u r really thinking in right direction as I have already listen a speech of Mr Gulab Chand Rai he is very bold and loud speaker and it really a matter of your praise that at temp of 2*c u r sharing your moments definety we will win.
I was also want to attend the Circle conference but UPPCL exam is on same date and my two TTA friend of my office are already on leave for attending exam at lucknow and they will attend the conference while due to my friends leave for exam I have not used wrong way for leave for attending conferecnce.

CS BSNLEU Punjab has now started luring post 2007 DRTTAs that it was due to Hakam Singh of SNATTA that your salary was decreased. Had not Hakam Singh signed the wage agreement your salary had not been reduced. So here comes some clarifications for those who might get misguided.
1. If Hakam Singh was so powerful a personality in wage negotiation process then what the heck was Uncle Namboodri doing there? Serving tea to committee members?
2. It was uncle Namboodri alone whose signatures were there on wage agreement with BSNL Management.
3. Our CHQ in New Delhi meeting had already clarified that had Hakam Singh's father or his grand father been present in the wage negotiation meeting and had refused to sign the agreement even then it could have happened?
4. Even the original copy of our country's constitution is not having signature of all the members in the committee formed to conceptualize it. Still it got approved and is in effect now.
I am not an advocate of Hakam Singh but when the matter was brought to my knowledge by post 2007 DRTTAs of my SSA, I thought it my moral responsibility to clarify the incident as far as possible. The same gimmicks might have been played by the CSs BSNLEU of other circles.
