First of all we are not loose anywhere. barring this vacancy of 3945 all previous vacancies (2001,2002,2005,2007) were backlog. At least that's what BSNL's affidavit says.

Another thing is that through RTI u can't ask WHY ?

Earlier also we have asked such questions and got a reply that they can only supply the rulings related to the matter but can't justify the WHY ?

Instead you can ask another thing . i.e the 3945 vacancy advertised for external rectruitments belongs to which rectt year ? This seems more sensible question. Also another question is whether the 50 % internal vacancy corresponding to this external vacancy of 3945 is already filled up or not ?

and on the basis of the replies rcvd we can either file a court case or represent to management through Union demanding the Internal Exams.

You yourself can also ask these questions through RTI. it costs only Rs 10/- but a lots of will power. Please let us know the replies you recieve.
