Some of my friends are favoring still BSNLEU inspite of the decision of CHQ. Either they are ignorant or are fools. I left the option on them only to decide.
If they are fool I can't do anything for them and neither can they themselves. They only option left for them is to follow what CHQ says and move towards the way their friends are.
If they are ignorant this mail might be of some help or they can mail me to get their doubts cleared.
1 Are you guys still not satisfied with the losses made by BSNLEU to TTAs.
2. Loss to all TTAs in NEPP, Wage Negotiation etc.
3. Loss to post 2007 TTAs in new scales.
4. No designation change.
5. No JTO exam whereas as per written agreement it was to occur in first year of winning verification.
6. No reduction of service to 3 years as declared by BSNLEU before 3rd verification. It became 5 years in 4th verification and was ultimately settled at 7 years which is still not sure until the exam happens.
I am falling short of time but not of points.
There might be some other reasons too like fear of their uncles CS BSNLEU Pb and DS BSNLEU LDH in case of Punjab Circle and their counterparts in case of other circles. Also their own personal intrests like transfers to their home town as might have been promised by their uncles.
Think dear friends leave the fear behind alongwith your personal intrests.
So think once again and its still not late.
Punjab friends especially a few at Ludhiana and Jallandhar, there might be some deficiencies in Punjab Circle body but this is not the right time to set it right and fight with your friends. Post verification we will be having a lot of time to do all this.
Be loyal to your CHQ and have faith in your leaders who have shown their capability by getting you back the diverted vacancies legally which neither NFTE nor BSNLEU have been able to get for you.

Well said....
We have no existence when we alone....pls be united ...what ever be the result
but the main things is that we must stand on the same platform...
Its not so much late..We here rajasthan circle have done meeting in this regards
and start full efforts as per the CHQ decision.
Despite of knowing that last time EU wins from Rajasthan with majority...
We are continuously in touch with CS NFTE and whole SNATTA Body and daily
discuss our strategy.
SO be calm and start today for so that we again have in good position and more
better may be happen to us..or our cadre....

If someone still wants to support BSNLEU... Well... either they are receiving some favours from EU guys or scared of them.
In both the cases, they are of no use to even themselves. I sometimes feel we could just do away without them. Do you know why? Because I am sure they are in a very small number, I mean, 20 to 30 people in whole of India. Though they belong to our tribe, they are probably mislead by the EU guys. I am hopeful that they will come back.
I want to make one thing clear to all TTAs at this point of time. i.e. If NFTE wins, we win too. If, due to any reason, NFTE looses, we have nothing to loose. It is because, EU will never do a thing in favour of us. Be very sure about it.
I have decided to do my little part, or play the little role, atleast in my area. I hope to add atleast two digit voting to the existing NFTE bank. I think if you concentrate to adding atleast a double digit votes to NFTE kitty, it would be sufficient to put them to victory.
All you have to do is to speak to people who are in very good terms with you. It is easy to convince people who are closer to you. If we all could do just that in our areas, the result is going to be dramatic. Do not loose hope. Speak to atleast 20 people whom you know better. Atleast if 5 of them take your suggestion, you know what would happen. We would add around 45000 votes to the kitty of NFTE. Just start early. Start slowly. No need to shout slogans. No need to badmouth EU. No need to induce fear in people.
Just talk to them. Tell them what bad can happen if we let EU take two more years in the office. Just try speaking only to one person per day. And you have almost 25 plus days with us. It will work out. Just keep the up the tempo.
Do not get into any argument with any EU supporter as it would not help you anyway. Work with a cool mind. You are all well educated and young too. You have great potential to change any system/thing. Your strength is your confidence.
Try to speak to those TTAs who still support EU. Nevermind if you fail in your attempt. Not everyone will buy your story. I am sure, once you speak to them, things may change. I am sure they will atleast vote for NFTE even if they do not accept your suggestion.
Please do not loose your courage for it is your greatest possession.

Dear Jigar,
We can change/stop union subscription from 1st January to 15th January or from 1st July to 15th July. These are the window periods. Now it is the best time to stop the subscription from EU. Let us show our dissatisfaction. Just write this letter to AGM(Admin) - " Sir, I here by request to stop my monthly salary subscription to BSNLEU." Get a signature of your SDE on this letter and submit to AGM(Admin). That's all. Very simple.

hallo all,
HAPPY NEW YEAR my all friends!!!!!!!!!!!!
SNATTA has choosen different way with a BRAVE decision to go against with BSNLEU & to support NFTE.
But there is some problems in some SSAs that some TTAs think to go against of CHQ & to support BSNLEU.
Well it's your vote & right to do so, but whenever you'll do this pls. take notice of following points..........
1. when you'll disobey your CHQ, what'll the image of yours to others?
2. You has a value & BSNLEU contact you personally not due to your personality but due to your SNATTIAN identity.
3. Where'll you go after verification, bcz SNATTA will kick-out you. If you believe on BSNLEU then it means that you'd nothing learned with past.
4. Did'nt you know that SNATTA was with BSNLEU sincle last 4 years, but all problems of TTAs like JTO LICE, DESIGNATION CHANGE, WAGE REVISION of POST 2007 TTAs.
5. Finally, if you've any doubt about victory of BSNL WORKER ALLIANCE (NFTE+SNATTA+etc) then close your eyes and take a big breath and think that "WE WERE WITH WINNING UNION SINCE 4 YEARS BUT WE ARE STILL LOOSER THEN WHATS THE PROBLEM TO BE WITH LOSSING UNION FOR COMING 2 YEARS".
Finally, i'll say to all of you that "IF YOU HAVE A WEAK HEART THEN PLS. LEAVE US BCZ WE HAVE TO FIGHT VERY LONG WAY, WHATEVER TTAs ARE GETTING TODAY IT'S ONLY & ONLY ACHIEVEMNT OF SNATTA & ALL TTAs"

Dear friends
Iam posted as a TTA for indoor work of one telephone exchange. My DE forced me put deputation to other telephone exchange without TA/DA. The distance between the telephone exchanges is around 15 KM(Bus Route). Today I asked my SDE , TA/DA for deputation work. DE said No TA/DA for TTA for depution work . If they give ORDER for depution for 20 days , how to handle further …. Pls give suggestion for the above.
