I have also reported abuse of our TTA Group.

I am sure the subject line would confuse you. Though they look simillar, they are indeed different.
Just sit back and think what is actually driving us? You would find the meaning of my question.
I feel, it is the pain that we have suffered due to the attitude of EU is actually driving us work harder. True. It is perfect. No problems. The hatred we have for them is the source of our energy.
As of now, personally speaking, getting EU to loose the battle is my dream. I am more interested in seeing EU loosing it. I am unable to think otherway. Though the energy is from the negative thought, it is for a positive outcome ofcourse.
I am getting more and more confident that we are going to make it big this time looking at the wild reactions of EU. Loosers undergo such reactions which implies that we have already won over them emotionally.
The day of final judgement is just 21 days away barring this day. On one hand we have just 21 days left and on the other hand we 21 more days to complete our work. Work, work and just work hard and harder to see them loose the game.

You are right friend in each and every word you wrote.
Our target should be to make NFTE win because:
That way BSNLEU will be a looser anyway and every way.We have seen BSNLEU not working for us and that way we will provide NFTE a chance to work for us.Thinking politically - Political balance is must.Change is always betterand a lot of other reasons
In my first ever seminar attended the first lines were:" Asi apne khoye jaa rahe haqan naal jagde haan"Means we are governed by our loosing rights.
So when we started realizing that we are loosing our rights we awoke and formed SNATTA similarly when we realized that BSNLEU is doing nothing for us we awoke and change our track.
Be determined. Victory is ours.

I am Anil from Kerala Circle.I have heard that we (SNATTA) are going to file 2 cases on court.My colleagues(TMs) have some doubts regarding their NEPP arrears.If we filed cases against NEPP and 30% fitment then whether it will affect TMs areears,since they asked me the court will order to stop/stay the arrears

CS of BSNLEU in all the circles are so much frustrated by SNATTA decision that they are all time low in political gimmicks.
Creating conflict in our beloved SNATTA.
Blaming CHQ SNATTA for their performance in last 4 years.
Floating rumours on their portal regarding SNATTA and our association.
and numerous other things.....
These things are going to increase in the coming days so please be aware and use your brain to evaluate the hidden agenda of BSNLEU.......
They are so low in gimmicks that their CS stand at the exchange gate in the morning facing exchange with his member holding camera at other end to get a snapshot as soon as some TTA enters the exchange premises and crosses the CS for doing his job. Then he floats the picture on his portal saying that look this TTA is with me in verification and is standing with me.
Our DS have instructed their members to run away as soon as they see CS coming as he is having a man alongwith him holding camera. He can click you standing alongside and float your picture on portal claiming your support.
BSNLEU is claiming a great victory in Punjab so a few lines suiting them:
"Hum ko maloom hai zannat ki haqikat lekin
Dil ke behlaane ko Ghalib yeh khayal achha hai....."

But they people dont know that this time they have to face the engineers.
EU people are in so much frustration, This can be seen on their website, they
are so much panic, they people are keep on writing so much against unity of
SNATTA too... they are targeting us....
But in the meanwhile they forget that they we are the Engineers , educated
person than how can we trust on their "bogus" things.
SO friends be united... me too get many calls from my own SSA to stop all this
but me determine to change. and
if all the TTA are determine than day is not far from us when "we " the engineer
are argue with managements for our genuine demands in NCM

1 Few TTA's were present in the meeting due to their different personal issues.
2 Most of them quited meeting when EU start blaming the SNATTA.
3 A leader of EU said that SNATTA is FRATTA.
4 They DRTTA meet outside the meeting hall and make assured each other that they will show in the election that what the SNATTA is?

BSNLEU leaders are spreading wrong information without using brain, they have showed a pic on the home page of BSNLEU website and written 105 TTAs out of 137 were present at amritsar meeting with CS BSNLEU. but the fact is that only 18 TTA were there, some were passing nearby and stand there to listen the Lier Leaders of BSNLEU. It has created another -ve image of EU leaders as whoever present there read the message is only laughing at EU leaders lie. also none of them is satisfied from the false claimings of Lier Leaders.

