Dear i think this is the time to take an action as early as possible against the
BSNL Corrupt employee/officers.
I don't say that, i can change the complete BSNL but i can change my working
area (SDCA) employees or officers which deserve for the action.
I have decide to try following action for BSNL Sudhar.
1:-I check all contractors bills of my SDCA.
2:-I check all expenditure and income of my SDCA.
3:-I check daily work of all employee in compare to their sellary and work
criteria.
4:-i will check all the work done by contractor in SDCA.
Dear friend i have see a number of corruption in my SDCA level, and i can,t see
more in this situation.I am applying to get all copy of the above four points
form my SDE office and then check them.
If the concerned official failed to give copy that i have requested it means he
is corrupted and then i complain against him to vig.
Friends please i require yours all suggestion on this topic so please give reply
immediately.

bsnleu leaders are wrongly propagating that TTAs are with them. but the
reality is different, its only to confuse them, so MAN to MAN marking is

*can anyone tell me whats the procedure of Resigning from BSNL*, if BSNLEU
comes to POWER then i think i may leave this company.
i will not stay in this company as *BSNLEU is playing DIRTY, CHEAP Politics
and TRICKS.*
We are getting Threats from their Leaders and Some of our TTA brothers are
giving them information about our whereabouts.
They (betrayers) can escape from my CURSE but GOD will not spare them. *"Kutte
ke Maut marenge yeh sab Dhokebaaz".*
*if people like me getting threats from them then what would be my MORALE to
Work for my Beloved Company-BSNL.*
Imagine what would be the plight of a Ordinary Worker.??

RESIGNATION from BSNL if any false case is made against us.

Is management listening ?? We dont want this Union to come to power.. they

staff. They looted us by charging 300 rs for building fund. and now using

of my dream project for which i constanly thinking for implementation in our
company for virtual contribution to our company.
OPERATION LEAKAGE
Dear TTAs,
I m affiliated with NFTE from a very first day of my entry in
this department. I was posted at far away border area at the time of my first
posting. The Local district secretary of NFTE in my region helped me a lot
throughout my carrier.
Now time is very crucial for BSNL. Every new recruited BSNL
employee believes that the corruption at higher level should stop to make our
company in profit mode.
We the TTAs are categorized as non-executives in BSNL and
have no power to stop this kind of activities in our company. We can only do
hard work to make profit it at our level. Concluding that we cannot take
decision for our company in spite of knowing that the decisions taken by our ITS
is wrong.
To earn profit is healthy characteristic for any company,
but to stop loss is also a profit. So as per my opinion we can stop “leakagesâ€
being done at every level in our company. We should make constitution for
“OPERATION LEAKAGEâ€. The following are the main topics to execute this
operation.
(1) To make wide publicity the aim and advantages behind this
operation otherwise high chances to failure of this operation.
(2) The main motto of our operation leakage should be to intimate
the corruption/malicious work done by management/employees
not to harm the service of any employees/not to go personally.
(3) Make body at Branch/District/Circle/CHQ level in every SSA
exactly same as union body.
(4) Contractors will do the efficient work after the initiation of
such working body.
(5) Branch / District / Circle / CHQ will intimate as per the case
level to respective sections of administration.
More suggetions will make this "OPERATION" SUCCESS.Appeal to all TTAs
throughout the country to contribute their thoughts.

BSNLEU only beleives in breaking the relationship after verification,this has been their behaviour for the last three verifications.We must be careful about their tactics,for regaining the power (in turn it is money) they will not hesitate to sell their motherland even.With SNATTA it proved costly because after 15th January 2011 they are going to loose more than one lakh rupees in the name of monthly subscriptions every month. During the year 2010 they collected more than 2 crores of rupees from the employees of BSNL in the name of National conference,State conference,district conference and finally building fund.The followers of BSNLEU who are mostly weak literarily doesn't know the gravity of this collection and are being looted by this uncultured pimps of burocrats. In public they speak of labour friendly policies and if you watch closely you will find the nexus between top brass of BSNLEU and corporate giants.The educated and wise members of SNATTA only can bring a change in the attitude of the labour class (mostly TMs) because TTAs are closely assiciated with them in day to day work.I request each and every member of SNATTA , to take it as a moral responsibility to educate these litararily poor masses of BSNL and ultimately to expell BSNLEU from the minds of the employees of BSNL.Iam sure the day is not far to fix the last nail in the coffin of BSNLEU. sab milke en gadharomko sabad sikhana phadega!
