1. can we (our 2010 batch mates) vote in this election considering our probationary period is not over yet.

2. What is the status of SNATTA in karnataka circle and Bangalore SSA in particular?
because i dont see any reference in snatta website.

3. Whom to contact in case we need to?

even if there is no presence of SNATTA in Karnataka Circle we all will vote for SNATTA-NFTE i have been forwarding your mails to all my friends in this regard.

more guidance is need for us we are new in BSNL family.

thanks for your frank and honest compliments.
I still have a lot to learn from my colleagues and of-course from my seniors
like you.

*and regarding your other query about my NAME....*
my name, which has been taken From Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji by my parents,
means Bond of Love ("*Bandhan Preet*" *or "Preet ka Bandhan"*)
and the last name Singh denotes my Status as a Sikh as all Sikhs must use
title Singh as their last Name which generally implies brave and courageous
people.

*I just want to share that since joining with this group as a member 6 yrs
ago in 2005, i remained the active contributor in the following areas of
interest*:-

1. raising genuine Questions i.e, food for thought

2. posting Tech updates

3. solving TTA's technical queries if any under my knowledge domain

4. spreading awareness about BSNL's matter of concern

5. promoting BSNL's marketing material

6. sharing Telecom news and latest happenings

7. forwarding Health tips, light humour, motivational messages etc.

8. uplifting sense of pride among group members in being an Engineer (TTA)

9. suggesting new ways to combat the professional pressure

10. maintaining Unity and coordination among SNATTA members

11. *last but not the least*, i am trying to replicate people like me in the
group i.e, people who can contribute similarly as i do in the group. and yes
i am quite successful in this plan so far Now this yahoo group is in self
regulation mode. You can see Group message History to know how people have
communicated enormously since beginning of this Yahoo Group.

*I want to admit here that all i learn is from my surroundings and observing
my colleagues.*

*Its worth here to mention that i gain a lot of things from the following

SNATTA & NFTE(BSNL)

was organised at Kotkapura, Ferozepur SSA (Punjab),

in which all TTAs of Katkapura decided to vote & support for NFTE(BSNL) as per our beloved SNATTA

ensure for victory of SNATTA & NFTE(BSNL) Alliance

with very huge margin.

In this meeting, Com. Avtar Singh (D/secy. NFTE(BSNL)), Com. Inderjeet
(Ex. D/secy NFTE(BSNL)), Com. Ajmer Masih (President, NFTE(BSNL)), Com.
Vishal Mahendroo (Executive Member, SNATTA), Com. Ajay Kumar (Cashier,

Mr balwinder tta of jalandhar has said after hearing abuse for SNATTA
by BSNLEU leaders "SNATTA HAI AUR RAHEGA". Mr Balwant Singh TTA from
ludhiana urged under BSNLEU banner to vote on serial no -13. All of
shows represent their devotion to beloved SNATTA. All and every TTAs of

a meeting of DRTTAs of Katihar SSA took place in the telephone exchange, Purnea
today ie 08.01.2011. In this meeting it was decided to follow the chq decision
to vote for SNATTA alliance.

i already did that what u have conveyed below. but even after reporting
abusing last year in january, 2010 nothing happened.
but yes Moderator has special powers to report and follow the same with
Google.

*dear moderator, pls follow the same and get the Mohan's email ID also from
Google who is supplying the information on that blog.

by the way any TTA can do it by reporting it abuse after 50th abuse google
will remove the Blog* *mentioning that the BLOG is spying on
our activities.

*There is an old news to share but its an important part of BSNL so i
thought of sharing it with u all people.*
Should Govt run BSNL/MTNL be given 3G and Broadband Wireless spectrums for
FREE ? Refund 30,000 Crore ??

A few months back, Union Telecom Minister A.Raja requested the Finance
Minister Pranab Mukherjee to provide the telecom Public Sector Units (PSUs)
like BSNL and MTNL with FREE spectrum for 3G and Wireless broadband access
(BWA) services.

