In the verdict Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the petition of officiating JTOs which was filed by them against the decision of hon,ble High court of Chandigarh. In this way the hurdle of diversion in the way of promotion from TTA to JTO has been permanently sorted out and now our vacancies are saved. We convey our sincere thanks to our petitioners in the case. On the hearing Sh. Dhiraj Chaudhary, Sh. Dharmendra Verma and Sh. Manish Samadhiya were present in the court room.

I have collected the information through the RTI act in the punjab telecom circle @ Ferozepur SSA which clearely reveals that "despite of scoring more maks in the competetive examination in the TTA 2000 examination, the candidates are sent late on training than the candidates with the lower marks in the TTA examination"

once u got changed designation to JE T, u get out frm Assistant domain
& the mgmt will make u custodian to supply information for RTIs
thereby making u direct accountable to court proceedings. All the TTA
will b trapped in their own net & mgmt will b in profit without any
efforts.
So, think accordingly.

at first be clear you'll be either of 2007 0r 2008 batch not of 2009 batch.
now , if you are aware from the latest movement then you've not right to ask such worthless message............

I dont understand why our long pending demads of designation change since formation of snatta was not a part of meeting held between snatta & bsnleu & the meeting held after strong decision of membership withdrawal from bsnleu by snatta & withdrawal decision withheld without settlement of designation demands , chq leaders please explain the matter due to its urgency.

* Dt 16.07.2010*All India Conference of SNATTA will be held in *GOA*,
Maharashtra Circle *on dated 02.10.2010*. It is requested to all the Circles
to intimate their members who will be coming to the All India Conference on
the CHQ email id snattachq@gmail.com latest by 25th July, 2010. *Since the
cost for holding the National Conference in GOA would be very high, it has
been decided that Rs.1000/- would be taken as delegate fee from each member
attending the National Conference.* In Rs.1000/- stay from 01.10.2010 Noon
to 03.10.2010 Noon will provided and food on the day of Conference would
also be provided. The respective SSA will bear the to and fro fare of each
member attending the National Conference. The delegate fee of Rs.1000/- is
to be paid in advance on or before 31st July, 2010. The details of account
would be provided after the due date of 25th July, 2010. List of the
delegates who are attending the National Conference should be sent to CHQ by
respective Circle Secretaries only and the confirmation of the of delegate
fee should be received from concerned CHQ representative without fail. Any
suggestions and reservations regarding the National Conference by Circle
Secretaries should be mailed to chq urgently.
* Dt 15.07.2010**Sh**. Umesh Toshniwal and Sh. Kapil Kumar representing
SNATTA, Rajasthan met * *Com. P. Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU during
his visit to Rajasthan on last Sunday. During the one hour meeting issues
related to JTO LICE, Loss in the wages of post 2007 TTAs in 2nd Wage
Revision and Change of designation were discussed. The response of the
General Secretary, BSNLEU was very positive on the above issues. He assured
to take up the matter with the BSNL management very soon.*
* Dt 14.07.2010*Meeting between the Office bearers of SNATTA and BSNLEU took
place in New Delhi to discuss the matter of loss/reduction and negative
arrears to the direct recruited TTAs of 2008 & 2009 batch. A very meaningful
discussion took place and the meeting lasted nearly four hours. *It was
agreed mutually to take up the issue of fitment to the DRTTA's of 2008 &
2009 batch vehemently in the forthcoming National Council Meeting to be held
in the last week of August, 2010.* SNATTA CHQ will not leave any stone
unturned to get the justice for the 2007 & 2008 batch. The issue of JTO LICE
and NEPP was also discussed at length.
In the meeting *Sh.Sachin Bhatt* All India Treasurer, *Sh. Manish

Dear Devendra,
this is very sad on SNATTA point of view that our members are being pressurized by BSNLEU local leaders to pay the Building fund. it's very disgusting that still CHQ has no comments over the issue. At Nagaur Rajasthan also we are being pressurized from today onwards, as they know that the time frame ( 15th july) to withdraw the membership has paseed and we have no option other than paying to them. I was told by BSNLEU DS that our CHQ is also getting the amount from our monthly union subscription. I want to ask everyone whether this is true or not?If our CHQ is getting funds from our monthly union subscription then what is the necessity to collect funds and transfer to CHQ. Please, make a clear stand on this issue, otherwise we are not able to pay seperately for two unions.WE CAN PAY EITHER OF THE TWO, SNATTA OR BSNLEU.Now it is upto CHQ to decide, and decide at the earliest, to whom to pay any amouny. We here in Nagaur has taken time up to 31st July, if no stand of SNATTA CHQ comes on this issue till then, we will have to pay the Building Fund.
Hoping the same condition in almost all SSAs.Please keep in touch.
