Dear friends,
i think that the SNATTA CHQ leaders meeting with Com. Chandeshwar Singh, G.S. (NFTE) and
his team is a very good initiative.I personally congratulate SNATTA CHQ for this fruitful initiative.
This meeting will put much pressure on BSNLEU and their leaders who are continously using us just as their vote bank.
We all know that verifications are due in JAN 2011. And we should explore this pre verification time as
an oppurtunity to discuss our issues with all possible options. It is fair to discuss and generate views regarding
our issue with other unions also, so that a broad decision may be taken at AIC regarding support to any union in verification.
We are not bound to go with any union who has not fulfilled our demands and just giving assurances.
But, we should be cautious enough while discussions with other unions, because they also know our strength and will leave no stone unturned to take our support for verification.We should pressurise the unions to act before the verifications giving support to our issues strongly.Now we are a good strength in BSNL and we could impact a large number of other cadre ( TM, RM, Sr TOA ) also in verification.So please continue with the efforts and we are sure that we will get fruitfull results. We should use this verification as an oppurtunity.

a cordial atmosphere and a very open exchange of views regarding the TTA
cadre took place. We expressed our concerns regarding the stay on *JTO
LICE* and hurdles created by vested interests and *Loss of Pay to the DRTTAs
* in the *Wage Revision*. *NFTE CHQ* expressed its desire to work with *
SNATTA* to resolve these issues at the earliest. *Com. C. Singh has written
letter to BSNL management to clear the hurdles and conduct early JTO LICE*.
Earlier *Shri Dharmendra Verma, General Secretary, SNATTA* had a meeting
with *Shri. K.K. Singh (Secretary, NFTE)* and *Shri. Mahavir Singh, C.S.

all my friends should note that any antivirus can only remove virus
from files which are not hidden. and as you know win32 replicate it's
executable and dll files in system32 folder and hide them. so no
antivirus can find or scan them.
solution
1. boot in safe mode.
2. scan using mcafee. definte solution to such Trojans.
3. open regedit from run. search for hidden, superhidden &
showsuperhidden entries all are on same page. then set them to 1.
4. scan using any poor antivirus.
5. in case all fails. use some antivirus to find correct name of virus
and search solution in google.

i am a bit Disagree with VK anand.
Kaspersky in my opinion is one of the best in terms of all parameters.
Norton is also good but i prefer kaspersky, ESET, mcafee instead.
by the way... no anti virus can fully protect ur system than Yourself only.
always follow safe practices while u online, running applications, opening
pen drives or watching websites.

Go through the attached file. Though you should not play with REGISTRY EDITOR
unless you know what you are doing, because, one dot, comma or mistake will make
computer useless. Best method is applicable only for genuine windows, get
security update for win32 worm from www.microsoft.com.

i am agree with MK Saha that dont play with the registry of windows untill u
r vry sure of what u r doing.
a single mistake can make ur Screen in to BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH (bsod)..
better go to Microsoft site and see solutions or use good licensed Antivirus
and windows too.

I dis-agree with Bandhan. Because I, myself a victim of failure of Original
Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. I got original copy in my computer which is
updated everyday and periodically scan my whole computer. Still it was taken
over by chinese hackers and Kaspersky could not do any thing. It was telling my
computer is perfectly alright. But when I was trying to use ww.onlinesbi.com,
the address bar in IE7 was red. When checked the security certificate I was
told that IE security cerificate is originated at China and it will be foolish
to open the site and use my user id and password for netbanking. So, I removed
Kaspersky, Install AVIRA anti virus and ZONE ALARM firewall. Updated,
disconnected Internet, Choose All File Scan with ALL TYPES of virus (not just
default type) and scanned my computer. There was only about a few!!!! of them,
deleted from Quarantine also, because, nowadays, some of the viruses can operate
freely even from Virus chest or Quarnatine (like a criminal freely operating
from inside the jail), only way to get rid of it is delete even from Quarantine
or Virus chest. Don't forget to restart your computer and to be sure, scan once
more.
I have come across such WinXP whose system files are replaced by virus infected
files. So, even after doing all these steps, and see that there is no virus in
your computer, the TROJAN or WORM from infected system file will again come up,
when you try to execute some paricular windows program for which that system
file is requred. And suddenly you see that your computer has become slow etc.
I don't use Quick Heal, But I have heard that it is good. You cannot rely on
Kaspersky. But, for single home users, I will definitely recommend AVIRA
antivirus (Dont download from www.brothersoft.com as the antivirus itself
is infected), try download from www.cnet.com and Zone Alarm firewall which is
also free for Home single users. just install anfd don't tweak it except if you
have LAN, then you will have to add the LAN IPs in trusted range etc. Try them.
To speed up your win XP, go to My Computer -> properties -> system properties ->
advanced ->settings -> visual effects ->click adjust for best performance, click
ok,ok. Restart your computer. Your computer will be faster by at least 10%.

first of all pls do ur homework before commenting.* i am attaching one

one thing more don't visit *those *sites which infects you. ;-)
*NO Anti-Virus can work better than urself.* if we cant rely on ourselves
then we need help of some software which protects us. There is no guarantee
from any anti-virus product of the world that it can protects u 100%.
i feel surprised that people like u gets infected.. i am using computers
since ages and my System Never (once in ten years) gets infected or hijacked
by a virus/trojan/worm/malware etc... i just follow safe practices as i told
in an earlier mail.
One should Always have Licensed Anti-Virus as so called free/Cracked
available softwares on the internet some times are already infected. Malware
is embedded in the application itself. Of-course you can get Free VERSION
Anti-Virus from the Vendor's website.
*i am not an agent to promote a Product here but you can rely on Kaspersky
and ESET Nod32 happily and without loosing substantial system performance*.
Hope now onwards u will research more on the subject before Dis-Agreeing
with Me.
i advise kaspersky, eset, bit defender, mcafee even norton etc to my
customers and those having these products seldom ring me about
sluggish system or Internet performance as u know Malware in any form can
get u down.

