Regarding change the desination of TTA,
 
A) In the many section in bsnl TTA is fully responsible under the SDE like SDOT,BROAD BAND,IT etc
 
Hence provre that TTA is fully responsible regarding duty,
So why can not giving designation Junior engineer/Junior engineer(Telecom/broad band/IT/computer etc).
 
1. centeral govt dept. basic qulafication of Diploma engineering for Junior engineer in CPWD,PWD, indian railway,SSC etc
 
2.  Basic qulafication for TTA is Diploma engineering(Three Year) so i.e. engineering cadre.
 
3. In public sector dept. like Delhi metro rail corporation , municipal corpoation of delhi, Delhi tranco ltd, NHPC, power grid corporation diploma in engineering (3 Yrs) are designated as Junior Engineer.
 
E) In varios state govt dept. (Rajasthan,delhi,up,mp etc) Diploma  in engineering are designated as Junior engineer. (Like in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board)
 
So why can not give designation of junior engineer instead of TTA.
 
and apart from above TTA futurs Junior Engineer should get some technical power to boost up the work which is maintained by him. Because, if, someone doent have administrative/technical power to get the work done from vendor or subordinate than how the given work will carry out timely, so, to keep the TTAs moral high, he should be given such a high profile designation like Juniour Engineer (IT/Broadband /CMTS / Mobile etc) and to get the work done timely, he should be given some administrative / technical power.
Im sure that if we would designated as JE and would get some power then the BSNL's will grow vertically in terms of revenue, services etc.