It was indeed great pleasure to see that WE ARE UNITED.!
That was what we could prove on 08.01.2011 at the conference hall of East Fort
Hotel, Opposite Ghani Honda, Fort Maidan, Palakkad.
After Our President Mr. Prasanna Kumar, it is my turn to congratulate you all
who have whole heartedly participated in the meet amidst pressure, persuasion,
intimidation from the BSNLEU office bearers.
It is wonderful to note that we all are well aware about the confusions created
by the so called representative union of yesteryears....
We have decided to go ahead strongly, boldly and unitedly with the decisions
taken by our CHQ i.e., to be the strongest, boldest and thinking alliance
partner of the ' Workable Winnable Alliance' in the forthcoming referendum.
We have no confusions as of now. No one can confuse us about our goals, aims
and ambitions. We want to grow with BSNL as individual and collectively too!
It is once again appreciable that more than 50% of our members brought the
"Cessation of union subscription letter", duly forwarded by their controlling
Officer to the venue on that day. (The same were forwarded to the concerned
Accounts Officer this day i.e., 10.01.2011) Others assured to forward the same
well before 15.01.2011. Very Encouraging feat indeed! Keep up the tempo!
For those minority, who didn't turn up to express their concern, fear, feelings
due to their selfish reasons, our sincere advice is to take daily dose of
anti-fear notes and captions from our website. Otherwise they can get themselves
permanently admitted in the BSNLEU asylum.
We have decided that Era of Dual membership is over. Those who are with SNATTA
, only can reap the yield after this referendum. This clear message was CLEARER
now (by seeing the forthcoming court cases we are going to file in the CAT on
the issues of 30% fitment of post 2007 TTAs and Uniform promotion criteria for
DR and DOT employees).
We are not the advocates of coercion, intimidation or forcible persuasion but
we can clear those cobwebbed minds with easier means of explanation, selfless
presentations and helpful actions. We together with all the 8 partners will
strengthen the Formidable Alliance more than anyone can imagine! Thats what our
aim is and thats what we are working for in the forthcoming referendum.
Be with SNATTA Now! SNATTA will be with you forever.........!
We are clear about this message from SNATTA. For those who have decided not to
be with US now will understand it Clearer, only Later........!

hi friends,
Today, we the TTAs of Mohali in Chandigarh SSA have *started our Election
campaign in leadership of DS SNATTA- Rajeev Kr Mandal with the support of DS
NFTE- Sh.Pritam Singh.*
The* frustrated members of BSNLEU has also joined us* in our campaign and we
visited the *Two Main Exchanges of Mohali* and the response was very good
from all the staff members especially ladies staff.
All the staff was motivated to see the support of *SNATTA *with *NFTE*. The
Punjab Circle Leader of SEWA (*SC/ST Employees Welfare Association*)-
*Sh.Baldev
Singh* also accompanied us with full vigor.
The *most surprising part of this campaign* was the warm temperament of all
the Staff despite the Lowest temperature of 3.5 degree Celsius in the
History of Chandigarh.
The TTAs from all the quarters like* TTAs of 2002, 2007, 2009 and promoted
TTAs* have fully supported the move in favour of NFTE-SNATTA Allaince.
The other *Group-C staff like PAs, Drivers,TOAs, Cable Jointers, Linemans,
RMs, PMs etc.* joined us and are determined to make a WIN for NFTE this
time.
*We have aware them about the huge List failures of BSNLEU in last 6-7 years
*. I have personally welcomed every employee at every office building. i
have made sure that VOTE will be stamped at Serial No.13 by all of them.
*Our special emphasis was to change the National Leadership rather than
sticking to personal Local gains.*
*This is just the start of the campaign, we will re-visit every Office Twice
more to sure our WIN.*
*The personal contact from Meetings, SMS and by Telephone will be continued
to convert all votes to NFTE.*

*In the Dynamic leadership of DS SNATTA (Vice-President BSNLEU)- Sh.Rajeev
Kr. Mandal, Chandigarh SSA TTAs has decided to withdraw the membership from
BSNLEU.*
We will soon (in a day or two) depositing the Membership Withdrawal form to
our AO (Cash)/SDE (Admin) to stop the Monthly subscription to BSNLEU as the
last date is approaching i.e, Saturday 15th January, 2011. Each membership
withdrawal form will be signed by the TTA and his SDO and will be deposited
with the BSNL's Admin branch.
*Our DS Rajeev has also taken a BOLD decision to resign from the post of
Vice-President and LCM seat of BSNLEU, Chandigarh* *SSA*. He wants to lead
the way and to *remove the Confusion* among all the members that *WE are
Only the Soldiers of SNATTA, *No Union can bind us even if they give us *High
ranked Posts or Portfolio*. Our *commitment *lies at the core of Association
Principles. He clearly stated that TTAs are no more dependent on Union's
mercy. There were rumors that our DS is supporting BSNLEU, so he also wants
to clear the air for the same. *He stated that he has full respect and
regard for the DS BSNLEU Mr.Dhillon for past local help but for him, his
Association and Family-SNATTA is Supreme.*