Hi,
JTO-LICE-Case needed to take up for discussion in NCM(National Council Meeting). It would have been better if we pressurised BSNLEU for adding as SUPPLEMENTARY ITEM in the previous meeting.
Since Management's decision in this regard is pending, it may also intentionally delay also,following delay tactics by stating the reason/justification as the matter is SUB-JUDICE cannot be taken up for discussion or reffered to LEGAL CELL of BSNL CO, its not the duty of the court to resolve the issue, some strategy need to be worked-out to put in before next-elections/verification(December) otherwise it would be another unfulfilled promise for ever.
I request all snattian's to concentrate on CORE - ISSUES of SNATTA instead of petty-local issues

I would like to appreciate your interest for the only cause u mentioned, that we should fight for our future. I would like to add that :
We all should speak unitedly.
We all should think unitedly.
We all should act/move unitedly.
If we follow the above wordings, only then
"We all will have brite future unitedly".
My dear dear friends, I'm fully agreed with Mr. Sridhar. This issue must be included as well as throughly discussed in the forthcoming NCM, before the next forthcoming elections/verification.
Please please reply, or atleast say few words as contribution to this noble cause. Please........

1) Yes, 70 lakhs crores rupees of India are lying in
Switzerland banks. This is the highest amount lying
outside any country, from amongst 180 countries of the
world, as if India is the champion of Black Money.
2) Swiss Government has officially written to Indian
Government that they are willing to inform the details of
holders of 70 lakh crore rupees in their Banks, if Indian
Government officially asks them.
3) On 22-5-08, this news has already been published in
The Times of India and other Newspapers based on Swiss
Government's official letter to Indian Government.
4) But the Indian Government has not sent any official
enquiry to Switzerland for details of money which has
been sent outside India between 1947 to 2008.. The
opposition party is also equally not interested in doing
so because most of the amount is owned by politicians and
it is every Indian's money.
5) This money belongs to our country. From these funds we
can repay 13 times of our country's foreign debt. The
interest alone can take care of the Center s yearly
budget. People need not pay any taxes and we can pay Rs.
1 lakh to each of 45 crore poor families.
6) Let us imagine, if Swiss Bank is holding Rs. 70 lakh
Crores, then how much money is lying in other 69 Banks?
How much they have deprived the Indian people? Just
think, if the Account holder dies, the bank becomes the
owner of the funds in his account.
7) Are these people totally ignorant about the philosophy
of Karma? What will this ill-gotten wealth do to them and
their families when they own/use such money, generated
out of corruption and exploitation?
8) Indian people have read and have known about these
facts. But the helpless people have neither time nor
inclination to do anything in the matter. This is like
"a new freedom struggle" and we will have to fight
this.
9) This money is the result of our sweat and blood.. The
wealth generated and earned after putting in lots of
mental and physical efforts by Indian people must be
brought back to our country.
10) As
a service to our motherland and your contribution to this
struggle,please circulate at least 10 copies of this
note amongst your friends and relatives and convert it
into a mass movement.

NEW DELHI: Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) on Friday said it has earned premium
of Rs 4,853 crore from BSNL under a group scheme, which is the largest sum got
by a life insurer from a single company.
This single large deal would further improve LIC's market share, which currently
is around 71 per cent. The policy bond of BSNL Employees Leave Encashment Scheme
which is the corpus towards earned leave encashment to be paid to employees of
BSNL at the time of retirement.
This is the single largest leave encashment scheme of LIC in which 2,81,000 BSNL
employees are covered, the country's largest life insurer said in a statement.
The business was bagged by Divisional Office one of Delhi zone of LIC.
BSNL board has decided to transfer the Liability of Leave encashment of Rs
4,852.91 crore to LIC under LIC's Group Leave Encashment Cash Accumulation
Scheme (GLES), it said.
LIC Managing Director Thomas Mathew handed over the policy bond to BSNL
Management yesterday.
LIC till July this fiscal, earned first premium of Rs 7,445 crore from group
business. In July, it earned Rs 1,686 crore premium under this head. During
April-July period, LIC registered an over 70 per cent growth in new premium
(from both group and individual) collections to Rs 24,430 crore.
In comparison, in the first four months of the previous fiscal, LIC's premium
collections from new business stood at Rs 14,265 crore. Private sector including
22 private life insurers together accounted for Rs 9,818 crore worth of new
business in the April-July period, compared to Rs 7,730 crore in the year-ago
period, a growth of 27 per cent.
LIC is already servicing entire BSNL employees Group Savings Linked Insurance
Scheme (GSLI) and the Gratuity Scheme for those employees of BSNL who have
joined after the corporatisation of BSNL, it said. As such BSNL has become the
largest customer of LIC in terms of managing the schemes of employee benefits,
it added.
