Dear Friend,
I appreciate your idea.
You have hit the bulls-eye. We are over-reacting in some situations. We just may do what we can do, nothing more. Everything is not in our hand. The thing is just that we should try at an extent so that atleast our followers may get benefit. ( Remember Bapu...He went away without seeing a Free India, though he fought for the freedom )
Some things are happen only when it is planned to.
We may only fight for truth, not get it.

Dear friend
It is nice to see your long mail. What you have written is a truth. Still nothing has happened for the wellfare for TTAs and on SNATTA plateform also, we could not achieve any expected result....and thats why we are all facing frustration and having not the enthusiasm as we were having just after our appointment in this deptt. This is the result of management wrong policy, unions step-behaviour towards us and ofcourse our inability to make any difference in the whole scenario.
              But the question is what to do now? Management has decided not to allow us to appear for ldc exam for jto before we complete ten year (at least) service as TTA. Unions dont bother to think for our future because we are not in large nos as compared to non-tech employees. Whether we are with them or not, they can win the election-battle again after two years.Or if needed they can again promise to fulfill all our demands just after winning the election. Even our seniors are quite happy to watch our condition and future prospects.All the old science graduate,even non graduates are enjoying their SDE,DET status just by climbing the department stairs.How can they digest our progress?
           Our leaders are doing their job, they are also working under the same pressure, they live with the same burdens and responsibility
of their family as we do. We should not expect any miracle by them.Some of them have completed their JTO training and ofcourse their area of interest has changed as they have to face a new responsibility.
Friend in my words,just relax and enjoy the every moment, dont be very pessimistic. Enjoy the freedom of being TTA without any big rsponsibility. Just do your job and dont consider yourself as the incharge of your office, accept the orders and execute it in time and then listen music, watch video,play games and talk to other TTAs...It will take time to fight the injustice. We have to be united and discuss the problems openly.
Remember..WHAT CANNOT BE CURED MUST BE ENDURED.
