| hello freinds i need following clarifications about epf recovery. if anybody have clear info. pl. reply our ssa started deducting 2000 per month from salarywithout any intimation.Accounts dept. replied to some of our collegues that the amount is the recovery of previous years where the pay section wrongly deducted our epf contribution. 1. if pay section wrongly deducts the amount(read less than actual amnt.). whether it is correct to recover the same in later yrs. 2. is there any guidelines about this type of mistakes. 3. what about the interest loss for this amount. who should bare this. freinds any of u are having clear info. or gone through this situation pl. reply. becoz in our ssa we are 21 and facing this problem frm this month. r.s.ramakrishna ahmednagar ssa maharashtra 9423164937 |
