Dear friends,
I want to suggest follwoing direction for future course of action for the Movement of correcting recruitment rules for internal examination for JTOs. as
1. Don't care about mangagement( who is angry or not), this is our struggle for natural justice which must keep on without any fear and don't expect any support from management , who is supporting only to MASS not to the natural justice or right things.
2.I understand following equation for making JTO for internal quota
   Lineman    10 th pass + 10 year of experience = 20 years invested  eligible for JTO= BE (Pre requisite for JTO Outsider)
   TTA          10+3 +7 Years of better Q Experience = 20 years invested must be eligible for JTO#BE(Pre requisite for JTO Outsider)
TTA  BE +7 Years # BE(Pre requisite for JTO Outsider)=12+4+7=21 YEARS invested
3. It can be easily justified in Court that Quality Experience +Better Qualification cannot be restricted for internal JTO examination which is extreamely necessary for BSNL growing inturn country growing.
4. We need to explain all these matter to Shri Rahul Gandhi also ,as communist may be insignificant(In present scenerio) for next five years for country policy making and implementation for it we should send one delegation to Shri Rahul Gandhi as one young guy only can understand young generation's problem in the interst of country, make this issue in the direction of countrys growth keep behind your growth,our growtht will automatically take place.(Demotivated army cannot win WAR ,Keep understand to all ,Management,Cab. Minister and Shri Rahul Ji) and all these must reflected in our day to day behaviour too.
 
Mother only feed to child when he cry.  Keep Crying
 
Guys i am highly optimistic , many may cannot agree with me but keep brainstroming continue ,we will succeed for country, not for us ,we all have better option too, but we will correct the problems in BSNL..
