He is a man of deep thought about BSNL and TTA cadre. A big majority of the representatives were from the 2008 batch. Naturally they were unhappy towards the current wage revision. The 2003 batch TTAs were of the opinion that our era is over. We couldn't become JTO yet and now there is no monitary benefit even if we become a JTO now. In wage revision too nothing got compared to the central govt. The present increase would be there even if there is no association or union since it was offered by the management at the beginning of discussion itself. We got some benefit that is very close to TMs but far away from executives.
Now the scenareo has been changed. The service condition reduction is very much beneficial for the new TTAs. So they have to come forward for this objective. Now our most immediate demand is fitment/pay up gradation/ pay scale merger for the new TTAs. Considering these facts the present leadership was ready to hand over the leadership to the new TTAs. But the new TTAs wanted the present leadership to continue and they were posted in the deputy posts.
During discussion around half of the SSA leadrers wanted SNATTA to continue as an association and maintain the dual membership.
After a detailed discussion the new office bearers were elected unanimously and the Central Coordinator Abhilash approved the newly elected body. All the active leaders of 2008 batch TTAs were elected to the Circle body.

Congratulations for kerala circle conference & i am very glad to know from website of snatta that resolution has been passed at kerala regarding wage loss to new ttas "
A resolution expressing the dissatisfaction in signing the Wage Agreement by SNATTA was passed by the Circle Body. "
This is a very solid action by kerala circle. I request to all circles that all circles should pass these resolutions , so that we come to final conclusion at national conference at GOA that why we have missed justified wage for tta cadre.

thanks for such a b'ful compliment i am glad that people like you have come
forward to appreciate the good work done by somebody especially when the
terms between me and circle body is not so good after Feb 6, 2010 meeting in
New Delhi.
But to be true i have always stand by the right ones and i have always
worked sincerely for the BSNL and SNATTA.
i am waiting for a day when our GS Dharmendra Verma acknowledges my work for
the SNATTA. i am still unsure whats going in his mind and why he his
ignoring my all mails and messages.
anyway hoping all would be well in coming days. i am quite glad that members
of SNATTA recognizes my work which ultimately gives me more motivation to do
more and more.
thanks everybody for working sincerely for your Association.
in last, i would say ls consider my request for Change of AIC meeting date.

Syrmatech)....and i come to know from Bandhan that to lower the
profile from 2 Mbps to 1 Mbps to make stable ADSL and SNR to increase...You
said to higher the profile...how? Please Explain..

teracom, then make some firmwere updations.they r available in their web
sites...n ask for NIB people to change the profile of the concerned account from
2 Mb/s to 6/8 Mb/s.....after a very long period only v found this way for
rectification. ... don check the cable pair then and there....check once...thats
more than enough....pl try it.. there is no need to change any thing from
CDOT/OCB side...for a BB conxn even dial tone is not required...

Pl chk the SNR value in MDF, Next in pillar (use WLL chrger to power ur modem,
laptop),
This two will give u clear idea were the fault is...
1. Use LED in the cable pair without connection from MDF, if the cable pair has
foriegn voltage, LED will glow.
2. Chk for loop resistance from MDF to pillar, if it varies abnormally, go for
other pair,
For me it took around 80 pairs to make through an MLLN connection.
Try ur best.

Dear Jasvant,
you are right about profile, but lowering profile will also restrict speed
upto profile maximum limit. so those having 256 Kbps, 512 Kbps and 1 Mbps
speed Plans will only be given 1 Mbps profile so that their maximum speed
does not suffer.
The lower profile could also be given to those who are at longer distance
from the DSLAM (telephone exchange) or having unstable DSL Link or having
poor line quality but they have to compromise with the speed (upto 1 Mbps)
if they have higher speed plans like 2 Mbps or 8 Mbps. It should be clearly
conveyed to the user that your speed will suffer and Either he cannot use
Internet at all (due to unstable DSL) or wants to enjoy speed atleast upto 1
Mbps.
The lower profile *could not* be given to* IPTV connections* as IPTV needs
minimum 4 Mbps profile to work properly. so if in case user has poor line
quality and line could not be rectified using all means for both IPTV and
BB, then suggest user to disconnect IPTV and use broadband happily. (also
BSNL gets only less commission from IPTV company so WHY to let user suffer
with our indigenous broadband service and loose large chunk of revenue).
*Most important Instruction for Broadband Engineers:-*
if DSL link is not stable first look out for profile speed under Downstream
Data Rate or Line Rate, it is specified in kbps. See it should be according
to the Plan of the user and most likely it should be 2 Mbps or 2048 Kbps. if
its higher than this number and user plan is lower than 2 Mbps or equal to 2
Mbps then ucan easily lower the profile to suits its speed and stability.
and same with the case of low speed in higher plan, look out for profile it
should be higher for higher plan but not on the cost of low SNR or Unstable
DSL link. rest all depends upon your understanding.