*And, the reason cited was that these companies wouldn�t afford such a BIG
spectrum fee. Also, Raja claims that BSNL/MTNL is the only telecom provider
connecting the remote rural areas in the country and needed some special
considerations.*

Now, joining hands with the telecom minister are the employees of these PSUs
demanding for the same special consideration and urging for the total refund
of the spectrum fees paid. BSNL and MTNL together have paid around 30,000
crore for the country wide 3G and wireless broadband spectrum. BSNL
employees have threatened to go on strike if the government fails to refund
part of fees paid by the company, which is around 18,500 crore.
*Government CAN refund full/part of spectrum fee paid by BSNL/MTNL, because
:*

1. Deep pocketed private telecom operators and the foreign backed telecom
entities pumped in more money into the market, making the spectrum bidding
expensive and unrealistic for the time. Though BSNL/MTNL were allotted
spectrum licenses without having to participate in the bidding war, they
were mandated to pay the fees equivalent to the winning bids in all the
telecom circles. Mean, these PSUs paid (forced to pay) steeper fees for the
allotted spectrum licenses for which the government tagged prices were too
less. Shouldn�t the government run companies be insulated from these
unrealistic bidding wars ?

2. May BSNL/MTNL be refunded the spectrum license fee and these companies
might bring in very cheap /free 3G/broadband services which could trigger a
new telecom revolution in the country.

12. SNATTA exposed the hidden agenda of BSNLEU (Read Last Paragraph)

* Dt 09-01-2011** BSNLEU is unable to digest truth conveyed by SNATTA.*

*BSNLEU is again advocating that it will continuously take up the issue of
DRTTAs. BSNLEU has claimed that in the 16th Dec, 2010 meeting with SNATTA,
its leaders demanded 4 NCM seats and they denied.* The truth is as follows:
*SNATTA leaders at the outset of the meeting were clearly told that in a
threatening manner* that if SNATTA will not support BSNLEU in 5th membership
verification *" Agar aap hamko support nahi karoge to DRTTA ka issue ham
kabhi bhi raise nahi karega." * BSNLEU will never raise the issue of DRTTA
if SNATTA will not support BSNLEU. SNATTA leaders even then continued the
meeting with BSNLEU and asked them for variuos unfulfilled promises made by
them in way of written agreement. *BSNLEU leaders bluntly told that we do
not need the support of DRTTAs to win the election. " Hamare pass 1 Lac
votes hai hum aaram se jeet jayenge". We have 1 Lac votes we will win easily
without DRTTAs.* Yes we asked not demanded but for 3 seats only in NCM from
them but they denied straight away and asked whether we can give them one
seat back from existing two. * BSNLEU Circle Secretary, West Bengal,
Animesh Mitra on his web site has claimed that SNATTA has asked for 5 seats
in NCM even though he was also present in that meeting, workers can judge
how the BSNLEU leaders are misleading them and this shows how low they have
stooped and are propagating against SNATTA.* Even then looking at the long
relation of 4 years SNATTA leaders asked them to continue with 2 seats in
NCM and asked BSNLEU leaders to accept the 2 seats at RCM and LCM level too
as they have backtracked at LCM and RCM level in the last election. In many
Circles and SSAs we were not given 1 seat in RCM and LCM.* Even Com P.
Abhimanyu denied the RCM seats in his own circle Tamilnadu during the the
last election.*

*Initially Com VAN Namboodiri and Com P. Abhimanyu accepted our demand of 2
seats in RCM and LCM level but while concluding the meeting when our SNATTA
President Shri Manish Samadhiya asked Com. P. Abhimanyu about the
commitment on RCM/LCM seats he backtracked on this promise too.* *Even Com
VAN Namboodiri was stunned at this behaviour of Com P. Abhimanyu.* Com P.
ABhimanyu told G.S. SNATTA that he will convey his decision over phone
before 9 AM on 17th Dec 2010 to confirm about the RCM and LCM seats sharing.
But his call did not come even after the CEC of SNATTA was over on 17th Dec
2010. On 19th Dec 2010, Shri Dharmendra Verma, G.S. SNATTA very
respectfully communicated this decision of CEC to Com P. Abhimanyu over
phone and the letter to withdraw from United Forum was also written to them
on 26th Dec. There is no sense and self respect in standing alongside a
partner who does not respect you and your issues. *Perhaps they were over
confident that as they have broken **FNTO by baiting them in membership net
they will also break SNATTA soldiers in the same way.*

