The formula of basic+78.8 X 1.3 is not for TTAs recruited after 2007.I am afraid fresher non-executives (or Executives for that matter) are not going to benefit much from pay revision.
The basic a new TTA will get post-pay commission will be between Rs. 13,500->13700.
The rationale : The lowest of the three executive scales have been revised @ multiple of 1.92 approx. So, Non-exe scales will be fixed around that multiple. It worksout to be 13,650 for 7100.
Yet to be decided New JTOs scale will be between 18,700 -> 18900.(my bet 18,850).
