Worrying yourself to death

When it comes to stress, illness and wellness, it is important to remember that
what goes on in your mind is reflected in your body.

People who continually worry and get stressed about their problems tend to
develop tense muscles, become tired easily or get headaches. When their mind is
stressed, their body becomes stressed too.

Dwelling on your mistakes and over-analyzing what could go wrong or what you
could have done differently only drains your energy and distracts you from what
you have to do.

Worrying only uses up energy and doesn't really help your situation. Like acid,
worry will just eat you away if you let it into your life each day.

There are endless things you can worry about…service, safety, health, future,
etc.
But let's face it:
*     Worry doesn't change the situation
*     Worry won't help time move any quicker
*     Worry won't help you with your service
*     Worry just doesn't help in any way…So don't do it!

hi Friends and CHQ,

It is glad to inform you all that *Chandigarh SSA* successfully conducted
its District Conference in the able leadership of our Distt. Secretary *Rajeev
Kumar Mandal*. The conference was specially attended by our *All India
Treasurer Sachin Bhatt and Circle President Ram Kumar Bhatt*.
The conference was started at 5.45 pm on 28th August,
2010 in the Conference Hall of Telephone Exchange, Sector-34, Chandigarh.
The members from different spheres (DR and DOT) actively participated in the
meeting and played role in decision making for the forthcoming AIC meeting
in Goa.

The meeting was collectively organised by the help of all members but *Sh.Gagan
Jauhari and Sh.Bandhan Preet Singh* played a Vital role in mobilising all
the members and doing arrangement for the meeting. The Chief-Guest of the
meeting was DS BSNLEU-HS Dhillion, but due to some urgent personal work he
could not attend the meeting. However, telephonically he sent his best
wishes and felt sorry for not being able to attend the meeting.

The meeting was Started with the speech from DS-Rajeev Kumar Mandal. He
welcomed all the members for Uniting together and gave information about the
How's and Why's of SNATTA formation. He highlighted the key achievements of
SNATTA so far. He stressed upon the need of Unity among all spheres of TTAs
and using Diplomacy while dealing with BSNLEU leaders. He himself being LCM
member and Vice President of BSNLEU in Chandigarh has utilized his position
for the welfare of TTAs.* The Chd SSA is hopefully the only SSA in country
where Broadband TTAs are getting Rs.2000 for their TA expenses, *Thanks to
the unity among all TTAs in Chd SSA. He encouraged everyone to work for the
Family -SNATTA. He also aware participants that the future belongs to the
New TTAs as old batch TTAs have already spent 7-8 yrs and still looking for
promotion, so ultimately the fruit of the SNATTA struggle will reaped by the
new TTAs only. So we need great active participation from them to achieve
the goals of SNATTA. He motivated them to take responsibilities for SNATTA
activities and fund collection for the ongoing and future cases. His call
was instantly picked by the new members and Sh.Bikarmajit Singh, Sh.Kewal
Anand & Sh.Saravjit Singh took charge of fund collection from their
respective colleagues.

Our all India Treasurer-Sachin Bhatt also shared his views with all members
and informed them about the role of CHQ in current scenario especially the
ongoing Court cases in Ernakulam, Kerala. The Circle President-Ram Kumar
Bhatt also shared his views and told members to participate in future
meetings as well.

Our Old DOT TTA-Gurchen Singh gave a detailed speech in which he shared his
experience as TTA for the last 25 yrs. He motivated everyone to play a key
role in the struggle for Promotion. He told them that he is going retire as
*LifeTime TTA* in 2-3 yrs and this should not be happened with Dr.TTAs. His
speech gave a good morale boosting to the young TTAs.

In the last there was an open session for listening the problems of all
TTAs. Everyone shared some of their views with the audience. The meeting
lasted for about 2 hrs and 45 mins. Some snacks and Tea were also arranged
for the participants. In the end, It was unanimously decided that Chandigarh
SSA TTAs will contribute 500 rupees per head for the AIC meeting, Court
Cases and Annual Funds.

*Note*:- One TTA Mr.Chauhan who has recently cleared JAO exam has
participated in the meeting and also voluntarily contributed Rs.500 for the
struggle.

*SNAPS clicked by me is also attached with this email.*
