Dear Girish,

Your information is not correct. The DA merger and fitment is not applicable to any employee who joined after 01.01.2007. The revised scale of 7100 would be less than 14000+16% IDA. But SNATTA is trying to get you a revised scale of 9200. We are alone in this battle!

30% increment 3795
New Basic Pay 16,447
