Happy Lohri to all of You
Yesterday I received SMS from Mr Manish Samadhiya President SNATTA and I thought
I should also share this with all my friends. What a meaningful and inspiring
lines he has written and I am 100% sure that if SNATTA commander is so powerful
in his words his army will never let him down and victory will be ours.

I really pity for these poor guys.Today the 13th of January in our district headquarters for a meeting which is to be addressed by Mr. V A N Namboodiri, people have been called from remote regions in the pretex of signing the NEPP option form, this is the third or fourth time they are being asked to fill up similar type of option form. An impression being created in their minds that the arrears of the NEPP will be paid to them before the verification, these guys who are litararily weak are being exploited by the EU leadership.There is one more way of looking at it,this act shows that EU leadership is aware of the fact that if they tell the truth Mr VAN Namboodiri will have to address vaccant chairs insted of huge gathering."What an idea sirji".

BSNL Unveils Pan India Offers For Mobile Number Portabili

National Telecom back bone and pan India 3G mobile service operator Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) all set to launch Nation Wide Mobile Number
Portability by 20 January.
The PSU today unveils its Pan-India MNP offer, which will give Free
Connection, Free Mobile Internet and lots more for all Port-in customers who
Switch to BSNL from any other service providers across all the telecom
circles except Haryana.
The much awaited Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service schedule to launch
by 20 January on Pan-India basis

earlier we hare on TelecomTalk. According to the BSNL offer the MNP Port-in
charges of Rs. 19 shall be waived off and Free SIM card (32K) will be
provided for all �Port In� subscribers who Switch to BSNL.
Apart from the Free In-Porting, For prepaid subscribers, The STV/First
Recharge Coupon (FRC) chosen by the customer to use the BSNL Mobile Services
shall be FREE of cost if Port-in is through BSNL CSC. At the time of
activation of all Port-in customers, will also get Additional FREE Talk Time
of Rs. 100 in addition to the normal FREE talk value applicable with FRC.
All Port-in customers will be offered GPRS Data Access up to 5 GB for one
month free of charge.
While for Postpaid Subscribers, The Activation Charges will be waived off
and 50% rebate in the Fixed Monthly Rental/Charges (FMC) will be offered of
first month after port in to BSNL.
The Freebies for Call/SMS/Data will be will remain same as Tariff Plan
selected by Port In subscriber.
*Procedure for MNP Port-in request at BSNL CSCs:*
1. Port-in customer will take UPC by sending SMS PORT followed by 10 Digit
Mobile Number to 1900.
2. Port-in customer will submit CAF (application form) and MNP form with UPC
at CSC.
3. Customer should be asked for an alternative number and desired FRC (2G/3G
etc.) and record on BSNL/Porting CAF for future use.
4. Customer will be given a virgin SIM. On this virgin SIM, his number will
be created afterwards. It is to be informed to the customer that after 72-96
hours or on getting SMS he/she may insert the SIM in the mobile and dial
�123� to activate BSNL services.
5. CCN person will complete the required entries in Fx GUI, mention type of
FRC in the prescribed field and fire order for creation of new port-in
number using MSISDN, IMSI, UPC etc.
6. SIM will be created after minimum 72 hours (assuming it is approved by
the port-out operator) and maximum 96 hours.
8. Before activation of the BSNL services, there will be an interruption/
transit time of around 2 hours i.e. subscriber will not be getting services
of any operator.

for us today is time to be united to prove our strength and unity once
again. but i can't understand why some our friends are not realizing the
situation and they give chance to BSNLEU to say that some ttas are still with us
against CHQ decision. for them i have some lines-

Dear Mahendra,
BSNLEU cheated us in all the fields. Still some TTAs are going behind EU shamelessly. Are they human beings? Is it possible for the humans to do this? The dogs have a nature that they will never bite their master even if he kick it, spit on it or beat up it. Slavery is there in their genes. Like them some humans have political slavery in their genes. They will be licking the boots of their leader even if the leader slap their mother.

