dear Dhiraj and Team CHQ,
We all are you on this* Burning Issue*. this issue is most Important for us
than any other Issue currently.
i request every SNATTAian to cooperate with CHQ as all around support is
needed to win the said cases.
SNATTA is formed on the core issue of conducting JTO LICE and also reducing
eligibility to 5 or 7 years from the previous 10 years.
if there is any need of our services then pls feel free to contact us
through group. As always we will stand by you.
*I WANT TO BECOME JTO through LICE Exam so for me this issue is on uttermost
priority.*

Govt invites applications for posts of BSNL, MTNL chief
NEW DELHI: The government today invited applications from candidates in the
public and private sector for the posts of Chairman and Managing Director of
two telecom PSUs -- BSNL and MTNL.
If candidates from the private sector are selected, this will be the first
time that these telecom PSUs are headed by chiefs from the private sector.
The government has constituted a Search-cum-Selection panel headed by the
Cabinet Secretary for finding suitable candidates for these posts.
As per the terms and conditions of the job, the government has offered a
maximum package of up to Rs 30 lakh for the posts.
According to the DoT, the candidate should possess adequate experience at a
board-level position or one level below the board-level in public or private
sector companies preferably of comparable size.
"Experience in turning around companies facing difficult circumstances would
be given weightage," it added.
In the case of candidates from the private sector, only people working with
listed entities will be allowed to apply for the post.
Usually, the responsibility of selecting professionals for public sector
units (PSUs) rests with the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PSEB). The
deviation in the selection process for BSNL and MTNL is being done as part
of restructuring to make them financially viable, as recommended by the Sam
Pitroda panel.
BSNL's incumbent CMD, Kuldip Goyal, is retiring on July 31, while the post
of CMD at MTNL is currently being administered by Director (Technical)
Kuldeep Singh as an additional charge.
As per the terms and conditions of the job, the CMD will be offered a
payscale of Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,25,000, with the benefits applicable to the
Chief Executives of these companies.
"Normally, pay will be fixed at the lowest of the scale of Rs 80,000. But
for suitable candidates, it can be fixed at any point within the scale,
including the maximum of the pay scale," the DoT said.
The new CMDs of telecom PSUs BSNL and MTNL will be hired on a contract basis
with a fixed term of three years, which can be extended for a further period
of three years based on performance evaluation by an external expert group.
Interested candidates have been asked to apply to the Telecom Secretary by
August 16, 2010.

If it happens to u then u know how can it happens.Hsp SSA is not big as Chandigarh.Resume should be submitted by the nominne how can they know my day wise achievement.seconly brother I m working in 300 villages without SDE and JTO and enjoying my job. SDE is 40 km away from me only in papers as his marketing area is different.I had made all the reports for meeting on my behalf not sde/de etc u can see my attachments.during his leave he convayed to my dgm that told him to send his resume immidiately.My dear friend TTA is not a small cadre as u write I m the TTA that also attend management meetings and in last meeting our worthy GM congratulated and clapped in the presence of all SDE, DET etc.Persons like me never required any type of award and dont know about the formailities.it seems to me that as ur name forward to CO according to ur questioning and reactions. dont worry i m now fighting for injustice not for award.

All cases are important JTO LICE is more important but discouragement of members can be tolerated at any stage. IF PM AND PRESIDENT OF INDIA and Others leaders all will busy in only one issue then who will save our country will they invite Pakistan to attack on INDIA we all are busy.

Dear Bandhan
there are so many cases faced by the bsnl at this time. If it happend then i m ready to face the case but one thing i was clear in every mail that now i dont required any type award now.Now its management responsibility to boost up my morale that down due to delay.
