Dear Sh.Manish Samadhiya and Sh. Dharmendra Verma
All India President SNATTA All India General Secretary SNATTA
Once again, TTAs of 2001-2002-2003 Batch are main loser in ongoing LICE for
JTO(Electrical) due to service condition of 10 Yrs.
No Union { BSNLEU or NFTE } will help SNATTIAN by creating pressure on BSNL
Mgmt to amend the Recruitment Rules i.e. reduce the service condition from 10
Yrs to 7 Yrs for JTO(Elect).
Only SNATTA will fight for the Rights of TTAs.
I request to All India President and General Secretary of SNATTA CHQ to knock
the door of Court for this common cause of TTAs and file a SLP in Principal
Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal New Delhi to make TTAs eligible for
LICE-JTO(Elect) from All Over India immediately as the last date of submitting
applications is approaching.
If SNATTA CHQ not file a case in Principal Bench CAT-New Delhi, individual
affected TTAs from different Circles will file Court Cases in different Courts
of India. i guess BSNLEU is trying hard to break all TTAs.
i hope ALL TTAs will unitedly fight hard for a Win for NFTE so that coming Union will resolve our issues at the earliest.

As reported by TTA Farid (9491304996) of BHDP.
Our young (the youngest in our area) TTA Farid today braved to question the EU team that visited Bahadurpura Telephone Exchange about their contribution to the DRTTA during their period. He asked them "Do you know what are our demands?". The EU local leaders were dumbstuck. He explained them what were our demands and reminded them that they did not care to meet even a single demand.
One of the EU leader took him to the side and asked him not to fall for the words of TTA KGM Prasad (me). LOL. They are making me feel great.
The EU leaders in the meeting were saying that the encashment of LTC was their effort. They also went on saying that India did not fall into recession due to the efforts of BSNLEU. A bunch of true J----s.
Tomorrow we have decided to go to his exchange with the copy of COM. Abhimanyu's letter and show them how did they mislead the employees.
Congrats TTA Farid for your brave approach. SNATTA is proud of you. Wish you goodluck.

Query Column:
Q: Whether Management is providing level playing ground between
recognized union and others?
A: BSNL CO has issued orders banning transfers and also granting trade
union facilities to all contesting unions. But many circle heads /SSA heads
have neither circulated nor implementing those orders in utter disregards to
BSNL Corporate Administration. Shockingly some SSA heads in A.P., M.P.,
Punjab etc. are issuing transfer/postings on day to day basis and also
curbing the legitimate election propaganda of FNTO and other unions
contesting independently. This is happening because the local administration
and officers are in collusion with recognized union. Complaints in this
regards to CLC, CMD, CRO, GM (SR). are of no avail. Such things are
happening because BSNL Management has failed to involve CLC or Labour
Department. Even a meeting under the chairmanship of CLC or Dy. CLC was
not convened by the Management breaking the convention. FNTO has therefore
drawn this matter to the notice of DoT and also Telecom and Labour
ministries.
*CHQ Note*: Shri P. Andiappan and Smt. Jaya Marry stand removed from CHQ
office bearership of NUBSNLW (FNTO). The action was warranted for their anti
union activities/organizing another outfit duplicating the name of FNTO
which is illegal. *Suitable legal measurers will be taken in this regards*.
Due notices have been issued to all concerned

In the attachment the information is desired from one circle to another circle only.butfrom one SSA to another SSA in the same circle is not required.
Please clarify me that whether the transfer seeing from one SSA to another SSA under same circle is considered as a para 8 transfer case or not.

NFTE BSNL. *

18 (PTI) State-run telecom company BSNL notched up 3.19 million new GSM
subscribers in December, 2010, beating all the other service providers in
terms of subscriber additions during the month, the Cellular Operators
Association of India (COAI) said today.*
The GSM telecom operators cumulatively added 17.07 million new subscribers
in December, 2010, taking the all-India GSM cellular subscriber base to
542.96 million.
The GSM subscriber base stood at 525.88 million at the end of November,
2010.
* With the addition of 3.19 million new users in December, BSNL''s
subscriber base is now 81.38 million, as per the COAI data.*
Bharti Airtel, the largest GSM player in the country in terms of its
subscriber base, added 3.10 million new users in December, taking its total
subscriber base to 152.49 million.
It had 28.09 per cent share of the telecom market in the country at the end
of December, 2010.
Rival Vodafone Essar, with a 22.88 per cent market share, notched up 3.09
million new subscribers during the month. Its subscriber base stood at
124.25 million at the end of the reporting month.
Another state-run player, MTNL, added 24,731 new users during the month,
taking its user base to 5.11 million at the end of December, 2010.
Aditya Birla Group firm Idea Cellular added 2.95 million users during the
month to take its total user base to 81.77 million, while Aircel added 1.42
million customers to take its subscriber base to 50.16 million.

were held on 18/01/2011 at Narnaul and Rewari which was attended by almost
all staff of Narnaul and Rewari beside CHQ Vice President, Com.S.P.Malhan
and Circle Secretary, H.K.Goel meetings were addressed by Com.Dharam Bir
Singh, Circle Secretary SEWA Haryana, Com.Tejvir Punia and young
leaders of SNATTA
Com.Dharmender, Com. Moolchand Yadav ACS, Com.Shri Ram, Circle Vice
President and Com.K.C.Yadav, District Secretary addressed the meeting at
Rewari, Com.Dalip Kumar, Circle Vice President addressed the meeting at
Narnaul. There was overwhelming response from members at Rewari and Narnaul
and massive victory was assured by the gathering. *
*19-01-2011 : Election tour Faridabad SSA :- The election tour of Palwal,
Hodal, Balabgarh, Nehru Ground and G.M.office Faridabad was held on
18/01/2011 which were addressed by Com.S.P.Malhan, Com.H.K.Goel, Com.Tejvir
Punia, Com.Keshav, District Secretary, Com.Sharma, District President and
Com.L.S.Narwal, Circle Treasurer young leaders of SNATTA, Com.M.P.Singh,

victory in 5th verification of membership. First round of campaigning have
been completed. A massive meeting was held at Circle office Ambala on 13th

Com.H.K.Goel, Circle Secretary Com.Rakesh Suklani Circle Secretary SNATTA.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, one of the leading players in Indian Broadband
market has come up with webpage that will help its existing and prospective
customers to choose the Broadband Plan according to their needs. *It also
helps its EVDO, 3G and WiMax customers to choose a plan to suit their needs.

This webpage is able to suggest, one or more available tariff plan of
Broadband, EVDO, 3G and WiMax, to the customer by filling basic information
for example Monthly Budget, Usage per month in Mb and required speed etc. On
this page customers may also calculate their average monthly usage by giving