*Former MTNL CMD to face criminal trial*
Former chairman and managing director (CMD) of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam
Limited (MTNL) RSP Sinha, accused of helping telecom giant Motorola get a
high-value tender, will soon face a criminal trial.
Former MTNL general manager P Singh and then country head of Motorola are
also accused in the case.
Additional solicitor general AS Chandhiok informed the Delhi high court on
Wednesday that the government had granted sanction to CBI to initiate
criminal proceedings against Sinha.
The court was hearing a PIL by NGO Telecom Watchdog questioning Sinha�s
continuance in the post till November 2010 despite the accusation that he
favoured Motorola in equipment procurement in 1999.
The scandal dates back to 2003 when CBI recovered Rs50 lakh in a raid on a
middleman. According to the agency, MTNL paid Rs7.18 crore to Motorola for
purchase of equipment and MTNL officials received kickbacks through
middleman Rajiv Gupta.
Last year, CBI filed a case closure report, saying it did not find evidence
against Sinha. The trial court rejected the report and asked the agency to
probe the matter afresh. It said there were several vital pieces of evidence
against Sinha, who was forced to quit after the court rap to CBI.
Sinha was director of finance at MTNL waiting to be elevated as CMD when the
scandal came to light. He was promoted on May 13, 2004, after the DoT
cleared his name on the ground that CBI had not charge-sheeted him.

All Members of SNATTA, PATIALA have withdraw their
membership from BSNLEU. The ammount of the fees rather to be deposited
to SNATTA funds every month. We will atleast not waste the fund in
CONSTRUCTION OF UNION BUILDING.....

15. Time to Take an action to save BSNL

Dear friends ,we all are discussing from a long time for BSNL future, some says BSNL Doob Raha Hai, Some says Sellary Band hone wali hai and etc. etc.
Dear friends no one have discuss for any BSNL SUDHAR Programe .
Dear i think this is the time to take an action as early as possible against the BSNL Corrupt employee/officers.
I don't say that, i can change the complete BSNL but i can change my working area (SDCA) employees or officers which deserve for the action.
I have decide to try following action for BSNL Sudhar.
1:-I check all contractors bills of my SDCA.
2:-I check all expenditure and income of my SDCA.
3:-I check daily work of all employee in compare to their sellary and work criteria.
4:-i will check all the work done by contractor in SDCA.
Dear friend i have see a number of corruption in my SDCA level, and i can,t see more in this situation.I am applying to get all copy of the above four points form my SDE office and then check them.
If the concerned official failed to give copy that i have requested it means he is corrupted and then i complain against him to vig.
Friends please i require yours all suggestion on this topic so please give reply immediately.

16. Arbitrary procedures being followed by HRD/ADMN sections at our SSA

Dear Freinds,
It is very condemnable that the HRD sections of most of the SSAs in different circles do not care to follow the standard guidelines i.r.o Grade promotions in general.
While getting promoted from NE-9 to NE-10, the date of effect is considered to be the date of joining the service as TTA i.e date of appointment as TTA in our SSA i.e Bongaigaon SSA, Assam Circle.
It is a point of discussion whether completion of 8 years for promotion from NE-9 to NE-10 is considered from date of training or from the date of appointment.
If there are clear guidelines kindly come forward and present them for the benefit of other TTA colleagues so as to stop the arbitrary procedures followed by some officials in our SSA and other places as well.

17. BSNLEU Vs GOD - YOU SELECT

Dear friends,
BSNLEU is one of the organisation of CPM(Communist Party of India-Marxist). Of course NFTE has link with CPI. The difference is:- The CPM is a left(means hard) communist party and CPI is right(soft) communist party. CPI always stands for workers. But they don't interfere in their members personal affairs. But CPM do not encourage their members to have faith in GOD. They are rationalists. Their ideologist Mr.Karl Marx stated that "religion is the Opium of human beings". The real CPM members do not believe in god.The CPM's MLAs/ MPs never take oath in the name of god when they swear in Assembly/parliament. Can you point out a single MP of CPM who took oath in the name of god after 1947 ?
BSNLEU comes from the same family. Their leaders do not believe in god. Ask to their President Mr. VAN Namboodiri or their GS Abhimanyu that do they believe in god or do they go to temple? Answer would be "NO". In the past, Marxist rulers never allowed religions in their countries.
All these means ""if you are voting to BSNLEU, you are voting against GOD. Tell all the staff that if they vote in favour of BSNLEU, then it may win or lose. But definitely you will lose in your life. The GOD will punish you in the future ; sure""
NB: It is up to a person that he has faith or not. But it is a battle and we have to use all the weapons. They are spreading all the lies. Then why can't we tell some truths?

