Dear Anish,

Are you seeing it first time? It is not at all new to any BSNL employee. The TTAs working in the outdoor have seen 1000 times worse pictures. They are experiencing bitter attitude,culture etc.etc.etc. You have excited just because you don't have one tenth of such experience. Work in the BSNL is not at all sitting in the AC rooms of IT cell.
