Dear Mahen & Nipul,
I think you know that we are just 12000 about and our management don't support us on our knowledge or skills. It will only support us on the basis of unity only. This will raise us to support a recognised unoin.
Now in next national council we are going to put up the issue for reduction of service condition and we already have some proofs that may be  helpful to reduce it to 7 years.
Our leaders are working very hard for us. They are in continuos touch with DOT, DoPT( this depat we might not have heard even) and BSNL Corporate office.
We should think that if we have to meet our GM or DGM, we might think of all aspects and we geneuinly affraid of meeting the GM. The people at CHQ are bold enough to represent something to DIR(HRD), CMD etc..
It is our GOODLUCK to have leaders like Mr. Dhiraj, Mr. Manish, Mr. Verma etc..
We should thank them all and hope best from them.....

I think that , management is angry with us due to court case file against them against diversion , so what we can do now.

Since 2000 we r having 17000 departmental seat vacant for JTO internal kota against the outside recruitment of DRJTOs ,,, we are well qualified experienced and after 2nd PRC we will be having our basic if given 30% fittment as below
 
(7900 + 78.8 %( as 68.8+10) + )30% = 18362
3 increment of 3% = 20000 which far better than going for these outside DRJTOs
 
so our department can easily conduct departmental exam against internal 17000 vacancies.
Now it is upto our leaders to decide how to convience heads for these like reducing service condition to atleast 7 years and conducting exams .....
WE DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SUCH DEMANDS WERE NOT BEING PUT INTO THE STRIKE NOTICE WHICH DEFERRED ,,, BUT IF HAD DONE THAT WE MIGHT HAD GOT A MINUTES OF MEETING ..
 
WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS IN REDUCING SERVICE CONDITION WHEN IT IS NOT THE CASE WITH OTHER CADRES .