Here is some election news from Kerala:
Palakkad SSA:
An SSA level meeting of SNATTA was conducted on 08.01.2011 at 1400 Hrs at
Conference Hall, East Fort Hotel, Fort Maidan, Palakkad. Large number of TTAs attended
the meeting. Mr. Prasannakumar R, President SNATTA Palakkad SSA, presided over the
function.T G Shibu, SSA Secretary briefed everyone about our intentions behind
withdrawal of union membership with immediate effect.It warns BSNLEU against their
false pretensions that DRTTAs are mere puppets in their hands. Many TTAs brought the
membership cessation application, signed and duly forwarded by their respective
controlling officers, to the venue.The remaining TTAs assured that they will definitely
follow suit. Three of our colleagues could not attend the meeting due to duty constraints
and they promised to do the same well before 15.01.2011.
In the brain storming session, all the TTAs agreed with the CHQ decision on how
to go about in the future. Elaborate discussions were made on the following topics:-
(a) Strategies to strengthen the alliance with NFTE-BSNL.
(b) Reduction of wage to post 2007 batch TTAs and the
proposed solutions for the same.
(c) Uniform promotion policy for DRs and DOT staff.
Kollam SSA:
A meeting of DRTTAS was conducted at adventure park, Ashram. Circle Vice
President Mr.Jeevan Babu attended the meeting. The meeting decided to campaign in
favour of NFTE. BSNLEU's cruel attittude towards DRTTAs was discussed in detail.
Pathanamthitta SSA:
A successful SSA conference was conducted at Dixon auditorium, Adoor. District
President Mr.Jayesh presided over the function. Circle Joint secretary Renny John
addressed the TTAs. All the TTAs brought their subscription cancellation letter duly
signed by SDEs. Among them includes RCM member and BSNLEU's District committee
auditor Mr.Abhilash, LCM member Mr.Rajendran, BSNLEU Pandalam branch ex President
and current Tresurer Mr.Renny John, Tiruvalla branch ex.Treasurer Jayesh etc. Last time
there was not a single DRTTA was with NFTE. This time there is not a single DRTTA is
left with BSNLEU

batch TTAs attenended the meeting with great enthusiasm. TTAs' burning issues were
discussed. It was unanimously decided to give full support to NFTE - SNATTA alliance.
Kottayam SSA:
A grand SSA conference was conducted at Sree Narayana Samskarika samithi
hall on 08.01.2011. It was the first conference of Kottayam SSA. Central coordinator
Mr.Abhilash and Circle Organising Secretary Mr.Rajesh Sekhar addressed the meeting. A
large number of TTAs attended the meeting with great support. BSNLEU's cheating in
wage revision, service condition reduction for JTO LDCE, blocking of the exam,
designation change etc were discussed in detail. It was unanimously decided to stop the
salary subscription to BSNLEU.

are posted here. District President Mr.Jithesh and Secretary Mr.Sujith organised the
election campaigning very well. The District committee decided to stop the monthly
subscription to BSNLEU. Most of the TTAs have already submitted the letters to
Accounts Officer. Most of the TTAs are posted in high range areas and BSNLEU did not
settle a single local issue here so far. So there is no meaning in continuing salary
subscription.
Alappuzha SSA: A superb SSA conference was conducted at Alappuzha on
09.01.2011. Most of the TTAs of the SSA attended the meeting. It was the first SSA
conference of Alappuzha. No recruitment was done in this SSA in 2002. Central
coordinator Abhilash addressed the meeting. BSNLEU's ill treatment to the DRTTAs were
discussed in detail. It was decided to stop the salary subscription to EU immedietly. A
District body was elected unanimously.

Discrimination in NEPP
BSNLEU's failure in 30 % fitment to new TTAs, JTO LDCE, service condition reduction, discrimination in NEPP etc were discussed in detail. It was decided to ensure maximum votes to NFTE-SNATTA alliance. All the DRTTAs of Malappuram SSA decided to stop the monthly subscription to BSNLEU.