Moreover, In the All India Conference of SNATTA at Goa on 04 Oct,2010 SNATTA
had given clear indications to Com. P. Abhimanyu about the prevailing
resentment amongst the members of SNATTA due to loss of wage/ salary of 8000
TTAs, No Change of Designations to JE even after 4 years of demand, No JTO
LICE etc and had requested to solve atleast Change of Designation which
involves no costs to BSNL within two months. But again since it is not given
to executives it was not done for non executives. * it is shame that BSNLEU
has accepted such clauses that non executives will only get some benefits if
it is given to executives only as if non executives are slaves in BSNL and
they have no rights of their own.*

BSNLEU has a long history of betraying the faith of the Unions which support
them. Workers have not forgotten how BSNLEU finished FNTO who helped them
win the election. BSNLEU has its eye now on SNATTA. But BSNLEU has broken
the faith of workers this time and workers all over India has resolved to
defeat BSNLEU's false propaganda and give them crushing defeat in the 5th
Membership Verification.

*I just want to add here that TTAs are well educated and are great thinkers
so we can not fall into their TRAP & Game Plan.*

hamari genuine demands maan lo, agar hamre saath politics kheloge to hume
bhi khel khelna aata hai"

*so this is the high time to play the best Shot. let them (BSNLEU)
understand that for the last 8-9 years hamne Jhak nahi maari hai.
you people played with our emotions and aspirations so we cant let u escape.

Our Dreams of becoming Executive (JTO) has been shattered again n again, Jo
bhi power me aaya usne hame loota. You people always dictated your Terms and

I am writing this mail at Azamgarh Railway station,waiting my train to go lucknow for attending CEC meeting at kaiserbagh exchange Lucknow.temp is about 2*c at this time in azamgarh, i am sharing a moment with all u in last verification,when bsnleu win with the help of SNATTA, a Dynamic personality of azamgarh ssa , Mr Gulab Chand Rai( CS-BSNL Workers Rashtriya Union, upe) told me,that NFTE Alliance is defeated by Snatta not by Bsnleu ,Seen after 2 Years ,When i call to Mr Gulab Chand Rai and told about our cec meeting on 9-1-2011 ,then he said that we are sure that we will win becose SNATTA is our Main Alliance Partner in this verification...i said ..Ameen....

* Dt 08-01-2011** Soldiers of SNATTA are braving minus degree temperatures
in Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir. Our Soldiers from Himachal and Jammu and
Kashmir has reported that they are very successfully campaigning with NFTE
leaders and will ensure the win of NFTE in this election. *

*Dt 08-01-2011**NFTE is winning by huge margin in UP (West)*

Our Central Coordinator, *Shri Amit Gupta* has reported that in UP (West)
the equations has completely changed in the favour of NFTE due to the big
mobilization of workers towards NFTE by the presence of SNATTA in their
alliance.* NFTE alliance is sure to get 4800 to 5000 votes out of nearly
6500 total votes.*

*Dt 08-01-2011***A grand SSA Conference of SNATTA, MALAPPURAM SSA, was
held on 06.01.2011 at Swagat auditorium, Malappuram. Almost all the DRTTAs
of the SSA attended the meeting. A few TTAs, who couldn�t attend the meeting
due to personal constraints, assured the full support.

*BSNLEU�s failure in 30 % fitment to new TTAs, JTO LDCE*, service
condition reduction, discrimination in NEPP etc were discussed in detail. It
was decided to ensure maximum votes to NFTE-SNATTA alliance. *All the DRTTAs
of Malappuram SSA decided to stop the monthly subscription to BSNLEU. Click
