some other differences are as follows:-
Lease line Tariff is quite High (in lakhs).
Fault/Complaints in the Lease Line Circuit is attended in the same day (with in Hours) otherwise BSNL will pay charges back to the user (as explained in the terms and conditions of the lease line).
Lease Line is the Highest Revenue Producing Service of BSNL but unfortunately its the highest ignored product by BSNL management.
