The following write-up in with reference to your convention with Com. P. Asokababu, Dy. GS, BSNLEU. (As published on BSNLEU home page) on 16.01.2011.
Dear Sirs,
I am hesitant to address you as TTA so and so. Hence I have addressed you as Mr. so and so. I beg your pardon for this.
I have few questions to you..
Do you understand that you would loose your identity as a DRTTA walking hand in hand with BSNLEU?
Do you know that they (EU) have done nothing for us? Do you atleast know that they treat us as vote bank and have no soft corner for us?
Do you know that you have held the convention with an anti-TTA personality i.e. Mr. Ashok Babu. I think no one told you the sarcasm expressed by Mr. Ashok Babu when some of our TTAs had a chat with him.
DOnt you understand that unity of DRTTAs is important for anything that we aim to ahieve in future?
Do you know the importance of being connected to your tribe?
Did you ever speak to Circle Secretary or Asst Circle Secretary of SNATTA to find out why we had to support NFTE union?
Lastly, Do you have any personal contact with the SNATTA group?
You would not have joined the convention by an anti-drtta element if you understood why we had to support NFTE. You have not yet lost your identity completely. Please speak to our Circle Secretary or Asst Circle Secretary and question them why they had to support NFTE. I am sure you would be convinced. Please join back the SNATTA.
If some local issues have forced you to take such a decision, I can only request you to sort them out and join back.
I only hope better sense prevails.

Dear friends, (DR TTAs)
I would like to share the following though / information with all my TTA friends
I am not sure whether the process of "Establishment & Accounts Revision" is initiated at BSNL HQ - Since BSNL has completed 10 years of existence. I would like to clarify to my fellow TTAs that this is a process by which requirements like men, machinery and capital are assessed for next 10 years of period based on previous 10 years of experience. Accordingly revisions in all areas will occur. BSNL is due for such revision in 2010 (Last year).. Seeing the way works progress in such a large establishment, I think the finalization will happen only towards end of 2011 or even 2012.
SO STILL THE MAJORITY UNION CAN REPRESENT THE CASE OF "TAKE A FRESH LOOK AT THE NEPP" AND REVISE THE NEPP - WHERE BY DR.TTA DON'T LOSE. If BSNL EU comes back to negotiate with Mgmt. This will never happen and this two years are very crucial, if it has to happen. This is NOW OR NEVER situation.
We've sufficient feelers from our corporate offices regarding the "E & A Revision" and you all may be aware of the implementation of ERP and Centralized Billing (CDR) for TRA and Pay and Account (at Pune) (www.myhr.bsnl.co.in and most of the feedback forms/ reports, HQ communiques are rapidly getting online). In the wake of the above stated facts I urge all my fellow TTAs to think what is apt and motivate fellow employees to voute out BSNL EU and Vote for NFTE since, SNATTA national council has MOU with NFTE -
There is another immediate task in front of NFTE is to press management to conduct LICE for JTO immediately.

Dear freinds i SURESH TTA at andrapradesh pl see the bsnleu website it will be given meeting conducted at telephone bhavan & so many tta are attended. this is false news the meeting was not conducted due to only 3 members are attended so the given one of our freind mr. MAHENDER REDDY tta at mahaboob nagar so pl cantact this tta what are assurense given by ours cantact cell no: 9440683657

The SMS goes on like this:-

My simple answer was -
"Answer lies in your quesion. It was DOT and there was no DRTTA then. Hence we need not discuss this topic"
I know the person who gave the SMS. Since he took SMS route, I had to answer in the same route.
Do we really need to worry erstwhile DOT's affairs and the union matters. It does not make any sense to me atleast. I dont care what happened in the past. What matters to me is "What is there for us today?".
I spoke to NFTE area secretary, and he confirms that it is a false and baseless news. Not to care.
This post is just for your information so that if you encounter the same question, be very clear and say "I dont care what happened in DOT. What happens now is important to me".
