Dear SNATTAians
Both BSNLEU and NFTE are promising for future but is there any
progress from anyside
regarding reduction for service condition forJTO (Electrical) bcoz 14th FEB 2011
is the last date for submitting application.
I know there are very few peoples who will get benifitted with this exam
as only Electrical Degree /Diploma holders will get eligible even after
revised/relaxed service condition from 10 yrs to 7 yrs, if happens in coming one
or two week as we don't have too much time.
I urge SNATTA CHQ to take up the case seriously and do needful or suggest me to
apply through CAT.

Minutes of Kolhapur SSA level joint meeting of SNATTA and NFTE Executive body members Conducted on 11.01.2011
An SSA level joint meeting of SNATTA and NFTE Executive body member was conducted on 11.01.2011 at 1800 Hrs at Raman mala Kasaba bavad Kolhapur. A total of 10 TTAs of executive body member and 15 NFTE executive body member of kolhapur SSA were attended the meeting. All the portfolio holders were present.
Starting the meeting with introduction of each member. Then Mr. Sanjay Kulkarni Dist. Sec. NFTE describe in his speech about why should now need of change in recognize union. He raise the fingers towards failure of BSNLEU in Bonus, Pay Revision, NEPP, Unwanted extra activity for Contract labor and personal relation of P Abhimanu with A. Raja. He welcome the new young blood in activity of unions. He assure to follows the agreement made between both CHQ.
After that Mr. Sunil Shinde Dist. Sec. SNATTA Touch to various point in his speech like Reason to foundation of SNATTA, Delay in JTO LDCE, Reduction of service eligibility for JTO LDCE Need of designation change, Loss 2007 onwards TTA batch in pay fixation, How BSNEU cheat DR TTAs, the unity of 51 TTAs in SSA etc. In last he gives vote of thanks with aspect of support by NFTE in Good or Bad Conditions.
Then Mr. Nilesh Narayane Dist. President SNATTA describe the Support of NFTE in various SSA level problems like RSTC connection to new batch TTA, HHT and Mobile Connections, Rule 8 transfers, harassments by officers of new batch TTA.
Then Mr. Prakash Khorate Vice President SNATTA Maharashtra Read the Agreement of CHQ. He detailed how we all widrow membership of BSNLEU and strongly appose to dual membership of NFTE offered by Dist. Sec. NFTE until clear guidelines issued by SNATTA CHQ. He shows the agreement made by SNATTA(ASR) & NFTE(ASR) and offer to made the same for kolhapure SSA. and he insisted to raise all major issues from bottom level to top level and appeal to convey all the messages to circle body and CHQ both.
Mr. Uday Sutar Asst. Treasure SNATTA Kolhapur Touch the point in his speech about demolition in promotion aspects for new rect. TTAs., Delay in providing facility by management. Finally he gives vote of thanks for gathering members from boh side.
Meeting was conclude at 20.00pm in encouragement and cheerful environment.

3. Dhuri (Sangrur SSA):- A group of 28 members closed BSNLEU branch and

Does anybody clarify what will be the date of reckoning for grade promotion?
Is it the date of start of training period or the date of appointment as TTA after training?

My Date of next increment is July 2011.
My Date of Appointment as TTA is Sep 29, 2003.
What will be the reckoning date for promotion to NE-10 as i will be completing 8 years by July 2011(my date of training is july 21,2003)?
Does any body who got grade promotion give me clarification.

There are no news about BSNLEUs proposed dharna on 11 Jan. Neither it was deffered nor any news about the out come on BSNLEU website. Is BSNLEU afraid of about the success of their program or unable to get the employee to sit on dharna or their demand was met by BSNL management.
