATTA and BSNLEU in the 2nd Week of July, 2010 and we are hopeful of
including
the NEPP demand in this NCM itself. Due to
these
positive developments SNATTA CHQ has decided to withhold the membership
withdrawal programme till further clarifications. Members are
requested
to keep the option form ready with them to withdraw the membership from
the
Unions on very short notice.

its well said that the body should like a body. Its nt of any individual's cause. Its by us & for us.
And as far as cooperations r considered, i cnt understood that frm where this point of New and Old TTAs came. TTA means a TTA. Dnt creat any line in between us. If so done then these ugly unionbazi will turn this line into a perfect wall.

I am still in confusion that the friends who lost their pay in upgraded scales "why they are hesitating to take legal help in this matter quoting the supremecourt judgement which was XXXXX Vs State of Haryana in which the court gave two decisions saying that there cnt be two scales in the same cadre having same job profile and the pay once given cnt b lowerd back in any case and benefit ws granted to the petitioners equating the same pay as earlier".

Dear friends, plz dnt seek any help frm unions. They r jst bull shit. I always sorted mine probs with RTI Act and all SNATTA & BSNLEU leaders here in ferozepur SSA r speechless as always. Use the power of RTI Act if u really need solutions frm the management & evry RTI Letter also becomes a policy matter for CMD Internal meetings. Only in ths way, ur objection or request will b heard up.

U need any RTI help, jst give me a call. I will draft a RTI request for u to send. Be a blast union in urs very own urself. If u really want to save BSNL & hence ur career in BSNL, plz use the power of RTI.

A very meaningfull meeting took place with MR. P. ABHIMANYU JI GS/BSNLEU, MR. V.A.NAMBOODIRI PRESIDENT/BSNLEU & MR. SAIBAL SENGUPTA AGS/BSNLEU. From our side myself with MR. KAUSIK GHOSH CC/SNATTA CTD, MR. JAGDISH PAUL CS/SNATTA WB, & approx 10 office bearers of SNATTA CTD /TTA's were present.

GS/BSNLEU agreed with our fitment-demand to all TTA's recruited befor 07/05/2010 (now it is 1/1/2007). he assured us that in the forth coming NCM he will raise this point strongly to management. But he doesn't assure about decreasing of JTO-LICE period from 7 years to 5 years.

Meeting was held upto 1 and half hours. so we have enough time to make our points clear to him. Now I request to you to please raise issue in NCM with full efforts.

some of us (Union's hidden Agenda) trying to break our Unity i.e, dividing us in
factions on one or the other issue.
MOST OF THEM ARE OFFICE BEARERS OF EU ALSO (the result of having dual
membership!!)

DEAR FOOT SOLDIERS OF EU(I HATE TO CALL THEM ENGINEERS),...THE CLEVER PLOY OF
KEEPING THE TTAS UNDER THE CLUTCH OF EU BYASKING TO RESIGN FROM ALL UNIONS AND
THEN REVERTING THE DECISION,WILL NOT WORK FOR A LONG TIME
